Studied chemistry for years -- if they're good enough for me, they're good enough for you!

For one thing, the customer service of this seller is excellent. I had a lavender oil leak, and they promptly replaced the lavender and sent an extra oil to make up for the inconvenience. So I would recommend this seller a dozen times over. But now, let me give you the lowdown on these oils: TLDR: These are strong, stable, well sealed, well packaged, and effective oils. The eucalyptus and peppermint have all but cured one of my relative's migraines, and the tea tree oil saved my relationship with my roommate when I accidentally left wet clothes in the washer for a week. (It was smelling good as new by the time I was done) Now for the details....if you're willing to read them (Highly recommended) ARE THESE OILS FAKE? First of all, define "fake?" There are several posts on here talking about how these oils were proven to be a scam. One of the methods that they use to define purity is Gas Chromatography. I used this when studying organic chemistry, and basically, you run the oil through a machine, and it gives you a graph with "blips" where certain chemicals react. I have attached one of these graphs so that you can see an example. It's the graph of the Basil's essential oil. (Also, everything is a chemical, so please don't say "I want my essential oils free of chemicals.) If a substance is "pure," you should expect "blips" at a very specific pattern in the graph with NO deviations, but apparently, with these oils, there are "blips" where there shouldn't be. That being said, these are authentic essential oils, but in order to distill them to be 100% pure, it takes time, patience, and frankly, luck to keep them from decomposing into a chemical you don't want (which means extra "blips" on the graph). Trust me, I've distilled orange oil and clove oil in ochem lab (never again....please God) So you may notice you're not paying a premium. This is because these oils were not painstakingly distilled to 100% purity. It costs exponentially more for just a little more purity, so that's why these are so cheap. They could be 97% pure, but it takes tons more time and money to get them to 100%, so why not just enjoy them? I've been using them for months for aromatherapy, and have experienced nothing but healing. Obviously if you're going to be consuming them, you should go for something more expensive. But these are PERFECT for aromatherapy, and you shouldn't pay a premium if you're just using them for bath bombs and homemade cleaner. I hope this helped you guys. Expensive isn’t always necessary!!

I recently got into essential oils because my daughter and niece have been using them with great results! Although years ago I was introduced to Tea Tree oil for many applications ( I use all the time) as well as peppermint! This is a wonder oil!! Art essentials peppermint does the job!!! When you have cramps or other pain in your belly just tub the peppermint all over soon your belly relaxes!! I have also used their lavender on the bottom of my feet if i feel I am getting a cold and never fails I do not get the cold!!! The best thing about these oils? I use in place of candles now! In my aroma therapy atomizer!! Love it!!! Scents are strong and my house always smells lovely!

The only essential oils you need!

This is the second set of ArtNaturals essential oils I've purchased in the last 2 years. I have read a few reviews about broken or leaky bottles, but the bottles themselves are incredibly well-made and came tightly packed in a soft foam. They'd have to really be thrown against something to break. Mine arrived in tact. That being said, the bottles are not uniform. I received 3 similar, but different, lids / tops, but the labels themselves are all identical - and the oils inside are full-bodied and great to work with. I will definitely order these again if I run out!

Great Kit for Beginner Crafters

I was a little hesitant since many reviews warned about leaking/broken bottles. However maybe I got lucky or they have improved their packaging methods, because they came to me in perfect shape without losing a single drop. These essential oils, as others have stated don't seem as pure or as concentrated as they could be. However for the price, I still find them more than worth it especially when single bottles can easily go for 5-10 bucks a pop. I feel these are perfect for diffuser use or making cleaners and soaps as well as just great all around for any beginner like myself who is learning how to make good smelling and functional items that are more eco friendly. I love the little booklet it came with since it had a ton of recipe ideas for all kinds of things from laundry detergent, shower cleaner, to aromatherapy sprays, and than some. Unfortunately you won't have all the essential oils you need from this kit alone if you wish to go full out with these ideas. However it seems considering one would probably need to get 2-3 more based on a quick skim, I feel its no big deal to go and buy them or just continue without them. I even went ahead and put together my own little 50 mL reed diffuser oil using a few of these smells. It came out great!!! Looking forward to making plenty more in the future

Talk About A Great Value - I Won't Need Oil for a Long Time!

All I can say about this one is WOW what a value! I was on the search for a few oils because I was new to the whole diffusing essential oils thing. I bought a vapor diffuser, bought cedar wood, loved it so much that I started looking for others. But then, the game changed when I found this! I was reluctant at first because I wanted to be sure that all of them were 100% pure and they are! The bottles came nicely displayed and I especially found the booklet full of blends to be helpful. I had no idea you could mix flavors for different things, it really opened my mind to the possibilities of this essential oil set. My coworkers love how I switch it up all the time with different scents and the office just smells like a billion bucks all week long. I think if I had the chance to look again, I'd still wind up right back here buying these. My only issue was, the lemongrass bottle had some leaks during shipping. The foam they place above the bottles was able to catch most of it. I am not a fan of lemongrass so I was not bothered really. I understand they can only do so much when they ship glass in a cardboard box (and don't get me wrong, it was packaged to the best of their ability) but you can't control who tosses your package around at the shipping facilities. Even with the leaking bottle, I give this product 5 stars with flying colors because the value it offers is just better than a lot of other companies I see selling essential oils today.

Love this assortment!

I really like this assortment. They work great in my diffusers. This brand doesn't seem quite as strong as another brand I use but for the price, they are wonderful in a diffuser. I also put some in my shampoo and laundry detergent (lavender is awesome!). Gearing up to try them in a spray bottle with some water to mist onto my pillow, couch or other areas that could use some freshening. Also, read about putting some drops of one or more flavors on a cotton ball and putting it in the bottom of a trash can to help it smell better! I'm sure it wouldn't last forever but may be worth trying. So many uses for these. I am a big fan and will continue to be a customer!! I'm hoping they come out with a fall assortment.

I LOVE the packaging

I just got my Art Naturals Aromatherapy Essential Oils!! I LOVE the packaging. All packed in a foam lined box that shows each oil label. I plan on keeping them in that box for easy viewing to find the right oil!! It also contained a guide on what to use each oil for!! Great addition to my oil collection!! The fact that they are all 100% Therapeutic oils is the main reason I bought them but the packaging might mean that THEY are the ones to stick with!!

VERY NICE BEGINNER SET!

I am very new to using essential oils and learning more about their applications. I have used mints in the past as stress relievers and for headaches, but have never really learned or used more than that. I looked at a lot of different companies and kits and chose this one. I've read other comments about the package coming with broken seals on bottles and leaks, but mine came in PERFECT condition with no leaks. It was packaged very well and snug with filler packaging to prevent them from moving around inside. I really liked the box and how they were packaged as that's how I've been keeping them organized for now and it comes with a nice little booklet that came with it for quick references. Nice selection for first time users. It'd be wonderful if you could order your own selection, but seeing that wasn't an option, I thought it was a great starter kit. I'd recommend this others and will be looking and reading up even more on their extended line of products.

The products are awesome. I gave the products 5 stars because they're great, the best. I'll definitely buy them again. The company needs to rethink their customer relations, Hanna has been psycho dialing my phone everyday for a review.....ANNOYING
