They work

I bought a "knockoff" NES Classic from a Mall kiosk vendor. IMO way better than the NES Classic that was sold a year or two ago and that people were trying to scalp for hundreds of dollars. This one came with 600+ games and all the classic greats, but like the NES Classic the controller cords were short. Since it's not a "real" NES Classic, the connection in the console for the controller was different than these cords and others out there. But, I knew I could do a little surgery and make everything work. So now I have long controller cords and can play without being 3' from the screen.

perfect for extending the too-short OEM cords

since the included cords are ridiculously short, having an extension cord is pretty much a must-do. These work well and extend our controllers across the room so the console can stay in place and isn't out in the middle of the floor.

These work as advertised and are just the right length for use with newer larger screens. I have to admit sitting indian-style much too close to the TV adds to the nostalgia of playing these games and the only thing missing are my parent’s screams to back up or I’ll go blind. But to be able to sit back, relax and scream at each other during a heated Mario Kart battle is fantastic.

Enough cord to lazily lay on the couch

I got these for my SNES classic to save myself from having to wheel my computer chair over in front of the TV. As much as I love sitting 2 feet away from the screen to play games, it's not as comfortable as it was when I was a kid. Now I can be lazy and loaf on the couch while playing SNES games! As for the cord extenders, they're sturdy, inexpensive and exactly what I was looking for!

Works well with the SNES classic controllers

This product is exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. The included controllers in the SNES Classic are 4.5' long which is too short to use effectively if you've got it connected to your main television set. These cables are 10' long and the package includes a set of 2 (one for each controller). This makes the full length almost 15' for each controller, which is much better with a larger set or to be able to sit back a bit from the screen. I believe you can also use both for a single controller (making it 25' long), but I have not tested that configuration, so can't confirm it works. The end of the cables that go into the SNES Classic have the same locking "tabs" as the controllers do so they stay in place and the other end accepts the locking tabs of the controllers. Overall works the way you would expect and makes the controllers much better for less than $10.

Quick Shipping, Well Packaged, Works Excellent

The NES & SNES controllers were clearly not well thought out from controller length perspective. However, don't despair, Younik Controller Extensions to the rescue. They come well packaged and secured for shipping. I tested them right away, and they worked like a charm! Highly recommend for any old school gamers. Speaking of charm, I have no interest of sitting 2 feet from a large TV to enjoy the consoles, and Younik solved this problem, affordably, effectively, and quickly. I now recline on the theater chairs with delight. Do yourself a favor and escape the issues of our childhood, order these! Thank you and highly recommend!

Freedom!

These arrived quickly due to Amazon Prime. Now I can sit back and relax while playing my SNES Classic using a Wii Classic Pro controller. It works with both the SNES controller packed with the SNES Classic and the Wii Classic Pro controller which makes me very happy now. No more concerns of pulling the Super Nintendo down during those frustrating deaths while rediscovering how tough these old school games are. ;-)

Works like a charm

Given those Mini NES/SNES controllers are so short, these extension cables are really useful to play sitting on the couch (and not on the floor in front of the TV). Haven't had issues with these, I'd recommend these if you feel a bit too close to the TV.

These cords are high quality, I tell ya. They're very long, which helps to get you farther away from the tv screen and into a more comfortable spot. I also tested them for a while and there is no lag to speak of created by these cords. If I can beat Castlevania 4 while using this, then they are precision!
