A GREAT BUY.......

This is a great product. Do set aside about 2 hours to put together on a tarp. Do purchase the fastners to keep couches together.(Doesn't come with it0. The pillows are made well and of a good quality outdoor fabric. I would like to point out that Pier One has a very smaller version of this in blue, same materials for twice the amount of money. Also Costco has something close to this. Made out of same materials, asking again, twice as much. I am very pleased. It takes a month to receive, BUT well worth the wait. Coffee table is nice and ready to have cocktails around.

Crossed my fingers and hoped for the best - hints for putting together and saving time

I was a bit hesitate when I ordered this set and crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Some of the negative reviews scared me a bit, however the great reviews out did the bad.The set was delivered in 5 boxes. Took about 2 hours to put together. Easy stuff. The longest part of the process was taking everything out of the boxes and prepping all the screws with the washers before I started. Highly recommended to use an electric screwdriver with a hex key head. Also for the reviewers that claimed the holes did not match up - I did not experience that problem. However to avoid running into holes not matching up - do not tighten all the screws until you have them all in. Cushions and pillows of a much higher quality than expected. The glass for the table was packed so well, a boulder could have landed on it and nothing would have broken. I am assuming they must have had trouble in the past while shipping the glass that they over compensated in their new and approved packing plan.

We bought several pieces to add together and make a huge sectional. Everyone is floored when we tell them how inexpensive it was as it looks like other ones that cost close to double the price! We were very happy with the support we received from the seller and are so happy we found these!

Product is good but takes a while to assemble it

Product is good but takes a while to assemble it,must balance it too. It is both durable and looks good. Only pieces are too light and move away from each other easily. So need to tie them together with special clips that you can order for about $4.

I was a little worried about buying this online without seeing it but I’m glad I did. The price is great and it looks great. I was worried about the height but it is not bad at all, more of a lounging set. Takes about 2 hours to set up with a drill. The glass fits fine on ours. BUY THE CLIPS IF YOU WANT THE MIDDLE PIECES TO STAY TOGETHER. I bought the 10 piece middle size. Overall very happy would absolutely recommend.

I am trying to find a better product to replace them

I have only had a couple months and the cushions are already bleached out from the sun.. I called the company and they are sending me brand new covers. I am really happy that I reached out to them..

I had done a lot of research and comparison before purchasing this sectional. I'm very happy with my decision, and the set looks great! It took a while to set up - a few hours, and the shipping took a while - a few weeks. Otherwise it is a bargain for the size and look of it. Others I compared it to were in the $2k range. It is a bit light, so I purchased Velcro stickers for the cushions and the chair clips to hold them in place. It is vey comfortable, and I'm lounging while reading in it as I write!

Happy i bought this set.

This set is really nice looking and does not look cheap at all. Very easy to put it together but like someone said "there are 2 different side panels and you can mix them up" this happened to me on the first chair and i had to unscrew it to start over. I also used my screw driver and that cut the time in more than half. it was so much easier. Yes backrest is low and not 100% comfortable but some people like it that way. Just get some pillow to make it to your liking. Customer service was also quite on point. Fedex made a mistake and delivered it a few houses down and i ordered it with the cover which was not included int he boxes. Modenzi fixed the issue really quick and they were quick on email replies
