Terrific product! Lasts long and works well!

I've been using this shampoo/bath soap on my 2 yr old gr.daughter for over a year and I love that I can use it on her whole body, hair and all. A very small amount lathers extremely well on her long, thick hair and leaves it super soft and shiny. It also leaves her skin very soft. I don't find the smell overpowering at all and think it's pretty mild; I'm not terribly fond of the smell of lavender in the 1st place, so if it smelled as strong as some reviewers have said, I wouldn't use it. Everyone reacts differently to products, but my gr.daughter has somewhat sensitive skin, too, and she's never had a rash from this soap. I've also used it myself in the shower and thought it was nice.

Gentle on sensitive skin

I love Honest company products! I just wish they were a little less expensive though a little bit goes a long way. I had used Johnson and Johnson baby wash because that's what they sent home with us from the hospital but after a couple baths my baby's skin was so dry (I know dry skin is normal for newborns but it got significantly worse). I wanted a product with natural ingredients and 0 sulfates so I bought this. Made such a difference on his skin! I can give him frequent baths without drying out his skin. I bought the lotion too and his skin has been absolutely perfect (including his scalp)! Definitely recommend any and all Honest products! Also love their bubble bath (not just for the kids but for me too!). My daughter also has sensitive skin and she's had 0 issues with this body wash.

Great for body, face and hair!

I do believe the honest brand is a bit pricy for the amount of soap however this product is as advertised and works well on all skin. I have an extremely sensitive face (I break out from touching my face slightly, variety in my diet, wearing makeup more than two hours etc) and was struggling to find something I could use on my face that would prevent breakouts. I use this on my body and hair as advertised but my favorite part about this soap is the miracles it has worked on my face. There is no scent left over after washing and it lathers nicely in a towel or in a scrub loofa.

Mild lavender smell, works great

This works great on my kid. The lavender scent is soothing and not too strong. The bottle's pump dispenser is especially nice as it works one-handed, which is awesome when you're using your other hand to stop a two year old from drowning. One week I ran out of dog shampoo and used this instead. It works better than the fancy dog shampoo/conditioner I was buying, and doesn't have the annoying smell. Now I use it on the kid and the dog.

Fab for thick hair!

This is a great shampoo - my 18 month old has long hair and it's thick. This shampoo doesn't agitate her eyes & rinses out easily. The best is that a small amount goes a LONG way! It suds up quickly and there was no need to go back for more. I love this over the regular baby shampoo. Her hair doesn't get as greasy with this one. Love it!

I love this product and all Honest Company products!

I absolutely can not say enough good things about the Honest Company and all their products. I have used this shampoo and body wash on my son since he was born and it is great! I love the light lavender scent and would recommend and will continue purchasing!

Will buy again.

I will never buy another product other than this!!! This cleanser is so good for sensitive skin and baby excema. I will never go back to johnson and johnson after trying this. This product is so much better for your skin. It's even safe for tiny babies!!

Gentle, easy to use and leaves a soft scent

This product is incredibly gentle. I know it has accidentally gotten in my baby's eyes but she didn't even notice. The scent is very gentle and it goes on very smooth. I love the pump action for generating some gentle bubbles in the tub before I put baby in and is easy to use one handed.

Good clean chemical free product!

This is my favorite scent So far from the Honest Company. I use this every day for myself (it’s not just for kids!)

Baby sniffer

Nothing compares to the smell of this! I seriously cannot stop smelling my son after bathing him in this. I love that you can actually pronounce the ingredient list and the lavender smell makes my baby very sleepy and calm. A bath time must for us!
