I was impressed with the Glyph quality given the price

I like the Avegant Glyph for several reasons. Those reasons are: 1- It’s lightweight. It’s very lightweight and comfortable to wear specially if you compare it to other head mounted devices out there. 2- There aren’t a ton of cables. You can simply plug in the mini HDMI to HDMI and that’s that. Some other head mounted devices require that you connect a small box with the headset. 3- It does the job for what I need it for. I use it as a monitor a lot. It’s comfortable enough to wear for hours. The picture quality is really good for the price. I had a higher end head mounted device with better picture quality but the weight on my head was just too much. 4- Battery life. Great battery life. It lasts for about 4 hours, and it charges pretty fast when connected to the computer via its USB port. Sometimes I use it and charge it at the same time and it doesn’t overhead or anything. That was a big selling point for me because I have an oculus rift and thought of getting an oculus go, but the oculus go’s battery life is of only 2.5 hours. The Glyph surprised me with its battery life. The one thing I didn’t like much was the sound quality. It’s fine when you have something playing or when you’re playing a game, but if it’s not playing any audio you can hear a constant background noise coming from the headset. It doesn’t bother me that much, but I know other head mounted devices that don’t have that problem. Still, of all the head mounted devices I own this is the one I use the most, it’s comfortable, easy to set up, and has a very decent picture quality.

It does what I need it for. Does exactly what I wanted it to do. Continuum: WP10 perfect match for Glyph. I use my retired Windows 10 phone as OS for my Glyph.

Great for people with glasses

For $100 this is a great buy. I generally don't like VR sytle glasses since I wear glasses and tend to have a bad experience. It took an hour of fiddling to adjust the lens to my taste but once I did I was thrilled. These are great since I don't need to wear my glasses to be able to see the picture. It seems to work with any HDMI input. Pretty good for short flights minus the odd looks of the other passengers wondering why they guy next to them is wearing his headphones like that.

Just what I needed

I ordered these for while I am playing video games or mixing music on my PC. Works very well and they are very comfortable also.

Cost effective

The product is amazing for its price. Most devices similar to this costs $300 or more thus this product is very cost efficient. It works very well as a monitor, you just have to link it to the desktop and you can play games while not sitting in front of your desktop. The battery life is outstanding. It is pretty comfortable and although you will need to get used to it, it’s very useful. You can watch movies, or tv easily. Using this on airplanes and trains will give you privacy. The sound quality is great and the graphic are good too.

Not 1080p but 720p still bloody GOOD!!!

These are great as your personal home theater! It may not put out at 1080p, Yet 720p is still GOOD!!! I use mine as a all in one FPV headset with my Phantom 4 as well as a Personal monitor when gaming on the PS4!!!! The ability to connect to any HDMI source makes these a MUST HAVE!!!! Battery life is reasonable under heavy use!!

comfprtable good viewing

iOS buy the original apple adapter

Great the quality is great it just take some time to get used to it but when you do it’s awesome specially for watching Netflix in bed , beware iOS users you will need to buy the original apple adapter to experience full picture quality

Awesome Headsets

This VR video headset are really awesome. I got this headset because I always rest at my car during the lunch break. Watching some news or youtube video using the phone. However, this is not very good solution because I need to hold my phone during watching it. With this headset, I can hand-free to watch any interesting news, video or movies. The video quality are very clear and audio is awesome. You will have your our would when you wear it, without people interrupt you. The battery life is impressive as well which will support up to 4 hours. The most part about this headset is super comfortable when I wearing it. It is a really light weight headset and I just need to hang my neck like other headset when i am not use it . I personally are very happy about this purchase. Also, the best user experience is , I took it with me for long hours flight.
