I use this everyday! I used to be terrible at taking my makeup off before bed.... meaning I didn't! But I also knew it was something I should be doing but I hated washing my face in the sink I'd get water dripping down my arms and all over the bathroom. Makeup removing wipes left funny residues on my face. BUT THIS IS THE SOLUTION! I just wet it totally in hot water from the sink ring it out and wipe wipe wipe! It is a bit tricky on mascara but its more so the formula of the mascara. Once its totally off I used cold water to rinse out the eye makeup as best I can and hang to dry. I have machine washed and dried about once a week since getting it with no issues! A great purchase!

These really work! In the process of creating a smaller eco- footprint and being more friendly to my body. I decided to order these to help remove make-up instead of using make-up remover and with some warm water it really works! If you're wondering I use the heavier make-up types like MAC, etc where usually you still see a slight tint of your make-up still on your face even after washing your face, but not when I use these towels. I initially received the wrong amount and contacted them about it, their customer service was really good and they sent out another right away to mend the mistake. Overall, great experience.

Okay. I was skeptical at first like with new beauty products that claim and promise big time. This wash cloth really works like magic. I purposely applied more than usual makeup to really get a sense of how well it works. It completely removed my eye makeup, foundation, concealer, blush etc. Also I want to add that I have been using Retin A for a few days to combat a few fine lines around my mouth and forehead(I'm 31 and being proactive..). So as you know that causes peeling flaming skin which is hard to get rid of, you usually have to let it run its course, however it polished away all that dead skin too! I am a believer, get it today!

I've had these for a little over a week and I LOVE them. They live up to the hype and I don't understand why people have issues with them. I read reviews for products very thoroughly before even considering purchasing items... that being said, I was skeptical when I was looking at these "miracle" microfiber cloths. I'd seen "my face was rubbed raw" and "dye-related issues" in other reviews, but I'll address that later. I finally bought them on a whim because they weren't that expensive and I was curious. I'm terrible about washing my face/ removing my makeup before bed and I don't like using makeup remover wipes because of the weird sticky feeling they leave on my skin. I don't wear a ton of makeup (nothing like a "full face" or whatever) but I'm just sharing my experience. I rarely use foundation or concealer but I do wear urban decay eye makeup (primer, shadow, mascara, etc.) and these removes it all no problem. I run it under hot water, wring out enough water so it's not sopping wet, and start wiping my face. Once the cloth is cool, I repeat the process until my makeup is completely off. One thing I think is important to recognize is that there are TWO sides... one is to "erase" and the other is labeled "exfoliate". I think that some people who gave lower ratings for it irritating their skin may have accidentally used the exfoliate side... but who knows. As for the dye issue... I ordered them in black and washed them in cold water with like colors on a regular cycle before using them. I just hung them to dry but I don't remember reading if they were fine in a dryer or not. I used them for several days with no dye bleeding under the scalding hot water I was using in the sink. In another review, someone mentioned they work great for taking off face masks and not soaking yourself/bathroom counter in the process. ONLY AFTER removing a bubble mask, I noticed the purple-ish dye bleeding out of the cloths... now I took that as more of a negative for the mask than the cloths because the bleeding was likely caused by some funky chemical in the mask. I didn't get a discount/free product or anything for this review... I just genuinely like this product and think it's a great thing to use. It's going to help me *actually* wash my face every night before bed. I even let a guest (who uses makeup more than I do) try one and she's decided to order her own! I will definitely be gifting these awesome washcloths to friends and family this year!!!

This is my first time to ever do a product review, ever, but this product just sold me, and is everything I was hoping it would be. I have used these microfiber cloths for a month now, and I am amazed! Per instructions, I washed them before use, and I was excited to try them out. I wet one cloth with warm water, took the erase side of the cloth straight to my face, and gently rubbed my face with it. I was surprised HOW MUCH mascara and makeup came off. I rinsed it off and cleansed my face one more time, then rinsed the cloth, rung the water out, and hung it up to dry. After my face was washed with the cloth, I did a test by using a Neutragena makeup wipe to cleanse my face one more time, and to my surprise, there was hardly any evidence of makeup reside on the wipe! Using the microfiber cloth did not even make my face dry after it’s use! I’m totally sold on this product, not to mention the savings I’ll have from not having to buy any more facial makeup cleaners!

