• 5-2300 MHz (2.3GHz) RF Bi-Directional Digital Coax/ Coaxial Cable Splitter for CATV and Satellite and great for MoCa
  • Internal circuit board for better reliability/durability. Outside is weather resistant design for keeping elements out
  • Low signal loss of only 11db on each output port improving performance and speeds
  • All Ports are Power passing for easy Satellite connection
  • High shielding structure lowers digital noise and improves signal quality, reducing packet loss for Modems, and for all other Devices

Great 8-way splitter with minimal impact in the signal strength and it is also MOCA compliant. I highly recommend it if you need a MOCA compliant 8-way splitter.

I purchased the BAMF coax splitter as part of an effort to clean up the cabling in my house, where we use Verizon FiOS for TV and Internet. We had a splitter hanging off of a spiltter, etc. I needed an 8-way to bring all coax runs into a single spitter, and I needed a splitter that supported MoCA frequency requirements and was bi-directional. After consolidating the cable runs into the BAMF splitter, I realized two major benefits: a TV in one of the bedrooms that consistently had the picture breaking up on certain channels no longer breaks up, and a MoCA connected computer on the second floor went from about 16 Mbps to 80 Mbps network performance. This splitter is a very good product.

Exactly as advertised, works great. I have a large home with 8 CATV outlets located throughout. I have them all fed through this splitter, and it seems to work fine, no issues. I have Verizon Fios (fiber optic) for the record.

I used this splitter for an antenna I bought and to feed all the rooms in my house, It's a little over kill but I wanted extra outlets in case I needed additional connections.

Perfect to clean up the multiple splitters that were making a mess of my FiOS coax wiring. I also used the BAMF MoCa filter and terminators on unused ports. I'm planning on getting a couple more of these for future use. Very satisfied!

Have 8 rooms hooked up to this with an indoor amplified antenna and signal comes in strong for all rooms. Way cheaper than at the local hardware and electronics store.

This worked to replace the splitters that the Verizon FiOS tech used when our house was built. I bought this because it supports a broader range of frequencies, allowing for MoCA 2.0 speeds. That matters if you want to take your FIOS internet speeds (both WAN and your wired LAN) speeds above about 100 Mbps. Ultimately I got Verizon to output data directly over my Gigabit Ethernet port at the FIOS ONT and since I had my house pre-wired with Gigabit Ethernet in all bedrooms and the media rooms, that semi-negated the need for this BAMF product, but I still use the BAMF product as the splitter for all my coax wires and it's worked flawlessly for roughly 3 months so far. I would recommend this especially if your house is not already pre-wired with Cat6 or Cat5e Ethernet throughout the house. MoCA 2.0 should cover you unless you want to exceed 275 Mbps, based on my layman's knowledge.

Seems to be a high quality splitter that has helped split and maintain good signal strength for my cable throughout my house. Was much cheaper than buying at the box stores.

COX cable uses non-moca rated splitters, in my 5 bedroom, 7 TV hour they put a 2-way then a 4-way then another 4-way off of that one. Slower moca devices worked, but faster 2.0 devices had issues. I replaced the daisy chained mess with one BAMF 8-Way and my problems went away.

Product was exactly as described. The only thing I would add is that I would have liked the threaded protrusions to have a plastic cap on at least one or two of the connections. People may not always need all the connection points and corrosion might be minimized if a cap could be put on non-used connections.
