Superb Firewood Rack - Well-Made and Sturdy
Previous winter's wood piles have been unsightly at best. Why it took 6 decades for me to muster the desire to get a little more organized and prepared...I cannot explain. Ahhh...your first thought was laziness! But your first thought would be incorrect. There is nothing lazy about dealing with firewood for the winter season. This product is about creating a more organized and efficient storage for your stove's fuel. I have an inside dry storage area for the bulk of my firewood but it is some 20-30 yards from the house and that trek is a little more daunting when there is deep snow between me and my beloved old Buck Stove 27000 insert. Truckin' my 2 wheeled cart loaded down with 16" cherry and hickory chunks during those heavy snow times is not my favorite thing to do and the wife frowns on a measly few sticks remaining on the back patio when the weatherman is calling for some accumulation. But, as wives tend to be, she also doesn't like the unsightly random "pile" of wood close to the house even if it is out back. Enter the Landmann Firewood Log Rack. Easily assembled, this log rack storage solution has made me look like someone who actually knows a thing or 2 about being prepared. At least to my wife. The kids visiting the other day asked if I was a "prepper" now? I informed them that if being prepared was being a prepper...then, Yes, I was to be addressed as Dr Prepper. "But Daaad...you have so much wood stacked out there !" I will be certain to remind them of their observations when the juice goes out in the middle of a big snow storm later this season and they all come back home piling up in my den with cozies and fleece to watch movies and wait out the storm. And I'll be sure to be drinking a tall glass of Dr Prepper while reclining next to the warm fire when I recall the words. This rack holds a lot of wood and I'm glad now that I went with the 8 footer rather than the 4. Serves me well. After addressing the easy assembly, there is not a lot left to be said other than it's sturdy and once hardware is tightened, the rack does not move. Loading the wood properly aids in it's sturdiness. A previous reviewer mentioned a helpful fact concerning the length of the sticks you place on the rack. If your firewood is cut short, as mine is for the Buck insert, you will want to check the width of the bottom rack to make sure your cut wood will not fall through the span. I just placed some longer pieces for the bottom row and it was fine. But, as the other reviewer noted, placing a run of plywood or suitable base on the bottom prior to loading short wood will take care of that little problem. The cover as of this date has not been updated apparently. It is very cheaply done and I don't expect it can last very long. I opted to get the cover with the rack in spite of the reviews for the cover. My mistake. I could have applied that extra $10 or so to another, better made cover and I'd been happier but I am reviewing the log rack today and it is very well done. Cover looks nice enough...it's just the plastic tie straps (3 pairs on the front side front top to bottom) are attached in a manner that will almost certainly pull loose during your first install. Take care in this area if you opt for the cover. Blistering winds that surely will come will make this cover useless in short time. This thing is well-made, sturdy as it can be, and extremely practical. I’m buying another one of these for a family member. I like it that much. You won’t be disappointed.

Great, solid firewood rack
I have bought several pieces from this company now and I’m very pleased with each one. I decided on the 4ft rack opposed to the 8ft because I just didn’t think it would be durable enough to hold that much wood, I WAS WRONG!! This is solid and extremely durable and only took about 15 mins to put together, you will be very happy with this item. Would recommend to anyone.

Very Sturdy and Durable
With winter approaching it was time to get a new wood rack to hold all our firewood. This 8 foot rack was perfect in the fact it keeps the wood off the ground and is strong enough to hold a lot of wood. My husband even placed a thick sheet of wood on the rack and stood on it. No bend whatsoever on the rack and it held his weight. Set up was fairly easy except for one part not listed in the paper instructions. The bars that are there to support the beams were not listed anywhere in the manual but, if you go on the item description page, they are mentioned. Other than that this is a great firewood rack and will allow us to ave more logs placed on there at one time rather than cutting some every other day.

Nice sturdy log rack
The product is well built, fits together nicely, and was easy to assemble. Each pipe was individually plastic wrapped for protection and all the screw holes lined up perfectly. The only issue I had was the box was damaged in shipping and the bolts, washers, and nuts had all fallen out of the small bag and were loose in the box, and apparently some had fallen out of the box tear, so I had to replace them myself with parts I had saved from other projects.

Great product, great service
I ordered this rack. It came promptly and was a snap to put together. One screw hole was a tiny bit off so I contacted Amagbeli by email and got a response the next day. The gentleman quickly resolved the situation and replaced the unit. The service was incredible. I was contacted when to expect the next unit and after it arrived, I was contacted to make sure the replacement was good. I will use this company again. We have about 15 acres of oak that died in the drought so the racks will get a lot of use. It's sturdy, easy to put together and the company has great service.

Easy to assemble
I was looking for a log rack in my backyard since we have a stove in living room. I have some logs in our old rack but it got rusted, so I decided to replace it. Found this product and made an order. It arrived as expected. Easy to assemble. I could do it by my own. No headache at all as like that for a IKEA furniture. It only took me 10 min to finish. The rack was found very stable. Comparing with other products, I found this one is much easier to assemble and of a cheaper price. Simple but useful. I am happy with this purchase.

Slight alteration resulted in a very functional product
I have a smaller wood burning stove so we cut and split our logs shorter. Naturally we don’t measure every log we cut (we “wing it” like everyone else so some are a little longer and some are a little shorter). If all logs aren’t long enough to reach the front and back support bar they’ll fall through spilling your wood so I cut 1x6 treated wood the width of the rack and secured them with self tapping screws on the bottom and sides. This provided a neat and secure rack that I have no doubt my children will use one day when I’m long gone. It’s not a real heavy metal but it’s sturdy enough to do the job and probably last a lifetime on our covered and screened in back porch.

This is advertised as an Outdoor Rack. When I ...
This is advertised as an Outdoor Rack. When I received it, the package stated that it is an indoor rack. I planned to use it outdoors so I had to coat it with rust proof paint and primer to try to make it suitable for outdoor use. I later learned that the box it came in was mislabeled and it was really for outdoor use. The rack is somewhat lightweight but appears to hold a full load of wood O. K.

All Parts in Box, Easy Assembly
The rack came quickly, had nice black finish, all of the hardware was included, assembly was straightforward and simple. I purchased this rack for pressed fire log storage in my garage/pole barn. As the biggest logs I use are only 14 inches long, I also purchased 1/2 inch hardware cloth, cut sections to size and zip tied the sections to the frame. With weight on the rack, stability seems very good. My location allows for almost perfect levelling. We will see how many fire logs I can load. They are considerably heavier than firewood. A few months later I have found the biggest problem with the rack is not burying it behind other garage-stored equipment. It's not the rack, its the operator! Great Product! If there are any further developments I will update this report.

Well worth the money!
I was extremely happy with this product which I put together yesterday. The tubing appears to be strong and the packaging was great. It was nice that the bolts had the washers an nuts on them which ensured the correct amount of everything. The holes lined up well and was not difficult to assemble the rack. I have severe hand tremors and was able to assemble the rack in about seventy-five minutes. Someone without the tremors could complete the assembly much faster. I began filling the rack yesterday and will completely fill it when the rain stops (if ever).
