Great buy for coffee lovers!
Obsessed with this machine. I haven’t visited Starbucks since this machine arrived two weeks ago. Easy to use, cost effective, and looks great on my kitchen counter. I really like the different flavors of coffee included in the box and I used the included coupon to get a welcome pack and pod holder. I had a Ninja coffee maker that I loved but lasted 6 months in total before the coffee tasted burnt. Fingers crossed that this machine has a longer life! Will update should something happen.

Amazing espresso and a great bundle deal
I’ve only had this for a week but so far it’s working great. The espresso tastes amazing, especially the intense/ darker ones. It comes with sample pods which is really helpful in determining what you like. The frothier works well but seems to overflow slightly every time I use it, even when I am not filling it to the max fill line. It’s the perfect small size to keep on a counter and in my opinion a great deal for the price compared to some of the larger Nespresso machines. The frother alone is $99 on their site, so I definitely recommend this bundle on amazon. I did a ton of research Still, I would highly recommend. You won’t want to drink regular coffee anymore.

If you love strong coffee - this is the only choice for you !
I've been using the K type machines and never been happy with the strength of the brew. When I vacation in Spain the rental provided this machine and I was really impressed with the quality and strength - and speed. I especially like that the water canister is attached and can be removed for cleaning. My old K machine kept water sealed inside and could not be cleaned - but this is simple to check water level and wash. Only issue is that coffee cools fast - so if I don't drink right away, it goes in the microwave for a few seconds... but not a big deal. Steam creates a nice foamy/froth effect as well. Hint: when you first get the machine - make sure you eyeball the capsule so you know it lines up with the opening - after a few times you learn to position correctly, but I lost a few capsules that weren't aligned correctly at first.

Morning game changer!
My wife and I went full time RV this summer. We were looking for something small to feed our morning coffee habit. This little guy fits the bill perfectly. Not only does it make great espresso, it fits in our coach next to the stove top like it was made for it. Then, when we are on the road, it fits easily in the cupboard. We make an iced latte and a cup of coffee , two long pours, every morning. If I need to linger over a bigger cup, it becomes an Americano. We are currently using the Bestpresso capsules, which are reasonably priced, and taste great. Machine is easy to use, and we love it. Starbucks misses my wife.

Daaaaank
Once you get it figured out, it's fairly simple and super easy to use. Not sure if I was doing it wrong but I couldn't get it to initially come out until I filled the water tank higher. So, I don't know what the hell a "lungo" is but I think I made one and DEAR LORD. I may divorce my husband and marry this machine. I come from Portland and whatever I just made would've cost me a good $3.85 at a coffee shop out there. I frothed the milk-- here's the catch, the instructions for the frother thingy are confusing. Like, could ya just go with words for the diagram man? Then the explanatory wording in the booklet left me unsure how to go between frothing or just making hot milk. Anyways, maybe I put the lid on wrong or overfilled it but it did spill over a bit on my first try. Luckily it didn't reach the electrical portion of the base, but it was close. So I frothed the milk and poured a little in as this magical thing produced my fancy lungo. A little Ghiradelli chocolate sauce on the bottom, mixed it up, even attempted a neat leaf on top (and failed miserably). Safe to say I'm impressed.

I am in love. This is the BEST thing ever invented
Where has this been all my adult life?! I am in love. This is the BEST thing ever invented. When my alarm goes off in the morning, I don't cry any longer. I slowly get my old tail out of bed, stumble downstairs, press a button, load a pod, press a button again, and wait 10 seconds for hot, deliciously STRONG coffee. Treat yo self!

