Reliable and long lasting suction attachment hook
Easy to apply and flip lever for a tight seal against the wall. No problems with it losing its seal and falling off as I have found with the regular suction cups that do not have the lever. It is metal covered plastic which is good in that it will not rust but it is not going to win any awards for its looks.

Great hooks
Does anybody else out there get their genius ideas in the shower, then you have to remember the details of your solution the best you can, but you can't avoid at least part of it going down the drain with the water? Well my stepson and daughter-in-law solved this for me by buying me some weatherproof note pads, waterproof pen, and a super strong hook to hang in the shower. Then I moved and lost the hook!!! I expected to spend $20-30 on a replacement, but, as usual, Amazon to the rescue. I spent more time than I would have thought browsing for the perfect replacement and I am very satisfied with my choice. My notepad and pen are now back in place, and as an added bonus I used the second hook on my mirror to hang hand towels. The grip is very strong. When it is locked in place I tried pulling it off and was unable. Be sure to read the description about non-smooth surfaces. The surface must be completely smooth in order for these hooks to work. They cannot be used on a regular wall.

Very secure hook!
I've used several hooks inside my shower, attached to the tile, to hang washcloths. They always fall down every few days, but not this one! It fastens securely and never falls. I used the other one to hang a pretty large wreath on an outside window and it worked great!

Sticks very well to smooth surfaces.
Item works very well if you follow instructions. The first time I attached to a glass surface, it fell off in a few minutes, then I re-read instructions, taking about 20 seconds to press suction cup to glass firmly THEN closing the clasp thing. Has been holding now for three weeks.

Curiously strong
This is a really strong hook and stays on slick surfaces really well. I have affixed two to the plastic hood of my garden tractor to hold tools and they've stayed on perfectly. I'm very pleased that the suction is so strong and reliable. I plan to buy more to hang things in my shower and we'll see how they do in a wet environment, but I'm heartened by the fact that they've stayed on perfectly tight in the dusty and vibrating situation the tractor offers.

Solid and Sturdy Hook
This hook is solid. I recently bought myself a toiletry bag. Pretty well-sized, but the gym at my work doesn't have any hooks, so I went to Amazon to find a solution, and I definitely did. I was worried that it wouldn't be sturdy enough or that it would be too big to carry in my toiletry bag, but it's perfectly sized to take along with me, and sturdy enough to confidently hang my considerably sized (_______) toiletry bag on. So far I have been using this hook daily on tile and glass and it has held my bag with no trouble at all. My bag carries my basic and non-basic things. (Ex: My deodorant (full-size stick), face washes (multiple small containers), toothbrush and toothpaste, nail clippers, tweezers, razor, lotions, face creams and a few other small items. ) My toiletry bag weighs in at around 2-3pounds and the hook has no problem. I have tested the hook out and left my toiletry bag hanging on it for a few hours (very close to the ground so things wouldn't break if it gave way) and was happy to find that hours later, the hook was still going strong. Have been using this item daily for the past 3 week, so far, so good.

I can't say enough good things about these hooks
I used these to hang Christmas wreaths outdoors. They held throughout the season and we have had temperatures below zero during that time. I also used one to hang a wreath on the inside of a glass door at work and it held through all of the opening and closing of the door. I can't say enough good things about these hooks!!

Strong Hold On Tile
I purchased these for my shower to hang my shower caddy. Our shower is floor to ceiling tile which has a wood grain detail and slight relief so it is not a perfectly flat surface. These hooks adhered well and have held strong with a pretty substantial amount of weight from the caddy and various bottles held there in.

Strong Hooks for Shower
These hooks have worked very well in my shower where regular suction hooks have failed. My shower tile has a very slight texture to it and I was worried they wouldn’t work for that reason - glad that’s not the case. These hooks have a sticky surface that you peel off a backing on before applying, and then push the lever down to secure. I was even able to reposition the first one after sticking it on the tile for a couple seconds and realizing it was upside down - and it still works perfectly. As a disclaimer, these are positioned at the end of my long shower out of the way of the water stream and most splashes, so these don’t get wet frequently but they have held up in the steam and humidity well. I’m buying a couple more now!
