Disc loaded easy and word processor works great

I was looking for something to use on new computer with Windows 10. I did not want to pay a large sum or yearly fee for Microsoft Office. Just needed a word processor to work whenever I needed to write any type of document. Disc loaded easy and word processor works great. I have not used all the programs, but have opened them up and everything looks good. What else could you do want for only $9.99.

Works Like MS Office 2016 And Saved Me $100!

Arrived in padded manila envelope with CD inside a cardboard holder. One page of instructions on how to load programs from CD into your hard drive. Loaded and installed perfectly. Tested some Word and Excel files as well as a PDF. All looked fine and could work on them as before on MS Office. Saved me over $100 as an alternative to having to purchase MS Office 2016 as my previous version would not work in Windows 10. Previously, I was forced to use my Acer Aspire Notebook, with a small 10" screen as it was a Windows 7 machine. Now I can enjoy using this open source Office Suite on my Lenovo desktop Windows 10 machine with a 22" monitor. Thanks eWholesaledirect.

Great Replacement for MS Office

I was looking for a substitute for Microsoft office. I had used ms office at work for years and I already knew how to do everything. But I’m retired now and the program that I’ve had on my computer at home became corrupted and useless, and the cheap version of office was no longer available for my pc. So I either had to pay a lot of money for a new version of office, or have to teach myself how to use a different program. Like I said, I’m retired, and old, and absolutely not looking forward to having to learn a whole new program. After reading the reviews for Open Office, I decided I would take a chance and see how hard it would be to learn it. It was only $13 , so if it turned into a hassle I would just toss it. Not only is it not a hassle, but so far, it operates just like ms office. I’ve only played around with it for an hour so far (it’s time for bed), but I’ve already set up the first spreadsheet and didn’t become lost even once. Very happy with this purchase. If anyone is looking for a cost effective replacement for the tragically overpriced ms office, I don’t think you can go wrong this product!

Easy to Install - Functions Just Like Microsoft Office - And Cheap

Open office has the appearance of Microsoft Office and can be installed on any number of computers since it is open source software. It installed easily onto my computer and I am horrible on my computer knowledge. It opened my old and recently completed WORD documents done in Microsoft Office. I cannot see why anyone would buy anything else other than Open Office to do Spreadsheets, Documents or Presentations. It is all 100% compatible with Microsoft Office. I could not be more pleased with open source software. Almost identical to Microsoft Office. You can edit and save current WORD documents in Open Office. It does not get any better than this folks.

Excellent transport of software. Help assist definite requirement. I have 2 personal copies of MS Office from days in PC Support '95 & '97. Neither allowed to load by Windows 10.

Affordable word processing that Works and Easy to install!

I needed a new word processor (other than pad) to write letters and do various word processing jobs at home. My 8 year old MS word program stopped working thanks to MS money grubbing attitude and buying a new copy at $200 plus wasn't in the cards for me as a retired person living off of my small social security check each month. So I decided to at least try this "open office" software and I am pleasantly surprised! It seems to work fine, the bad reviews I read on amazon about the program wiping out the virus software, were unfounded (it installed easily after reading the instructions) and opens my old word files with a single click. Thus far I am very pleased with the software for home use, letter writing etc. Thank you to the software creator and distributor for making this available and affordable.

This software is awesome. I was able to cancel my monthly subscription for Office saving $13.00 a month and am still able to do everything I did before. Well worth it especially for small business!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Works well it's a little difficult to install that it was much better than what I expected. Being an octogenarian I made it through without any real problem. I highly recommend this product especially for the month
