Wow better than i expected!

I read review after review on here for all these different diffusers and had such conflicting information. A gf had this one in her store ans recommended it so I bought it. So glad I did! It puts out so much vapor and smell it's beyond what I've read or expected. I plugged it in and in one day it has changed the smell of my whole HOUSE overnight. I have 2 big stinky dogs and several reptiles so try as I may to keep it smelling good it was an uphill battle I was loosing.... until now. I have a ranch style home 1200 sq ft. And it reaches every room. I even had to buy another one for my finished basement. It's a basement so it has a slight musty smell and this helps so much. If your like me and do your research and still have a hard time choosing......choose this one. I highly recommend it and strongly encourage you to buy it. Just look at thr vapor coming out! Best 500ml essential oil diffuser humidifier ever!

Since I first started using on June 9, 2017 I've loved it. I also like the twelve month warranty that comes with it. When I use enclosed measuring cup, I fill it up to just before 500ml mark. This makes for more cold mist either high mist or low mist. I also have a window unit air conditioner set on 70 degrees farenheit in my 12 × 14 size bedroom and I read in manual that it depends on temperature in room and humidity by how much cold steam/mist comes out on either mist level. I also bought one for my son's small bedroom since he likes the colors and the awesome smell in my room. I have at least seven different kinds of organic essential oils to choose from. Yes, Lavender is great for helping you relax so you can get a good nights rest, but it's not a magic potion. Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, also helps you relax and calm you. I use all seven for my diffuser humidifier. Although you do need to put, just like manual says, at least 8-10 drops of Essential Oils for full tank.(Two drops per 100ml) At night, when the lights on it is too bright I dim them by waiting for color that you want dimmed, mine's red, by pressing light button twice on red color. You can pick any color you want dimmed. In my son's bedroom he doesn't have a window unit air conditioner just our heat pump air conditioner unit outside. (Trane unit) His room doesn't pump out alot of cold mist/steam on high mist because our house temperature is set on 74 degrees. But since it's a 500ml essential oil diffuser and humidifier it lets out plenty enough for his room, which is a 8 × 10 room. I'm really happy that it's easy to clean. I don't use citric acid, but clear vinegar every three to five days.(Just a teaspoon I find is enough mixed with a large glass of tap water, then pour it in all the way to 500ml mark and let sit for a few minutes. I read manual first and guessed the rest for best way to clean it. It really works!) Using clear vinegar really does,for me, cleans it so when I use citric oil (sweet orange organic essential oil) the smell is gone. I like to be detailed, as you can tell, so other people who would like to buy this, knows what is what. Not some reviews I've read where all it says is "I like it. It does as mentioned in description." What does that even mean?! So, that's why my review is so long.

This one is the best- Don't waste your time looking at others

This is the second of these humidifiers I've purchased- I loved the first so much that I wanted a second, particularly for my plants. I live in a studio apartment, so this humidifier isn't big enough to get the entire room (nor do I want one of those massive humidifiers you can buy from Target). I run the humidifier all day and all night; I'd say it lasts a good 12 hours before it needs refilling, but it might even be longer than that. I never knew it was possible to be so passionate about a humidifier, but I did a lot of comparative research before purchasing, and I believe this humidifier has several features that make it a good buy. 1) It is aesthetically pleasing; I have one highly-visible on my TV stand and another across the room. The light colors are pretty, and you can decide if you want them to change or stay the same (you pick the color); you can also run it without any light, which is what I do during the night. 2) It's quiet. There's nothing worse than the loud whirring noise of those giant ones, particularly if you're trying to relax with essential oils and the colored lights. 3) The size. This humidifier holds 500ml of water, which is more than most of the humidifiers in the same price bracket. It needs to be big enough to do its job, versus those tiny USB-powered ones (this one plugs in). But it's also not so massive that it's ugly or unwieldy. I live in a 350-square-foot studio; that's something that matters to me a great deal. 4) It's simple to operate. Everything is well laid-out, and the instructions are clear. The dome comes straight off, and you add the water before replacing the dome. There are 3 buttons (one for light and two for the mist). There's a setting to let the humidifier run until it is out of water (it will turn off itself, with a little beep), or you can set a timer by the hour. The cord is fairly long, too, which is helpful when determining the best location to plug it in. 5) Works great with essential oils. I add just a few drops, and that is something I will smell all the way across the room. 6) Quality. I've used my first humidifier essentially daily for about 4 months now, and I've had zero issues. I read a lot of reviews for other humidifiers that would crap out after the first few uses or first week. 7) The customer service is outstanding. There was an issue with the delivery of my humidifier, and the seller was responsive and helpful, even contacting Amazon for me. 10/10 would recommend the product and Asakuki's customer service.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and house smells pets no matter how often I clean.This is the best amongst all the other similar products. It produces nice n strong amount of aroma and it has not only the ability to adjust the length of hours(like all the others) but it also lasts more than 10 hours when it is just 'on' button. Of coures it kills the pet's odor! I bought 4 more other brands but all of them end up garbage bag because I did not see enough fog and scent of the oil I droped..I bought 4 of this ASAKUKI to replace the ones I threw away.. I highly recommend. By the way I am not bought by this manufacturer, I am just regular Amazon customer.

Replaced large, unattractive humidifier

I am really loving this diffuser! I was using a large, clunky humidifier in our bedroom at night, but it specifically stated to NOT add essential oils to the water. I don't care for heavily scented, chemical laden air fresheners and candles, and, though I won't attempt to speak to any medicinal benefits, I do find essential oil aromatherapy to be effective at creating a pleasant and soothing atmosphere in my home. However, I didn't want a unit that would only act as a diffuser, but one that would provide enough humidity to the room to replace the old humidifier completely. I feel that this product accomplishes that, and I plan to buy at least one more to use on the opposite side of the house as well. Setup and use: Setting up the diffuser for first time use is extremely simple (2 minutes tops), and the instructions are clear w/ pictures. Push buttons on the base control the functions and rely on beeps to let you choose your setting preference. You hold down the "light" button to turn the unit on. You can continue pressing the "light" button to go through the color and brightness options or you can hold the button down until it beeps twice to use the diffuser without any lights. The "mist" button controls the running time for the diffuser - 60, 120, or 180 mins or just choose "on" to let the diffuser run until the water levels get too low. A small green light indicates what time setting it's on. You can adjust the humidity level by holding down the high/low button - one beep indicates low, two beeps for high. Capacity: I have found that 500ml, on the low mist setting, provides enough humidity for our 320 sq. ft. bedroom and will run for most of the night (8ish hours). I choose the "on" setting, and the unit turns itself off automatically when the water gets too low. I do not mind having to add fresh water everyday because I feel like that is cleaner anyway. Adding water is as simple as lifting the top, and there are marks on the side of the basin so that you do not overfill. Range: Again, from a humidity standpoint, I think that this unit is sufficient for a 300ish sq. ft. room. As far as scent is concerned, I think that will depend on the quality of the oils you use and the number of drops you add to the water. I use 6-9 drops of one of Edens Garden's kid safe oil blends, and the scent is noticeable is several large rooms adjacent to where the diffuser is plugged in. Features: This is just a nice, compact, and attractive diffuser/humidifier. To me, design matters. If I am going to give something precious surface space in my home then it needs to work well and look good doing it. While this unit is all plastic (the wood grain is just printed on), it looks attractive and takes up much less space than an old school humidifier. In the right setting, the range of colors would be a nice feature as well. It is virtually silent while running, and you can see an appreciable amount of mist coming from the unit.