Life is too short to drink bad coffee
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband, the coffee connoisseur. He normally made his coffee using a French Press (which is a PITA) and time consuming, not to mention the coffee is so so (he used supermarket expresso coffee). He immediately set this up on Christmas morning which was very simple to do. No fancy bells or whistles. Ran water through it 3 x, as instructed, to clean it. Slipped in a pod from the sample pack included with machine. I had also ordered him the Intense Sampler Pack from Amazon. In 20 noisy seconds he had a rich, deep, beautiful, HOT, foaming expresso-size cup of coffee. One sip and his face lit up. Excellent coffee. I took a sip and it was like the coffee we had in Amsterdam in the 80's, that they steamed with a lot of pressure. This machine is very good quality and makes a 5 star cup of expresso or coffee. The Nespresso coffee capsules are a must to use with this machine. I read plenty of reviews where people tried to cheap out and use re-fillable ones and it just doesn't taste the same. The machine is easy to use, takes up very little counter space and is the most convenient and fast way to make gourmet coffee that is not bitter. There are 2 buttons, one for expresso, one for about 6 or 8 oz. of coffee. Both are excellent..

Exceeds expectations
I've thought about buying a Nespresso for several years and now have had mine for one week and I am impressed. I was concerned about getting "Keurig quality" espresso (ie, good but much lower quality than doing it yourself) but that fear was unfounded. The espresso I get from this machine is better than what I've gotten at Starbucks and a local coffee shop. The pods are a little pricey but that helps me limit the amount of espresso I drink per day, which is probably a good thing. The manual that came with my machine said it brews three sizes; ristretto, espresso and lungo but in reality, there are only two buttons, one each for espresso and lungo. That's not a criticism because I did my research and wasn't expecting a ristretto option but the manual made it a bit confusing. You can program the buttons for shorter or longer shots if you really want a ristretto shot. The water tank is pretty small (but so is the machine itself) and with running it once to warm everything up, pulling a shot or two and then running it again to clean it, the tank empties pretty fast. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind when considering this machine. I'm very please with my Nespresso and now I'm figuring out which pods I prefer.

No More Coffee Grounds Mess!! But Careful Of Crushing Your Pods
I purchased this item on my own with no compensation for this review. Please click on Helpful at the bottom of this review if what I wrote is useful to you. I had a high-end Breville pump espresso maker that has cranked out multiple cups per day of coffee for almost 20 years. The coffee is delicious and I love buying my own grounds that I grind with a Solis conical burr grinder. So I'm kind of a coffee snob even though I'm a very pleasant person. Over the last few years, I find I'm not making coffee much any more, because the clean-up is such a hassle. You have to be very careful about coffee grounds in your drains, so you have to constantly work around things with a lot of paper towels and this and that. Enough. I have a friend who got one of these on Amazon, and the taste was good. Delicious, even. And the footprint is pretty lean. But more importantly.... No preparation mess! No clean-up! Done. You have to buy from Nespresso so you are limited to their flavors. And you are filling landfills with empty pods. And it's not cheap. But...my environmental impact is already very limited (no bottled water; hybrid car; etc.). So I decided it's time to enjoy more coffee and suffer less headaches in preparation and clean-up. The only issue is that it will take some time to figure out how to seat the pod correctly in the machine. So plan to waste anywhere from 5-20 pods until you get it right. (It doesn't sit exactly horizontal as you would expect -- there is about a 15 degree tilt backwards.) You can't beat the 25 seconds from power-on to ready status, and the automatic turn-off after nine minutes if you neglect to do it yourself. Highly Recommend.

Ne plus ultra for the prix
I discovered this machine while staying in a hotel in England that offered them in all their rooms. Buying one was confusing since the same machine has been variously branded Krupps, Nespresso and De'Longhi. Having bought and used the De'Longhi I can find no difference between it and the Krupps that I used in the hotel. The machine is attractive, compact, well-constructed and very easy to use. The capsule system means that there is nothing to clean but the cage that catches the used capsules and the drip tray. I have tried most of the Nespresso varieties of capsules as well as ones produced by an independent premium brand. They all produce coffee with a decent layer of crema. Blindfolded, I doubt I could distinguish a cup from this machine using a premium capsule from one produced by a hulking machine costing thousands of dollars.
