Overall nice backpack

Very nice backpack. We had to send the first one back as it did not work. Received this one and thought this one did not work, but turns out it did not work with the apple charger. We got it to work with an android charger. I contacted the company via Amazon and they have been very receptive to my emails and fixing the issue. Even after I told them I got it working with an android charger, they are still offering to send me a new backpack that will work with the apple charger at no cost. I have been told by the company that one batch of these backpacks did not work with apple chargers, however they have remedied this issue. This backpack is very nice, very well made and sturdy. My son plans on using it for school and sports trips and was pleased at how much room he had in it. Received the replacement backpack from the seller and it works great. Very nice!

Purpose Perfect

I got this for my girlfriend who's in medical school. She was wearing out her tiny Camelback daypack as it wasn't intended to be used for hauling school books and laptop. The Sosoon backpack is the perfect size. She's 5'4" and it isn't bulky, but still fits everything she needs. There aren't too many pockets, so the less likely she'll waste 15 minutes digging through the bag looking for her stuff, making me get up to help look, and console her mini nervous breakdown. I like the rippled straps for the "massage" effect as she is super tense all the time. The side pocket seems to hold up well to her abuse of oversize water bottles and containers. The bag is basic black, but the Sosoon emblem looks good on it. The charging port is really beneficial while she's sitting in class and needs to charge her phone or tablet. I think another reason I bought it was for it's "water resistant" abilities as it rains often where we are. The seems are tight and the zippers are all covered with material. So far so good. It it lasts more than a year, it was definitely worth the money. But from the feel of it, I think this is quality made bag and should last a lot longer.

Great backpack, everything is as described, and definitely easy to carry

Purchased this for my husband since his laptop bag was literally coming apart at the seams. He carries not only his laptop, but a lot of other essentials in his backpack to and from work 6 days a week so he needed something sturdy. He actually waited until the next day to move stuff into it, but he loves it. There is plenty of room for his 15" laptop and everything else he needs. He was very pleased with the USB charging port AND that it is waterproof. All the little pockets are nice especially the anti theft hidden zipper pouch. The shoulder straps have excellent padding and together with their weight control feature, he doesn't complain about it hurting his shoulders or his back.

Amazing and perfect for keeping my technology with me.

Holy jeez this is a fancy backpack. I just got a new MacBook Pro (13 inch) to take back and forth to work for presentations and such. I have some other nick knacks I need to keep with me like my extra USB cords and dvd drive. There are spots for EVERYTHING. It's extremely sturdy feeling and fits my laptop just fine. I am so glad I got this, it goes above and beyond what I need.

Bought this for my daughter to take to college but I may keep it for myself. This is made of some really heavy duty fabric. I was expecting something similar to what my kids school backpacks are made of but this is much better quality. My original intention was to give this to my daughter to take to college. I just bought her a new laptop and I'm a bit paranoid about it getting stolen or her not closing her backpack all the way and it falling out. This is an interesting design where the zipper is close to the shoulder straps which makes it virtually anti-theft. So I'm thinking I may use this on my trip to the big city this summer to keep my things secure. I was a little worried my laptop wouldn't fit but it fits perfectly (15.6) there is also room for a 10in tablet. Plenty of room for books/pens/pencils along with your laptop. The charging port, I've never seen this on a backpack but this is the coolest thing ever. You just plug in a portable charger, slip it in your backpack and plug your phone charger in the port and your phone is charging...Love this backpack!

Holds a surprising amount of stuff!

I'm always looking for a new laptop bag that makes dragging all my stuff around with me easier and more organized. I was a little skeptical of this bag when I got it since it was packed tightly in a small form. After unfolding it and laying it out, I was pleasantly surprised with how many pockets, slots, and spaces for everything. I especially love how the front of the bag can be fully unzipped and will lay flat, allowing you ample space to get to the main space inside. It makes looking for items and organizing them so much easier. It seemed like I was finding new pockets even several days after I started using the bag, so it certainly has no shortage of areas to put your stuff. On one shoulder strap you have a USB port that you can use to connect to a power bank. The other strap has a headphone jack so you can easily listen to your music. This is a pretty neat option, but I don't like how the respective cables on the inside are just hanging aimlessly within the bag. It would have been better if there was a strap or something to secure them when not being used. I have included some pictures that show several views of the backpack as well as everything I was able to comfortably pack into the bag. I really like this backpack, it's built well, provides tons of space and pockets, and is comfortable to carry.

