Can I give these 10 stars? They are a godsend for my plantar fasciitis, which I developed from running in sneakers that I should have replaced much earlier. Anyone with PF knows the pain of that first step in the morning. I can slip my feet into these right out of bed and I have no heel pain. I had never heard of OOFOS before, and I was skeptical of the company's claims about its special technology, patented foam, and intended use for sports recovery. But this foam is really springy and like nothing I have felt before. The shoe supports the arch directly so all of my weight is on the supported arch, and nothing on the heel. These are *not* a cure for PF but so far they are making my life a lot better! I am going to have to order every other shoe made by OOFOS. They are not appropriate footwear for the office, but at this point my PF pain is so bad that I don't care and plan to wear them anyway! I read a past review that the pink color runs smaller. I have not tried the other colors but this one does seem to run smaller than expected. I have wide feet and these fit perfectly, so they might be too loose for people with really narrow feet.

I have had PF for years now and can't bear to walk without support, even just to the bathroom. So about 5 months ago I purchased Telics as house shoes. They've been great. Then I came across Oofos. I got them today and after only about 5 hrs in them I can say they are great too. Relics don't have as much cushion but the have a deeper heel cup and what feels like more arch support to me but the logos cushion feels great and they have enough arch support for me. Right now Oofos cushion is making me like them just a tad more. UPDATE: I love my oofos but be advised if you were these daily you will need a new pair in a year.

Oofos are the best! I am a hair stylist, so I'm on my feet all day. My feet feel so good when I come home and put these on. I have high arches and I tend to walk on the outside of my feet, and these seem to help correct that. They really are like walking on marshmallows. I usually wear an 8W, and the 8 in these are perfect.

Plantar Fasciitis sufferers, SUFFER NO MORE! My Feet have been in agony for months. I've stopped working out, stopped jogging, stopped walking the dogs, and bought orthotics, and multiple pairs of shoes, massage devices, foot rollers, tried frozen water bottles and everything else I could think of, and NONE of it helped me find the kind of relief I have gotten from these flip flops. I wish I could buy a work shoe version. I never want to take them off. If you suffer from this condition, if you have felt the excruciating pain, and have had to crawl to the bathroom on your knees for not wanting to step on your feet, Get over it, and buy a pair of these.

LOVE these. I saw a server in Hawaii wearing these sandals and she was bustling around a busy restaurant, outside in warm weather, and I asked her about them. She said they took a bit of getting used to but she could wear them all day. Now we were there an hour and I was exhausted just watching her ~ so I went to where she said she picked up hers and picked up a pair. I put them on and they were like walking on marshmallows! So comfy! I didn't have any problem adjusting to them ~ my calves were a little sore on day one after walking all over Hawaii, but we had walked all over, like maybe 6 miles in new sandals! Anyway, when I asked the sales person if they shipped (afraid my bags were already overweight) she said they did not...so I left that boutique and from my phone ordered this pretty periwinkle pair (paid less, even from Amazon!) and they were in my mailbox when we arrived home!!!! SCORE!!!! Now, I have two pair and I love them still! They wash in the washing machine ~ (do not dry them) and have been all over the Virgin Islands and have lasted just great in sand, dirt, heat and rain! Could not love them more!!!!

The shoe is a bit pricey but worth ever penny. This flip flop has saved my life in regard to summer fun. I developed plantar fasciitis about one year ago in my right heel. This brand Oofos has an incredible arch support plus super cushion on my heel, while I am standing up straight I feel no direct pressure on my heels. As I walk the shoe provides amazing comfort for my heel. Such good arch support my arch was slightly sore for a couple of days but my foot loves it now. Before this shoe I was able to walk normal for a short amount of time with a regular flip flop then I would find myself kinda tip toeing on my bad foot. I thought my summer vacations would be contained to just relaxing by the pool but with the Oofos flip flop I am able to go on excursion, walking, shopping and dancing. The shoe runs true to size, I love this shoe so much I ordered all colors for the summer and I use a pair as the shoe I step into when I get out of bed in the morning. A must have for plantar fasciitis.

