Better than expected!

I was a little thrown off by this having a USB instead of a regular plug but I plugged it into a charger component and into a wall socket and it works fine. I love the many colors and brightnesses that you can select depending on how bright you need it and the clip opens very wide and stays put.

Solid little light

Great little lamp. The two level dimmer and two light modes are perfect! The clip and lamp housing is very well made. I use it at night over my baby’s changing table and the snake neck design of the light allows me to angle the light out of my baby’s eyes. I bought one and a week later bought another. Thinking of buying at least two more. Only positive criticism I could give is, the plug is a usb (5volt). U can plug it into your laptop or use most cellphone plug adapters like the small cube that comes with an iPhone. Love that it’s usb for versatility but wish it came with its own adapter. Overall 5 solid stars.

More than I could ask for in a light

Pretty snazzy little light. I wasn't sure what to expect but I took a chance and I am quite impressed. It does everything I need it to. There's just so many things about it that make it perfect. -it's incredibly bright at Max setting -you can dim it to where it's super low and bed partner would not be disturbed by it. -you can change between warm, cool and vintage shade of light. That's three different temperatures of light in one little tiny lamp. All three of those are dimmable. -comes with a decent-sized gooseneck and a clamp that is very strong and will clip onto most surfaces. the one I have it on is probably about 2 inches or so wide almost. I use it for reading at night so I don't have to have other lights turned on and have to get up to turn them off and on all the time.

Works well for a light-sensitive goldfish! YMMV

I bought this lamp for a fish tank. I have a fish who suffered a serious injury to her eye and is now very sensitive to light, so I needed a light that wasn't too bright. This is perfect. There's a bright/dim setting, and also three color settings so you can choose the warmth of the light (blueish to yellowish). It clamps strongly onto the fish tank, and the gooseneck is very adjustable. My only complaint is that the power cord is USB -- so you need to have a USB wall plug if you plan to plug it in (or a power strip with USB ports, which is what I ended up with)

2-brightness settings features of this make it really useful for different things

The 3-color-temperature, 2-brightness settings features of this make it really useful for different things. The clamp is deceptively powerful but has foam to protect the surface it's clamped to from damage. Also the light is pretty bright given it's powered via USB. The neck of it is fairly stiff, so it should hold whatever shape you put it in without flopping over. All in all I like it and think it's well built

Good Reading Light

I bought this for my home office because my office has only has one light fixture that is centered in the ceiling. If I read printed material after the sun is down my head shadows the book or magazine. I don't know how many lumens it outputs, but it's higher than other reading laps I've used, which I need in my office because it needs to be positioned ~36" from the reading material. The ability to change color temperature is nice to keep my circadian rhythm in the right place, but not essential for me.

Sturdy and Good Book Reading Light

I bought this for my 11 yr old son who likes to read himself to sleep at night. It's a great little light that can be plugged into an outlet or charged with a USB cord! I like the 3 different light settings that give him some different brightness options at night. This lamp has been a great reading light and has survived being the innocent bystander to myriad brother wrestling matches...

I love this light. I love reading at night but my book light isn't sufficient enough and I strain my eyes reading. This helped solve my problem. I clip it right on the edge of my window sill which is right above my bed. There are 3 different light colors and 2 brightness settings. I use the soft yellow light on the low brightness setting and it has infinitely improved my reading experience at night. I find that the yellow light doesn't make the lamp hot, but the other two does if it's on for a while. I have used it everynight since I recieved it (4weeks ago) and have experienced no problem. It also doesn't come with a power adapter, but I have so many spare USB chargers laying around so it's not really a problem for me. I also love how it is very flexible and I can't point it at any direction I want to. Overall a great buy.
