Fast and Reliable

Compared to other scanners that I have owned, this was an excellent choice. Very fast and reliable. The only negative that I've encountered so far is that it has problems feeding very heavy weight paper.

Quality machine, fast quality scans, single pass dual sized scans

Love the machine. High-quality product, very fast scans. Replaced an all-in-one machine with this ScanJet. The 3000 takes up significantly less desk space, especially when closed up. Provides very fast, quality scans with single pass dual sized scans. Accompanying software does everything you need and easily interfaces with Adobe Acrobat.

Excellent Product

I have purchased previous scanners from HP but this device is by far the best. I have zero complaints and after almost nine months works well. Just keep the unit covered when not in use. Would I repurchase it again? Yes.

Easy to install and use.

Ease of installation is fabulous. Would like it if one could adjust for thicker paper; however, I still rate it a five for ease of use and smoothness of operation.