Liked it so much, I wanted one for myself!

I purchased this for a Father's Day gift for my husband and I like it so much, that I ordered this second one for myself. I really wanted to review this with a video but I'm very sick and have lost my voice, so I tried to take photos to illustrate it all. First of all, the bag is made of quality materials, and appears quite durable, and should hold up to daily usage. It has many pockets, zippers, compartments, etc to hold just about anything you need to take along. The zipper for the main compartment is hidden, so it would be difficult for someone to get into your bag even in a crowd. Since theft is common in public/mass transit, this is a great little safety feature. The area meant for a laptop is designed to safely secure and protect your electronics while in transport. There are also hidden cords within the bag that allow you to "plug in" from outside the bag. This is handy for things like listening to headphones while your device is safely tucked away in the bag. As you can see in my photos, there's padding on not only the straps, but also the areas of the bag that make contact with your body when wearing the bag. This is a bonus for those with back problems, but is a great comfort for any user. I'm disabled, so the comfort features are especially important to me.

Sturdy, durable, functional. I love it for my 15" laptop + books for school!

I'm in grad school and am constantly on the go with my laptop and books. I love the water bottle pocket on the side for quick access and there are MORE than enough pockets inside to store things. The fabric is very tough and is made to last! The shoulder straps are very comfy and doesn't cut into your shoulders. Great padding on the lower back. I don't use the pocket on the lower back though but it's nice to have.. maybe for your passport or if your wallet is very thin. I'll say ONLY thing that is a lil less than desirable (but certainly not a deal breaker) is that its a lil difficult to grab things inside the backpack closer to the front and at the bottom because the main zipper peels back the laptop immediately and you need to unzip nearly most of the bag in order to grab things from the front b/c the location of the zipper. Most backpacks have the zipper in the middle of the top so you can access everything equally as well. Again, a minor issue.. I have a 15" laptop so I have lots of room at the top of the backpack. So the top is pretty darn roomy. I could have easily gone with a shorter backpack.

Well padded on the lower back side of the section, laptops sections, bilateral straps and bilateral lateral sides of the upper back. Those paddings are helping me feel comfortable. The padded shoulder straps help to reduce load weight and relieve pain. We all have an experience that our shoulders are tired being carrying my heavy backpack. Lots of pressures on shoulders are one of reason to give us poor posture or shoulder pain/back pain. I am glad this backpack has well-padded shoulder straps. Have you had sweaty back while carrying the backpack? I had before. For easily air through between our back and the backpack, the padding at bilateral lateral upper parts and lower back side.! It also protects your back by not getting rubbed from the backpack. This is a water-resistant backpack. It protects your valuable things safe inside the backpack from light rain. I like the zipper. The zipper is sturdy and moves very smoothly, so you don’t have to worry about the zippers being caught. 2. Plenty of compartments and room to store. There are 1main compartment, 2front pockets, 2side pockets, 1back pocket: 1laptop, iPad pocket, 4inner pockets, 4 pencil slots. You can put lots of books, binders, laptops, smaller items etc so anything that you need to take to fit in this bag, it is safe. 2 mesh holders to store 2 water bottle. You do not have to worry about what would fall be out of it and drop because these compartments hold in place by mesh. 3. Charging port and headphone plug One thing very unique about this backpack is there are is a charging port and headphone plug at each side of the shoulder straps and the end of the cables are inside of the bag. So it is easy to charge your devices without opening up/or carrying on your hands. How convenient it is! I am impressed that this company knows how they catch up a customer’s needs.
