Great product
Had the charger port broken. Replaced it with this product and it worked.

Got the job done
I broke my port for my laptop, and this was a good replacement for a good price. Better than buying a new laptop

Exactly what it's supposed to be
Exactly what I needed. Computer shop wanted to try and charge 180 to replace my broken charging port for my inspiron 15. Saved so much money buying the part directly and replacing it myself, yeah it's from China but it's the same part you'll get anywhere else just directly from the supplier. No complaints

Just what I was looking for
The GinTai DC Power Jack Harness replacement was easy to install (getting the laptop apart was a little more difficult). I have had no issues with the jack. It works great.

Fixed the issue.
Worked fine for the job.

Perfect Match!
The part was an exact match, worked perfectly, and at a great price!

Exactly as described
This came exactly as described. It was just what I needed. I only gave 4 stars for easy to install, because there are several steps and many, many small screws to remove to get to the jack. The jack itself was a perfect fit and went easily into place.

Fixed my Laptop
Worked for my Dell Inspiron 17. Somehow my kids broke the connector inside the laptop and I could only see two wires exposed in the jack. When I tried to plug in the power, the converter box would "trip" and the light would go out. I used YouTube to figure out how to take apart the back of the laptop and even though I didn't find my exact same model, I could get the general idea of how to do it. I was able to put in the new jack without removing the mother board. I had to unscrew a few screws near the jack and was able to lift the board enough to get the old cable out and put the new cable in. Saved a $700 laptop!
