Easy and Classy Case
Great case, if you study the pictures then the install should be straight forward in 15-20 minutes tops. I recommded the rounded bolt to be on the bottom and the fan label turn face down (like the picture) if you prefer air to push in instead of pulling out. Like any electronics or toys, do not over tighten the screws. Ensure the blue film seperates from the sticky tape as it is easy to pull the entire tape off the heat sinks. Obviously it is a case thats not meant to be EDC to chance jamming something into the board, just a simple open design to be stationary. I used a sharp pocket knife to split the plastic plug for 3v fan instead of 5v as that is more than sufficient with heat sinks, cuts down on the noise everyone is mentioning.

Awesome quality for the price. Looks like my Gaming Desktop but miniature!
This is a cool little test bench for my Retropie. I originally modified a dead Sega Saturn case and mounted this in it, but I decided i liked how much it looked like my desktop in the ThermalTake core P3. I might still use this as a chassis to mount inside a retro console, since it is a Retropie. Very high quality for the price. Fan is nice and quiet, and i have not had any issues with heat since I have put my Pi in it.

Great open-air Pi 3 B+ case
This is a very functional and pretty well designed "open air" case. Quite excellent. If you want an enclosed case, look elsewhere. Also not applicable if you expect to use the POE hat once it comes out. I found a case on Etsy that might be better than this case (bigger fan) but it's much more expensive. The included fan is pretty quiet, much better than quite a few other case-fans. This is a big plus for me. Not as good as the 30mm Nokia fan, but one of those costs twice as much as this case. There are a few of assembly details I'd like to point out for maximum cooling: 1) The fan should blow air down onto the Pi. That means label pointing down, at least for the fan included in my kit. The GPU temperature (the one most easily measured) is significantly cooler with the fan forcing air down onto the heat sink instead of pulling air up. 2) The fins on the Ethernet chip should be in line with the long edge of the Pi. Theoretically, this will give better airflow over the fins.

If it doesn't look clear, it's probably the "protective film"
Like many have said, this is a fantastic case for the money and the fan is nice and quiet. I've seen a couple of low scored reviews by people saying the unit they received was scratched, dirty, dusty, one person even said it looked like their had "bodily fluids" on it... Maybe it did, maybe it didn't, but I thought I had gotten a defective unit. Turns out that's just the way the protective film looks. I didn't realize it was the film I was looking at because with the film on it looks like a lot of cheaply 3d printed pieces. I had even gone as far as emailing the company to complain until I noticed a LITTLE piece peeling off. So, the tldr: if you get it and it doesn't look clear and looks like crap, maybe you got a defective one, but more than likely it's just the cover.

Great case - Great customer service
Really unique case for a Pi 3 B+ that is also very functional and quite reasonable. Requires some assembly, but well worth the effort. Total assembly time should not take more than 15 minutes. The result is a rock solid mount with great heat sinks and a nearly silent cooling fan. Ships with a couple of extra screws and nuts, which is nice. Also includes a small but very useful screwdriver for the assembly, although you'll also probably want to use a set of pliers (not provided) to hold the nuts in place while you tighten the screws. I did have an issue with the first case I purchased, but I contacted the vendor directly and they immediately resolved the issue. Great product and absolutely fantastic customer service!

Very nice case for the Pi 3B+
Other than the fact that the instruction sheet IS incredibly small and the pictures need to be MUCH larger, especially showing the fan connection, the case was very easy to put together. It was nice to see an extra set of heatsinks for the processor and other chip. The copper slug to attach to the RAM chip was an added bonus!! My sausage-like fingers were able to manage the very small screws (without losing any!) and get it assembled with a minimal number of fingerprints on the clear polycarbonate sheets. The only complaint I have is with the information relating to fan power connections. The picture is VERY small and almost impossible to discern the fact that the connection is on the OUTER row of pins, and NOT the inner! I even got a second case for the next Pi I put together!

Cases are a perfect fit for the Raspberry Pi 3B+; also the Tritium H5, the Rock64, & the Asus TB
I ordered two of the single board cases and found them to be of fairly high value - each case comes with a clear plastic (plexiglass) top and bottom, brass standoffs, a small 5v Pi fan with metal cover, a set of copper and aluminum heat sinks, and all the necessary screws to hold it altogether. My purpose for these was different than the standard build, however, I did test their fit with the boards I had available 1st. Including the RPi3B+, I was able to fit the Tritium H5, the Rock64, and the Asus TB inside the standard build of the cases (the Asus TB being the most difficult due to heat sink size - it's a very tight where purchasing a few extra M3 Brass standoffs would probably cause less frustration, as in the picture provided). I assembled the cases with different standoffs and screws - but everything that comes in the is still high quality. Where I did not use the brass standoffs here, I found purpose for them in other projects. For everything the single kit came with alone, the pricing was hard to pass up. I received them via Prime shipping fast; I don't really have any complaint about the cases to offer. I will probably wind up with a few more just because of versatility and the low price. (Note - the Tritium H5 pictured has non-standard standoffs and different screws shown; they are just a stylistic change).

Worth the time to assemble.
This is a great little case! It does take a few minutes to assemble, but it's not hard to do an once you build the first one, any others are a breeze. The tiny manual has pictures which may be a little difficult to follow, so I've added a picture of my own, a sideways view that I think does a better job of showing placement of the attachment hardware. Look at the plastic pieces carefully to orient them with the Pi. I like the way the case protects the board, yet leaves it open for superior air circulation. It comes with a small fan for the CPU which does a superlative job of keeping it cool, and doing so quietly. I bought two of these for my new 3 B+ Pi_s, and I'll be buying more for my other Pi_s as well, whose older cases do not promote any air circulation whatsoever and were far more expensive. A good deal all around.

Nice way to protect the Pi 3 B+
I own three Pi 3 Raspberries and this is the first 3B+. The version requires a unique case because of some differences between this version and previous Pi 3s. There are a number of small parts so be sure to find a nice open place to assemble the case. Instructions leave a little to be desired but with patience this is really pretty easy to assemble. Its open design allows for good ventilation. Be sure to use the heat sinks to enhance the cooling of the IC chips. It actually is a neat design and provides good protection. Would highly recommend.

Amazing product
Great product.. A little of bit difficult to peel the paper that protects the plastic from scratches and no manual... But if you had worked on computer assemble its easy to put it together... Fan's revolution it's about right and you don't hear the fan spinning at all, but at the same time it's incredibly cooling your raspberry... With thermal paste and this case with fan I reduce the temperature for my Raspberry Pi 3 from 146°F - 160°F to 95 - 97°F steady... Huge decrease in terms of temperature... Recommended...
