If you are doing any kind of consistent physical training you need this Amino Acid supplement. I am not a fitness competitor or a body builder- I am a physically active runner, swimmer and cyclist. Tastes like Jolly Rancher

I take this stuff to stay hydrated. I mix it with 4-5 grams of Creatine. I know that muscle synthesis requires all nine essential amino acids and not just BCAA. But damn does it taste good, and it mixes well with Creatine. I use it as a pre and intra workout drink.

Best hydration amino for the money

Love this product!! Less than two weeks in and the progress is measurably! The best part is that L-Glutamine is added, and the results are there! It’s like using creatine without the possible affects. The fruit punch is delicious and non gritty. Use twice a day, 3-4 scoops a day. 4 hours of baseball field work and two hours of heavy lifting per day. 1 gram of protein per pound taken, but that’s it.

I have bought the fruit punch flavor 4-5 times and have been satisfied every time. The flavor is great and it dissolves well in cold water. Doesn’t leave a film or nasty taste in your mouth after you drink it. Definitely helps during a long day outside when I’m super sweaty or during an intense workout.

Helped during the workout

I've been using it almost 3years now helped me while I workout less exhaust and less tired/flavor is fine but not a big fan of Grape and Icy blast (oh hell nope >.<) other than works fine

The best aminos! It tastes so good, and not chalky at all compared to some amino acids. I repurchase all the time.

A surprise for all essential amino acids

I usually buy this at GNC $35. I cringe when I have to pay that much yes. This is the same thing I get on their Shelf 4 less than half the price. The great thing about this product said it has not only BCAA but all Essentials amino acids. Eea's as well Sorry GNC!
