Update*** the merchant reach out to me within 24-48hrs to replacement product since it was a defect with item I first receive. I receive the replacement item 2 days after they reach out to me. I just got a chance to test the replacement headset and the noise cancellation does work.**** The sound quality is good, durability so far is fine. With the mic down other game players can hear me breathing and I wasn't breathing heavily at all. So the mic has to be left up and ends up being rarely used. I would not recommend this item for frequent gamer that play with others online daily.

Best bang for your buck

Pleasantly surprised with the performance of this headset. For less than $30 this purchase was totally worth it so far. Let’s see how long they last. Sound quality is quite good. I only got them to replace the headset that came with my pkay station so I can talk to friends in parties while gaming but now I can actually hear everything in the game which helps a lot. If they last a good amount of time I 10/10 recommend this dirt cheap purchase compared to higher end more expensive headsets

Good Product, AMAZING customer service!

I am changing my 1 star to a 5 star. The first headset didn't work and they sent me a replacement that works perfectly. Great customer service and now I am truly able to enjoy the headset the way it was intended. 4 stars for the actual headset and 1 star for the customer service and quickly replacing the lemon. I would give the actual headset 4 stars because the USB is very short and you are unable to have that lights on and have the aux into the PS4 remote. It works perfect other than not being able to utilize the cosmetics.

Phenomenal customer service

My son loves these headphones; says they are the best he's ever had. Used them for almost a year now and only had 1 small problem with a piece breaking. Bengoo went out of their way (Stephanie!) to thoroughly research what we needed and what they could do. I can't say enough great things about how quickly they responded each time I emailed and they bent over backwards to help us out with a replacement set. Service as good as that isn't very common. So not only do we have an excellent set of headphones, we were also treated courteously and were helped quickly. Thank you Bengoo!

Like everyone else

This thing GOES. Like everyone else, I play fortnite and i have it in full blast so I can hear footsteps and yes indeed I do! This thing works good for when there’s someone trying to come up from behind when play fortnite. Surround sound is good for something that’s cheap. I recommend buying this rather than spending over $60 on any headset. It’s also super comfortable and I never have a problem wearing it all day. The only cons I believe is that the max volume isn’t too high, maybe it’s for ear protection but I wish it can be just a bit more louder. But at the same time I’m not complaining because I don’t want to damage my hearing. Great device.

GOOD ENUF TO BUY ANOTHET SET

2018 UPDATE - My son had no complaints against this headset until December 2017. He came to me and told me that the braided sleeve, which looks very cool, was coming apart at the plug end of the cord. Aside from the sleeve it looked like there wasn’t much else protecting the wires. The headset continued to work without fail tho. After having this headset for six months and forgetting what the return policy was, I wasn’t sure the seller would do anything about this defect. I did, however, contact the seller and told them about the braided sleeve starting to come apart. They sincerely apologized, asked me to give the product a second chance, and asked me to verify my shipping address. They actually told me that they would send a brand new replacement free of charge. They did so with no questions asked. They didn’t even ask me to send back the defective headset. They offered a nice solution to a an undesirable dilemma. The headset is still a nice enuf product that was happy with taking a replacement. I will be buying another headset soon as my other son has a birthday coming up. I still recommend this headset if you are looking for an inexpensive alternative to an overpriced headset such as turtle beach. TB is what my other son is asking for. Not gonna do it but these I will purchase again. (7/28/17 - original purchase) My son love this gaming headset! They work great and sound good. There have been other reviews saying they work while you are playing online as far as hearing the people you are playing with and the sounds of the game. This has not been the case for my son. Both work at the same time and perfectly.

i am taking a second chance on this item! Bengoo's customer service was five star so let's see what happens. I am very excited to try it again! Since the mic had great quality unlike the other headsets for my daughters Virtual School I would have to say that aspect is also five stars. This item was great for the first five months then out of the blue the mic doesn't work anymore. It wasn't abused just normal use. Before it stopped working it was great. My daughter was even using it with her computer to do her Virtual School assignments because the mic quality was really good.

At first the sound was super low even after turning the volume all the way up and I was like eh you get what you pay for I guess but the more I used them the louder and louder they got and now they're almost as good as my Sony gold editions that cost 100$ so I guess I'm pretty happy
