I have an old Studebaker with tapered axles in the rear. I needed a good puller to break them loose. This one did the trick. Make sure you leave the axle nut on when breaking old tapered axle brake drum/hubs loose. They let go with some force and can fly off and hurt you if you don't leave the nut on.

My husband used this tool this weekend. It would have been very difficult if they had not had this tool

Worked perfectly pulling rear wheel bearings on my 2007 Honda CRV.

Only issue I have is some hub assembly’s are to big for the yoke to slide completely down so you can tighten the bolts before using the slide hammer combination. But when it fits perfectly it works perfectly.

Worked well on my Toyota!!

I had a very seriously frozen hub. I applied about 300 ft/lbs of torque to this puller and pounded with a 2 pound hammer and it didn't complain. Initially I was using an impact wrench on it and the threads started to gall. I cleaned the threads off and applied anti-seize to them and worked for another hour with no problem. Serious abuse with no problem.

Perfect fit to remove rear hubs 2001 Focus very good quality for the money

I used this to try to get a CV axle out of the hub on my '07 Elantra. While it didn't work, and I had to cut the axle out with a torch, it did take one heck of a beating from my 1/2" Porter Cable impact and heat from a Mapp torch. It's not this tool's fault that the axle didn't come loose. I've always had problems with the parts on this car not wanting to come apart. It was just the cheap and easy route that was worth a try before breaking out the big guns. I recommend this part, even though it didn't do the trick in my instance.

Amazing! Took 30 seconds to pull each hub off. Saved me hours of frustration! Rusted out 1988 Honda Fourtrax300

5 stars because I used it to pull wheel bearing hub and once I tightened it down it pulled the hub out on one side then I flipped it and lugged it and couldn't get it to work and then realized I was doing something wrong I had my son turn the steering all the way to the right then the left and with the puller tightened it popped the hub assembly right off clean. Awesome product for the price. Highly recommend this product because I think anyone who don't know how to use the tools they buy usually rate low and complain about it. I believe in knowing how to think and adapt and overcome. Great puller.
