Lost 31 pounds in less than 2 month

I am 6' 2.5" and used to be a fit person. Effective Product

This is a really good product. It helps a lot with my workout especially with the recovery after heavy weightlifting. I take one pre workout and another one post workout. I recommend this product.

Helps with body fat reduction
