Amazing product!
Great product! Works amazingly on leather surfaces. I painted my boyfriend the Hulk on a black leather wallet for Christmas and it's been 2 years and it hasn't came off at all! I also purchased the satin finish to go with it.

THE BEST PAINT EVER!!!
I LOVE THIS PAINT!!! I am not an artist, but I love making art. I discovered this brand of paint via a web video on leather jacket painting and was intrigued. Being the all-or-nothing type, I bought the whole starter kit as well as the neon kit, deglazer, matte and gloss finishes. I am sooooooooo happy I did. This paint like, becomes one with the leather. It's unbelievable. A little goes a long way, and it mixes like a dream. I will never use another paint for my leather projects. If my first project could look like it does, I can only imagine what a really talented artist can do with this stuff. I am considering buying an airbrush to see if that is something I can mange to get good at, and Angelus sells the proper airbrush thinning agent for their paint. I plan on sticking with their products, as I am not highly experienced with other paints or painting and have had such success with this brand. Bonus- this paint seems to dry at a lightning fast pace. Also, this may be blasphemous to others that paint leather- but I discovered that when I (always) make mistakes on a project, I can use the leather prep with a q-tip as a paint remover, then use a little black paint (or whatever color your leather is) to go over the spot and it's like it never happened. I paint on vintage leather so it's possible a new piece of leather wouldn't respond the same. Anyways- I highly recommend this paint whether you are new to painting or a pro. (if you're a pro, you probably already know about Angelus lol).

Good stuff
I read a few places that this stuff, plus Leather Studio, was good for the 'ol dreaded peeling phase that fake leathers go through. Since I couldn't find the colors I needed with Leather Studio I decided to give Angelus a go. I got the 8oz bottle of Dark Brown which, really, is like a chocolate brown, and an 8oz bottle of black to mix up and throw on my headboard. It came out great after using 3/4 of the brown and about half the bottle of black and there was more than enough for 3+ layers of this stuff. The paint went on easy but didn't fill the scratches and "holes" in the "leather" like I thought it might have, but it still looks amazing. I don't even think this product was meant exactly for how I used it but it still made my headboard look about 95% better than before. If you're going to use the paint as I did, make sure to sand away any peels that are sticking up and out from the furniture. I didn't do such a great job of it and I really regret it because the paint just coated over the imperfections and made bumps in the leather, totally my fault though. Anyway, great stuff. I'll definitely buy more if I need it or want to redo the furniture.

Saved my leather sofa
Husband wore out the leather on his side of the couch- color stripped in some areas and I was getting ready to buy another sofa. I stumbled across this product and thought I would give it a try- if it didn't work I was going to get another couch anyways so I figured it didn't hurt to try. I am glad I tried this! For under $10 I was able to fix those spots where the color had worn off on my dark brown leather sofa. It matched perfectly! I was surprised how easy it was to use and it didn't smell toxic at all like I was expecting for a paint product. I bought a 4 oz bottle which was way more than enough. I'm glad I have extra for future touch ups. Its too early to tell how it will hold up, but I have extra in case it wears off again.

Magic
Stuff is amazing. I just wore a latex glove and smeared a super thin layer on. Waited several hours and did a second coat. That was all I needed to turn this super faded leather recliner to new looking. It is a bit more shiny than the other leather but not noticeable. Color dried and blended. No cracks, peels, or transferring to other fabric. Amazing. Will update again after a couple months.

Fantastic paints
I purchased these paints to customize leather jackets for our family pictures. Everyone has gone nuts over the jackets and paints are incredibly great at staying on and not cracking, peeling, or fading. They are wonderful.

I'm a complete convert to Angelus Acrylic Leather paint
I've been painting lather jackets, boots, and more for the better part of two decades. I've tried spray enamel, craft store tubes of acrylic, leather specific glazes, nicer artists grade acrylics, and most every paint pen I can get my hands on. I was a bit skeptical of a shoe specific paint - it seemed more marketing hoodoo than a real improvement over other paints - but I was mistaken. This stuff rocks! It works well with stencils and brushes, has good opacity, great adhesion, and remains flexible when dried. When combined with Angelus Paint 2-Thin 1 Oz you can use in any fillable paint pen, you lose some opacity but gain the ability to do longer contious lines before needing more paint compared to a brush. I look forward to working on a few other projects with this paint. The white and red paint on this jacket are from the Angelus kit, the eyes were stencils, the line work was all done with these paints, mixed with the Angelus thinner in a MLW Acrylic 2mm Tip, Empty Paint Marker (111.000)