Ahhhh like walking on a cloud. I have arthritis in my hips and also knee troubles; but I am still very active so these are perfect!! But why oh WHY are all the light weight cushioned shoes so freaking boring and dare I say ugly...uugh. I actually wrote the company basically begging them to make a boot or a shafted clog or something a bit cuter...what is it with these orthopedic-type shoe designers?? Just cause I have arthritis doesn't mean I don't want to look a bit more stylish. I go out to concerts and clubs, and would love to have a cute Oofos boot to rock; but I do have some light weight cowboy boots (brand:Coconuts) that I put insoles in; but Oofos just feel so good!!! You can rock them, maybe w/ a long dress or flare jeans, but just know that they do have that orthopedic flavor. ....I fantasize about putting their sole on a cowboy boot or biker boot...

OK, I tried Vionics but one of the sandals was mis-manufactured so I returned them. I found these Oofos and WOW are they great sandals. I have only had them for a week, so I can't comment on the long term aspects of this footwear, but I will update my review if something unexpected occurs down the road. I was looking for support due to plantar fasciitis. These are primarily "around the house sandals" as walking barefoot is becoming painful and normal sandals provide minimal if any arch support. I found OOfos sandals and I am so glad I did. Same price range as Vionics (honestly due to my condition I really don't care how much they cost anymore) and the Oofos are the perfect combo of support and energy absorption (cushioning). These two things don't have to be mutually exclusive anymore. Highly suggest the OOfos. I look forward to wearing these sandals as my feet just seem to relax when I put them on. I am ordering a second pair in a different color shortly. I paid full price for my review. lol

After painstakingly researching sizes and asking questions to every forum I could think of, I finally did it. I have a 8.5-9 wide size foot. I have been battling plantar fasciitis for months and I was looking for a comfortable sandal to wear here in hot and humid Florida. I was worried that the rubber would rub my foot raw but I have had no problems. I will most likely purchase more colors. These are very comfortable.

I need a summer shoe that provides great arch/foot support, and that fits my feet. I recently rubbed the top of my foot raw with a new pair of closed shoes, so was looking for something that didn't rub that part of my foot. I have wide high volume feet: size 10 E or EE in Women's (usually a 9 EE or EEEE in Men's), a high arch, a high instep, and short chunky toes. I have recurring plantar fasciitis as well as pain on the side of my foot that both are much improved when I have enough support; with my high arch, it is hard to find supportive sandals (no orthotic can fit). Because there are almost no wide sandals or flip flops that also have support, my choices were limited and I had to try several average width shoes. But, we all have differently shaped feet, so what works for one in a shoe, will not work at all for another. I spent hours reading reviews, bought 4 pairs, and none worked. This time, I bought 7 pairs: Oofas, Birkenstock EFAs, Chacos, New Balance, Vionic, and 2 pair of Footminders. The Oofas were the first pair out of the box. It was so nice to put something on that was an instant possibility after the four failures earlier in the week. I ordered the 11W/9M because I figured I would gain some width and I usually wear a 9 Men's shoe. Initial fit - it was a bit snug. These are not sold as wide shoes; I was hoping that they would be both wide enough and have a long enough strap to fit over my high instep. My feet pushed into them with a bit of effort. The material is soft and doesn't rub, so I felt hopeful. Since I have had Crocs before and they are snug to start but stretch, I was also hopeful that these would stretch a bit over time. (Still have to see about that.) Width - For a shoe that is not sold as a wide, the footbed is wide. Not super wide, but wide enough for my feet, though I did size up a full size compared to a normal Women's shoe. Better yet, the thong placement was accurate for my chunky big toe. Often the placement is such that the inside of my foot hangs off the foot bed. In this shoes, my whole foot fit! Length - as suspected, they are a bit long. But, I did order up from my normal Women's size. They are not so long, however, to be a problem. Comfort and support - walking is like walking on...well, i do not know what! It is very soft and comfortable. Better yet, to me, is that the entire bottom of my foot is touching the shoe; that doesn't happen often unless I have inserts. Wear - no idea. Literally have had them a few hours. Will try to remember to post in a few months about how they wear and if they stretch out. Overall - these are a bit snug. If you have C or D width women's feet, order your normal size. E or EE, order up a size. If your arches are not high, they should be perfect. I have had them on while writing this and I can definitely tell that they are on my feet, but they are not cutting off circulation. There is still a lot of room past my toes, but I expect that with relatively short toes. See photos for more info.
