Great product for most CAD work and excellent value.

Viacad 2d like all cad programs you need to spend a little time to learn the program

I used the trial version for two weeks, very easy to use no problems. It has a help file and 8 tutorials with 8 videos and the models used in tutorials so you can follow along in the demos. I have used Ashler 2d cad program at work for many years, and this has the same feel as that did. I bought the Viacad 2d after the trial was over direct. It is a very complete 2d cad. It fill my needs for drawing up floor plans and designing furniture and other project for building in my workshop. The average person should get the basic of the program down in a couple of hours. Watch all the videos and do the tutorials located in the help file.