WOW! These makeup remover towels are INCREDIBLE. I don't know what these other reviewers are doing wrong to say that it doesn't remove makeup. I wear a medium amount of makeup everyday - not light but not heavy either (foundation, concealer, bronzer, blush, mascara, etc etc). It takes off EVERYTHING, even my waterproof mascara. I don't know what kind of magic in these towels. I'm ready to throw out the 4+ other products I was using to remove my makeup and just use this towel for everything. PROS: it removes everything, has a hook to hang in the shower, labels each side (erase/exfoliate), comes in a 2-pack (with bonus hair ties) so when one's in the laundry, you have another to use CONS: NONE! NOTE: I bought the black towels and there was running of the dye as other reviewers mentioned (I didn't wash them before first use - oops!) So I put them in the washer and dryer by themselves (washed and dried according to the instructions) and haven't had an issue with the black dye since.

I'm super happy with these. Previously I was using the face wipes, but I just never found one that took all my makeup off without drying out my face or making it feel weird afterwards. These really do a great job at getting the makeup off without over-exfoliating. I love the black (because no makeup stains) and that 2 came to a pack. The hair ties don't work for me(too thick for my fine hair), so while it's a nice bonus, I ended up tossing them. I have noticed that these take way more makeup off than the wipes did. If I went over my face with a damp cotton ball after using the wipes (I've tried Simple, Burt's Bees, Neutrogena, etc.) it still had makeup coming off. Not wth these towels! Everything comes off first try. As someone who loves cool showers and refrigerated face wipes, I also love that I can just use cold water and not have to store these in the fridge to get them cold. It's very refreshing to go over my face with cold water after removing makeup with warm water.

Buying makeup wipes is both expensive (in the long run) and just a general pain. The logic to buy a reusable makeup remover towel has always appealed to me and I didn't know about this product until I came across a youtube video that was reviewing. At first, I was hesitant to purchase this just because spending money makes me sad but I think this product is well worth it, especially as a long term investment. It comes in a pack of two which is helpful but kind of extra if I'm being honest (not complaining, it's great). It's extra because these towelettes are definitely reusable and washable. If you wash them by hand then they will look kind of worn, but if you toss it into the washer/fly dry it then it looks good as new (I washed mine by machine like 4 months later). No matter how they look, however, they work perfectly fine and definitely get all of my makeup out. I've also used it before as a washing towel when I take a bath. Basically it cleans extremely well and is gentle on your skin unless you're rubbing really hard. Also, I also like this product because i have sensitive skin and can't handle a lot of the make up wipes that are on the shelves.

Bought this for my wife. She tries to go organic with most things so I thought she might like these instead of using chemicals or removal creams. Turns out she used coconut oil for makeup removal, but these cloths worked great for her. She said they were wonderful for removing all her makeup, eyeliner , mascara , and eyebrow pencil. She uses oil free foundation and mostly oil free liquid so hope that helps. If you use oil based makeup you may want to check more reviews or ask if anyone has used these with them. Washed after several weeks of use. These clothes are the real deal. She can’t say enough positive about them!

I do light make up (tinted moisturizer, eyebrow pencil, waterproof eyeliner), and these towels do a great job of removing it all. I only make them wet with water and gently scrub. After a few washes they are still soft. I saw other reviews before I bought these, and they said these are no different than regular towels, but I took a chance. I have the Hotel Collection from Macys, which are very soft and absorbent towels, but this face towel is much softer. I do not get any black fuzz like some reviewers said, but maybe they unfortunately received a poor quality batch. I ordered the black color because I read reviews the other colors get stained. I feel better using these instead of feeling wasteful with make up remover wipes. I recommend these.
