Great for Constant Cuddlers

My 5.5 pound yorkie wants to be held all the time. He will scratch my feet to get me to pick him up, but there are some things you just can't do one handed. So, I tried this and I love it and he really loves being in it and with me as a run around getting things done.

We like it

From the first time putting her in it, my puppy accepted and liked this sling. She is calm and acts as if I am holding her. Actually, I am holding her because she is so small and young that I do not yet feel like it is safe to let the sling hang at my hip. It seems a better idea to train the puppy with positive and safe usage before letting go. I am not taking any chances on her flipping herself out of it. I was worried it would be too low hanging. For me it is perfectly fine. I am 5'9" and with the weight of the dog, it hangs at my hip or slightly higher. In the photo, I am supporting it so it looks much shorter without any stretching. Another good think about the sling is that it is easy for the dog to feel a part of your movement and look out. I also bought a dog bag that looks like a large shopping tote. It is nice but the dog experiences additional motion/bounce with that one that she doesn't get in the sling. The sling is more like holding the dog. I expect I will use it a lot this first year with the puppy, until she eventually grows out of it.

Also nice and safe to wear while driving

Bought this for my chihuahua puppy. Picked her up at 6 weeks... put a small blankie inside, now at 5 months... she still loves it!!! Sometimes she will be winey and just wants to sit in her pouch! Also nice and safe to wear while driving!

Perfect for my 3.5 lbs chihuahua

Omg I love this bag. It’s perfect for my 3.5 lbs chihuahua. It’s cozy but not too hot. She spent the day in the bag while I was fabric shopping in downtown LA and stayed nice and cool. She fits in there well and there’s plenty of space for other items like a blanket, foldable water bowl, my phone, a water bottle. I’m rather short (5 feet) and was pleased the bag sits comfortably on my hips. My boyfriend is taller and the bag sat around his waist which worked well for him. If I could add one thing—which I can probably do with my sewing machine—I’d add a pocket on the strap for my phone or a credit card.

Our Chihuahua loves this!

I had returned a carrier of similar price that I bought at the local pet store because it was flimsy. This is sturdy, has a place to hook her leash (in case she would jump out, fits nicely over the shoulder. It is comfortable to carry the dog. II would buy it again.

Make sure your pet is secure as bending down or moving about they could fall out if you're not careful.

My old girl was very comfortable. She actually slept in the sling while I traveled from the car through three different trains through the airport and finally onto the plane and wherever I traveled on my trip. (you must have an acceptable airport carrier for the actual air travel). I used a separate towel in the sling to line it so it would stay clean although the material is washable.

FINALLY! A dog carrier we both can live with!

This is the third dog carrier I’ve purchased, each was different in style. This one is my favorite by far. It’s quick and easy to use. The fabric is soft and washes well. The inside is a black/white cotton gingham. It has a collar attachment that would come in handy for those little pups who like to flee. I have a 10lb. Maltipoo who loves it. Where the carrier falls on your body is going to depend on your heighth, torso length, and circumference. I’m 5’2, average torso, and thin, the carrier rests at my hip. I would prefer it rested a little higher but can’t fault the product for my size. I may eventually decide to cut a couple inches off the top of the sling and re-sew it to adjust where it hits my body, for now it hasn’t been an issue. As I’ve said, I tried other types of carriers, both front packs. One in which the dogs legs and tail went thru holes. My dog ran away every time he saw me put it on. The other worked well for years but was difficult to put on, had no lining, and the flat bottom has a board in it that never lays flat. My shoulders were always sore after an outing. Nonetheless, he loved it. After trying three different types over the years I can honestly say this one is the easiest to use and the one my dog seems to like the most. It can be used on either shoulder.

Great sling ♡

I like this sling. Is the perfect size. I had purchased one from a store and it was too long made it difficult for me to carry my toy poodle. However this one is smaller and the perfect size for a smaller dog. I am going to purchase another color. I wish it had an outside pocket. I give it a 4 star only because it doesn't have a pocket otherwise it would get a ⚄ star...
