This charger has been to the moon and back with me! This case has saved my phone from certain doom (due to my butter fingers dropping it) more times than I can count. One instance where I dropped my phone down my basement stairs (with metal grips on the stairs might I add) and my phone was perfectly fine! It also went through the wash and came out on the other side, still working! (Though my iphone 6 bit the dust. RIP) Recently, the top half has started to show its battle scars, with the little plastic that slides above the silent mode switch on my phone cracking off and it has a few nicks on the top edges but again this case is such a trooper! It does use a seperate charging cable, which is included. I plug it in before I go to bed and in the morning it is fully charged and ready to go! It is also a little bulky, but it is a whole other battery so thats understandable. Now I’m not saying to purposely drop this case in a lake and smash it with a hammer to “test durability” or whatever. Its strong but not magic. But it will hold up to every day life and around ~1 drop a week if youre clumsy like me. Cant say enough good things!

The best iPhone case that Murphy has ever designed

The best iPhone case that Mophie has ever designed. Improvements over the past designs are as follows: 1) The colors of the case now are actually the same as what is in the picture. Not two shades off like they used to be. 2) They eliminated the bezel seem on the sides. It looks like one whole solid piece. 3) The exterior of the case is no longer a hard plastic, but a thin rubber like when you would find on a computer mouse.

The case works and looks great. I don’t get why smaller cases don’t come in red as I really would have liked that. Makes finding my phone easier. But the battery life is better over previous versions.

Replacement for my Mophie. I love this case. I have an iPhone 8. I charge it every other day because I am lazy. My usage revolves around work: slack, email, calendar, and it revolves around health tracking: running app, ymca class app, appropriate motivating Spotify playlists, etc. They run in the background continuously. And I tether like a mofo coz I don’t trust most wireless networks and like to pipe my activity through my vpn. So yay extra battery life! (Do not drop it in the toilet. You will be sad.)
