This was a good supernatural add-on to the base game. I actually like that we can pick and chose more specifically this time around which supernatural life states will be added without losing whole expansion pack's worth of content.

New Neighborhood!

It comes with a new neighborhood that is always gloomy like the one in Sims 3. Children and older can "Confess Fear of Vampires," "Debate Existence of Vampires," "Enthuse About Vampires" and "Praise Vampire Lifestyle!" I haven't done much with it as of yet and haven't met one so far.

Fun addition to the Sims 4

I'm not quite sure why people don't rate this game higher on amazon. I really enjoy it. The addition of vampires and their own little world adds more to the game than many other packs have added. I enjoyed vampires in Sims 3 and was happy to see them return in Sims 4. Now, if only we could get fairies and witches back, that would be fantastic. That being said, again, I do enjoy this pack. The houses and clothes you get with the pack are lovely and unique, very fitting for vampire sims, and the new vampire interactions are fun, too. I would recommend this pack over many others.

Nice Revamp

Maxis has done an interesting revamp of the Sims Vampires for Sims4. The ability to set a "vamped out" appearance that looks different from your Sim's normal appearance is really neat, and an immediate way to set it apart from the Sims 3 vampires. The powers are a bit different too, though I'm just starting to get into them because well, I take forever to build a house when starting a game! The amount of stuff that comes with this game pack is refreshing, as always. The new gothic themed furnishings are fantastic, and something I've been looking forward to for a while - until now, I've been having to get player creations for my gothic needs, but this just really expanded that pool quite a bit. I'm really happy with that. And a lot of the new hairstyles are great. I'm also really happy with the new system for linking with Origin, and just dumping the game directly to my account. It was a bit to get set up, because EA's site was being dopey, but once it was done, it was great. Good idea to get this system in place, and I hope more platforms sign onto the idea.

These vampires are worth every penny!

My teenager was so excited to get this expansion for SIMS 4. I have to admit, it has been a long hard road getting her to love SIMS 4 the way she loves SIMS 3. She had about every expansion for SIMS 3 and didn't want to upgrade. I can't say I blame her all that much, she is wildly successful with SIMS 3 on instagram and loves all the expansions that let her write stories for her SIMS that others love too. Starting over with SIMS 4 she found limiting. When she finally asked about SIMS 4 Vampires I was so excited. Turns out all the SIMS 3 games where crashing her old laptop. She is ready to move on with SIMS 4 on her newer laptop for the sake of speed. This is fantastic for me as that means more "easy" gifts for holidays and birthdays. So far SIMS 4 Vampires has caused no slow downs and the instant access was simple to use and that makes this Mommy happy. While I am a geek Mommy and great with technology, sometimes it gets confusing for even me with all the kids having different gaming interests and there being so many different platforms and accounts. This vampire expansion is so much deeper and the supernatural one for SIMS 3. Apparently you level your vamp and they have powers and feeding needs and energy and there are vampire hunters and cures, and you can become a master vampire and you can even have a vampire baby! Beyond the great game play and story lines available for Vampires there are new items. My teenager says there are not enough for her liking but please keep in mind she has gotten spoiled with SIMS 3 options. Truly, having played this game myself a bit, it is everything a vampire game should be and the new vampire neighborhood is very cool! This expansion isn't expensive and worthy every penny!

This is probably the most expansive pack I've bought yet. Its SO detailed it gives you a completely different vibe in the Sim world. Being a Vampire is super fun and I've enjoyed this pack the most out of all the rest of them

Very fun, unique

This is my favorite game pack. I have the jungle one and the stupid camping one. This is however the best because you can actually live there. It’s a big difference between living in stupid oasis springs or Brindleton bay. THIS MAKES U WANNA PLAY. The vampires astetethic is amazing and I love how they can have vampire babies it’s super cute. I only play in this world and only play vampires now because to me it’s no longer fun to play the regular family.

I like it more than I was expecting.

I bought it for the build objects and fashion choices. I'm not a big fan of vampires but I actually really like how they are presented in this pack. The sims 3 they were a little boring. I like that you need to level vampire skills and choose your weaknesses. It makes them more interesting to play. I hope for more life states in the future packs!
