Great quality and beautiful!
This is a wonderful and beautiful product. It lets in light with rainbow colors were the sun hits as well as adding privacy. You REALLY have to clean your windows, but it stays once it’s on. It did not come with instructions but they have an online video which is very helpful. After the window is clean I got a spray bottle of water and added a few drop of dish soap. Spray the window so it is fairly wet, take off backing and put on. I sprayed the other side of the cling once it was on and squeegee all the water bubbles out. Wipe with a dry cloth every round, this takes a while. It’s still holding with no problems, it’s only been a week but I think it will stay. I’ll update if it changes. I have tried another product from a local craft store and it stayed for a few hours, I went threw the same steps and still it fell, three times. This product is way better quality and looks a whole lot better. Hope this helps!!!

Great for a small bathroom
This product worked exactly as needed. I have a small bathroom and the curtain blocked light and made the room look smaller. This was the perfect solution. It allows light to come in but allows the privacy a bathroom requires. Installation was fairly easy. I cleaned the window really well and then roughly cut the film to size, but allowed for extra room on all sides. Then I sprayed a soapy water solution onto the window and started applying the film slowly. I made sure to smooth out air bubbles with an old gift card and then cut the edges off with an exacto knife.

Just What I Needed
I have a weird skinny window in my house where no normal window covering works. People walking on our community trail can see up into our upstairs bathroom when the light is on and it's dark outside. Not a good plan at all. So I used this window film and cut different sized circles and placed then on this window to interrupt the view into the house. Worked perfectly! Very easy to use.

Looks great & easy to install
It arrived well packaged, but I was worried at 1st because it appeared to be see thru when 1st saw it. Fear disappeared when I held it up to window tho -- it looked very different & much better! Just as many of the other reviews state & show, there are beautiful rainbow prisms that highlight the area when the sun shines thru, too. As for privacy, it does decent job while still allowing light to enter. You can still see blurred outline of everything, but definitely not clear vision of anything (day or night). As for installing, I found it pretty easy. To cut it to fit, I left the back cover on the film & used 2-sided tape to help hold/hang in window, then took sharp exacto knife to cut along edge. I then removed, cleaned the windows (using razor blade for any tape residue & coffee filters for streak-free clean...not that this is really needed, but great tip for cleaning other windows/mirrors in your home!), and then I lightly sprayed my diluted cleaning mix again on windows right before putting the film back up. Before you put the film on the window, be sure to remove the back cover on it. To make this easier, just grab some tape, place a piece on each side near a corner & pull to separate them. Place that side of the film that was covered against the window you just dampened. You can lift & readjust film if/as needed. Then I just used a dry cloth to help smooth out the bubbles. Turned out great! I love knowing I can remove it fairly easily, too, if I ever move &/or want to change the look again.

Works great!
This item works great. Due to the pattern being wide enough you can still see figures from the inside of the house so it doesn't seem like you frosted the window but the pattern distorts the image so people can just look in without pressing their face up against the glass. Works great for me since I'm close to a public area and have had some looky-lou's since they cut down the trees that were blocking my windows. This has helped a lot. Now I can leave my windows open again. It is easy to apply 1. clean window 2. measure window or window panes 3. cut out film 4. stick it on the window. no tape or glue needed. the static cling will allow you to reposition it as many times as you like. It's like a vinyl wall decal for the window.

Oh, rainbows!🌈
I am over the moon about this product! One of my bedroom windows faces the front of the house, so I had been somewhat concerned about privacy for obvious reasons. However, I also wanted to be able to enjoy the sunlight and be able to see the day from my vantage point - which this product goes above and beyond in accomplishing. Perhaps rather shallowly, my favorite part is how aesthetically pleasing it it. As other users have noted and documented in photos, you'll receive a daily dose of rainbows when the sun hits the decal. Application took a fair amount of time at first to a novice like me, but once I applied a few layers, everything flowed like a breeze. I don't know how it will hold up over time, but it's affordable in the first place and *pounds fists* I JUST LOVE THIS STUFF!!!

Easy to install and a hidden surprise
SUPER easy to install. No mess or adhesive. It seems to adhere and it doesn't seem to want to peel off (although fluctuations in March temperatures may prove otherwise). Added bonus: when light passes through is make the room glimmer with RAINBOWS. Update: No peeling or separation from the windows even after 30 degree daily temp fluctuations. It looks BEAUTIFUL. I love coming home in the evenings and seeing the lights from the inside of the house as these beautiful prismatic circles. Upon reading other reviews, it appears that many customers don't read the instructions and attempt to apply the product without removing the backing first. REMOVE THE BACKING AFTER YOU CUT IT TO SIZE AND IT WILL WORK. PROMISE. Also, make sure your windows are clean if you want to avoid bubbles.

Better price but same quality as the Big Box Store’s
A few yrs ago, I did my front door with a similar product from the Big Box Hardware Store. I also paid about 3x as much. Our front window faces west and gets blazing hot by mid-afternoon. I found these films keeps the door cooler. And for a third of the price, I was expecting a flimsy product or lots of crinkles and rips, etc. I was Very Pleasantly surprised! The quality was the exact same that I paid dearly for at Big Box! Application: my very first one was a ‘stained glass’ pattern. It was brutal to line up, and I have lots of experience intricately cutting small patterns when I design and make gowns. My advice: if it’s your first time, if you don’t have a steady hand, get an EASY pattern!! This particular pattern was much easier than the stained glass. As you can see in the pic, my smaller window, I used a small square pattern. That was, by far, the easiest to apply! I used a spray bottle filled with water and a credit card as a squeegee. I’ve used a squeegee before, it’s not necessary. I think I can apply more pressure with a smaller item like a credit card. 1. Measure the glass (twice). Cut the film to size. 2. Spray the glass with water. 3. Take the backing off the film. Position it onto the glass, matching corners. 4. Squeeze bubbles and excess water, wipe with towel. 5. If necessary, trim with scissors (I prefer an x-acto knife) Enjoy! For the price, you can afford to get two in case you mess up!

This is as advertised. It is a really good quality of material.
I have to say I have two doors that have glass in them that open to a pool area. I wanted more privacy on those doors. So I bought this film. There is nothing cheap or flimsy about the film. My spouse applied it and it changes with the light. It is just a little more private but it really looks great. We had enough to do the two doors we have and a laundry room window. You would have to press your nose up on the window to see in. We tried it with lights on, lights off, and various situations. We are very pleased with this semi-transparent covering. I would for sure buy again and the price was really good for the size of covering we purchased. Thank you so much. I am wondering if they have some stained glass ones. Definitely am happy with this purchase. Quality is great. We also bought the application kit and it worked well to.
