Works great

I use True Citrus products a lot, which come with silica packets to prevent clumping. However, some of their products that I don't use as frequently can get clumpy before I finish the bottle. I have been replacing those silica packs with these, and have not had issues with clumps developing in my True Citrus products, no matter how long ago they were opened before I finish using them!

It Even Tells You When It Has Expired!

I like that this product has a built in warning device to let you know when it's ability to absorb moisture has ended - some of the crystals turn a darker color. I am using this product at the coast during the Summer for all my photographic, computer and electronic equipment. Thanks for a more useful product

A must-have if you live in a humid climate!

Desiccant packets are a must-have for me. I live in a sub-tropical area, and the humidity is high year-round - even inside the house with the HVAC running. We also have a dehumidifier set up, but it doesn't do much to lower the moisture in enclosed areas (like closets, drawers, cabinets, and storage containers. During a recent move, we used one packet in each box of books and for other items that attract moisture before temporarily storing the boxes in a storage-unit. Climate controlled storage units are super expensive, but with these packets in boxes and large storage bags, everything made it through the humid summer with no mold or mildew. (I also sprayed a quick spritz of my natural, homemade bug repellant to keep creepy crawlies out of storage boxes and bags. Cedarwood, geranium, peppermint, and citronella oil mixed with a little alcohol.) Anyway, I use these packets throughout my home in EVERY enclosed space/box/bag/closet, etc. Highly recommended!

Does its job...

Works as expected. My fault for not doing my homework on the size of the sacks. Using it mainly for my waterproof safe. It only takes a few weeks to turn colors, needing replacement, so that feature works great. I am usually in my safe once every few weeks to allow it to breath. I would definitely recommend this product for easily knowing when to replace each one. I haven't yet tried to reactivate the sacks. Will update review after a few months of use.

Dry, dry, dry!

I take some medication that is very susceptible to the effects of moisture. These packs enable me to set up daily med packs (I use old prescription bottles) in advance. Makes my life much easier. I intentionally exposed one packet to moisture until it changed color. It easily rejuvenated in the microwave. My only complaint is that these packets are bigger than I expected. Their dimensions take up about half of my pill bottle.

Work great for foods

Put them in the bags of my homemade cookies and beef jerky,they work great,keep the foods dry and with original good taste,can't wait to put some in my spice bottles.Will order more..
