Great product.

Prior to ordering, I contacted the seller and he promptly answered my questions. I then placed my order. The next time I went to check my email, perhaps about a couple of hours later ( not sure exactly), on the same day, I had already received an email with the link and my key to install this product into my computer. I have had it for one day and it is working very well. It was easy to install. I first uninstalled the old trend micro I had in my computer and then installed this one. Great price.

Reliable security software

Have been using Trend Micro products without any issues for over 15 years. So far, it has stopped everything and they do keep making it better. It even updates automatically in the background now so you don't have to do anything after the simple initial setup. Great product!

Having a background in computer science I am very picky on my antivirus software. I love this it works very well and the seller is very helpful as well. I was using Webroot for 2 years and wanted to see what else was out there I was referred to this and let me just say this it found more threats where Webroot did not and I love the parental feature since I have kids their are certain websites I do not want my kids getting on. I would definitely recommend this.

Keeps my laptop safe

Started using Trend when it came pre-loaded on a laptop over a year ago, and I found it dependable and user friendly. Does a great job of keeping my devices safe from online security threats. What I purchased was just the product key (which worked perfectly), but I found it odd that the seller charged a $3.99 shipping fee for an emailed code.

Trend Micro Maximum Security is tops in my book.

I have used Trend Micro for years and would not use anything else. It never slows down your computer and it waits until it is idle for a while to do a scan (usually during my lunch hour).

GREAT PROTECTION

Always a great product. Put in your cart a few months ahead of when you need it and wait until the price drops. Always cheaper than renewing through Trend Micro. All you need is the number emailed to you and you log into your account and enter the number and presto you have another year of protection. Wait until your expiration date to enter tho because your clock starts ticking the date you update not from the expiration date of your previous product.

Great Security Program

I have been using Trend Micro Security for several years now. I love this program. Easy to use and install. Great buy. What I love most is Trend Micro comes with a vault. You can store files inside this fault (password protected) so know one else has access. This comes in handy if multiple users use the same PC or PC account opposed to having to go through files individually and password protecting them. It works great installed on cell phones as well. However, unless 2018 version has updated, I do miss the cloud Trend Micro used to have. It came in handy to access important documents you stored on it to be able to access on the go. This option however was removed about two renewals ago unless it was brought back in 2018. 2018 version has been purchased but not installed yet. Waiting for 2017 to expire in 15 days.

Have used Trend Micro for 16-17 years

I mean no disrespect to the other reviewer, but after reading the review I felt I should submit a review from my own experience with Trend Micro. I have been using Trend Micro since around 2000 or 2001. The reason I switched from Nortons was due to getting a virus. It was Nortons that was almost impossible to get off of my computer. I have been using different versions of Trend Micro for 16-17 years and have been 100% satisfied with the performance. I have never been charged for an automatic renewal and have uninstalled the software on multiple computers and never had any problems with invasion of the computer. I usually keep about 10 to 15 subscriptions going for all the ladies I help with maintaining and fixing their computers. Once again, no disrespect.....I have just had the opposite experience.
