(Remove plastic wrap before putting in any oven) Thaw in frig and Bake with the lid on. (foil side down). SIZE- Bottom= 4.25”x 6.5”, height= 1.75”, Top- 5.5”x 7.75”. Used while I pregnant to stock up freezer meals

While I was pregnant I made tons of freezer meals for my husband and I to use after our baby was born. These are the perfect portion size for 2 without wasted food. Disposable for easy cleanup. They're stackable in the freezer and take up small space. I made meals such as pot pie, meatloaf, baked spaghetti, etc to freeze and they were perfect. I simply placed a little plastic wrap under the lid to prevent freezer burn and the food was perfect. Very handy!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

I love these little pans! I purchased them for Thanksgiving and have used them several times since then as well. I grew up in a large family so anytime we cooked we cooked enough to feed the masses. I still do that to this day even for my small family. I like to cook-ahead and have meals prepped in advance so that I can just pop them in the oven and go about my day. These are great for left-overs, meal prep, everything!!!

Two of these = Capacity of 9x13 casserole

These are fantastic for my purposes. I am able to make a casserole designed for a 9x13 pan and divide it among two of these pans. Then they can be baked or frozen prior to baking. I've made and frozen several meals, including moussaka, broccoli-chicken casserole, etc. and they have all baked up beautifully in these pans. The pans are indeed somewhat flimsy because they are aluminum, but I use a pizza peel to remove them and this avoids any spills. (You also could just place them on a baking sheet while baking.) They are great for taking casseroles to sick friends and moms/dads in senior living facilities, also, since you don't need to fuss with getting the pan back. Highly recommend!

Perfect size for 1- to 2-person households ...

I'm single and I prefer to cook scaled-down recipes so I don't have too many leftovers. The problem with that is finding smaller baking pans/dishes, and also finding things that will work in a toaster oven. These are really perfect! The perfect size for baking a small roast or pork tenderloin (I cut it in half, slather with a fig jam/orange zest/mustard spread, then wrap in bacon before roasting ... ), or a couple of servings of lasagne. Leftovers just store in the same container with one of the lids (foil side down). Then just reheat in the toaster oven for round two. I've used these to do "bulk" prep using a full-sized recipe but dividing it into freezable portions. Just add the lid, the slip into a zipper-lockable 1-gallon freezer bag and into the freezer. Remove from freezer and into the fridge the night before I want to bake/serve to thaw, then cook as normal. So far, this has been a great investment and they're working well.

but I think will work just fine for my purposes

Using these to freeze a bunch of home made pre-cooked meals. I wish the size was just a little bit bigger. I wanted to pre-package a meal for two people but I'm worried that it might not be enough for both of us. They are a little flimsy, but I think will work just fine for my purposes.

Good price

I don't like the smell fish leaves on the grill so I put my fish in one of these and pop it on the grill. The grill stays fresh and they are cheap so I don't feel bad throwing them away.

Freezer meal prep

I bought these to use to store freezer meals for my husband and I prior to the birth of our first child. I only made about a month's worth of food, and I have plenty of pans/lids left over. The size of these is a little tricky-I'd say each foil pan holds 1/3 of a recipe that would fit in a 9x13 pan, so plan accordingly!
