I purchased these insoles (MENs size 8-14) because of name recognition and price. PRO: price (really can't be beat), quality of the materials used in production of the insole are good and workmanship is good (although these insoles are very thin-read below). Sizing is good. My boots are size 12 and I had to trim them a little, about a half-inch. I assume these will fit a size 14 without alteration CON: Your feet will "slip" inside your boot. After I put these in my boots, every time I would walk down an incline my socks would slide on the slippery plastic top surface of these gel insoles and my toes would be forced against the inside toe of my boot. This started to cause blisters and sore toes. These insoles are also very thin and the "gel" cushioning is hardly noticeable. By themselves, they are NOT ENOUGH cushioning for a work boot. No way. BUT when I purchased these Dr. Scholl's insoles my feet were sore from working all day and I needed something immediately. So rather than return them I put them in my boot first, and placed my old, original insoles on top. Wow! What a great, comfortable boot I now have. Plenty of cushioning and the original insole, which has a textured-cloth top and non-slip rubber bottom, keeps my feet from sliding inside. So, RECOMMENDATION: Use these UNDERNEATH your original insoles and you will be happy.

These are fantastic. $20 and five minutes of fitting and my $130 boots are good for another year or two. The shock absorption is fantastic. I wear these for 12 hour EMS shifts and after lots of testing can say go for it. These are the best you can get for the price.

I bought some cheapo inserts from a local store, they kept coming out with my foot when I slid my shoe off. I had to cut these down to fit, and my razor blade didn't work as well as scissors to do it but after I cut to size these inserts worked well for my work shoes. If these inserts not working out well for my work shoes I will update, but after my first shift they are great, I run around on a concrete floors all day.

First of I have very flat feet so I do feel a lot of pain from standing or walking a lot in a day no matter how conditioned I am. I will describe in which environments I have used these as I have purchased these insoles multiple times through out the years but have not purchased them in a couple of years until recently. ENVIRONMENTS OR OCCASIONS USED -Used to replace the used up insoles from my Adidas high tops since I used them for work where I had to do a lot of standing or walking throughout the day. -Used them in the same shoes to go to multiple day electronic music festivals where I did a lot of walking, standing and dancing -Most recent purchase was to have some more cushion for my Supra Skytops which were new but attended a 5 day convention, where of course you do a lot of walking and standing. VERDICT These definitely help alleviate or better yet lengthen the time it may take for my feet to start hurting because it is definitely inevitable for me with my flat feet but they did a much better job than the insoles that came with the shoes. As for when I worked, I really did not feel any pain unless it was a really long day. They were easy to cut to size as long as you have a good pair of scissors. I will post pictures later from when I installed them. They definitely make your feet feel warmer due to the material of the top even with the few air holes, which I feel don't do much but its not a big deal for me. I definitely would recommend these insoles and are a great VALUE for the price and have not failed me at all. I do wish that the color of the top portion was black instead of gray to match my shoes but I understand they chose the in between color. Definitely give these a shot if you need something to help for lots of standing and walking. I am sure there are way better ones out there but for the price you can't go wrong.

I'm a bloody idiot and never used inserts before, I didn't know the gel side could go on the bottom, and it hurt like Hell and didn't fit so i ended up having to trim the entire insert for a good 10 minutes... Finally decided to try it the other way because the 'bottom' felt more comfy, and it worked but i f'd up the entire width of it now, but its still way more comfortable than the base sole of the shoe... In other words, if it hurts, you're probably using the wrong side. Don't be an idiot like me. Agh! But its still 100x more comfy even though the width is messed up for me now. Do recommend it.

These are AMAZING! I worked at an Amazon fulfillment center which meant being on my feet for 10 hrs. These help so much. I bought the Dr. Scholls massaging ones to try before these and those things are straight garbage. I even bought a second pair of these for my brand new boots 👍

I was ready to retire my work shoes which were some Merrill Hiking Shoes. I decided to try some insoles. Removed the factory ones, replaced with these and its like a brand new pair of shoes... just already covered in paint and dust. There is plenty of life left in the shoes now. Saved me a ton of money one a new pair of shoes that I am just going to destroy anyway.

As an electrician at the job site I would consistently look for work around knee level to give me an excuse to kneel and get off my feet. For years I've put up with heel pain after about 4 hours on my feet, even with nice timberlands or equivalent work boot. Now, these aren't magic. I don't last all day without the pain, but making it 6 or 7 hours is typical and by the time the pain gets unbearable its time to call it for the day. Something I've noticed is the recovery time after the work day is much faster. After getting off my feet in the car ride home my feet feel normal again. I know there is something clearly wrong with my feet and I should see a specialist but these will help my drag it out a little longer, maybe even correct the issue as I have noticed less and less pain every week since I've used these. I'm very fortune for these insoles. Update: I originally bought this in July of 2017, it is now January of 2019. I no longer have foot pain. I continue to wear these, swapping them out as needed. Reading my orginial review seems surreal now. I can't imagine living with daily foot pain. I can still remember kicking my work boots off at lunch and rubbing my feet to make it through the rest of the day. I'm very grateful for these insoles and hope these can help you too.

Sit down, this is windy. Now I’m no rich person by any means. Job after job after job all with the typical management scenario which has left my 150% work ethic resume a little long for the past 3 years Work experience. Recently I have joined a new organization which isn’t paying as much as the last one but promises to have more advancement options and sweet lawrdy the benefits... But it’s concrete floors. And lots of movement. After about two weeks I was seriously considering if this switch was a bad idea. My feet... ugh. And my back. Converse with the fellow minions and they’re all, you need inserts. Order these from amazon because I’m an introvert and if it can be delivered to me, it’s going to be. Got them in the mail yesterday but didn’t get to my designated mail slot until today. Woohoo! A package! (Insert blues clues mail song) Open the ridiculously “user friendly “ packaging giving myself a small paper cut in the process and trim the inserts to my shoe size. Slide them into my thrift store find Asics and cross my fingers as I place my feet into the shoes.... Sweet baby jebus on a saltine cracker. It’s like walking on velvety kush. Like I’m barely wearing shoes. My feet sighed in relief, audibly. Wide eyed with wonder I took a few practice steps. Glorious heaven. Took a few tentative jumps. Ecstatic jubilation. Today’s performance of manic work above and beyond the last week will be solely the results of these wonderous, barely feel like they should be this comfortable, inserts. Dr. Scholl, If you are an actual person, I could squeeze you. Get them. Get relief.

These inserts were a life saver! I have a lot of pain in my feet from old injuries, plus I have weak ankles, and I have flat feet. (Quite the combination). On top of that, I am working on concrete and climbing ladders all day. I had been trying to find shoes that didn’t leave me limping by the end of the day, but I had no success. I finally found these inserts, saw they had decent reviews, and decided to give them a shot. I am so glad I did! I have been wearing them for just over a week now, and my feet feel so much better! I will definitely be buying these again!
