These are my favorite makeup sponges. They are a bit firmer than the beauty blender but what I love is the shape. The sponges have a flat side that really helps blending out the makeup. Also I find the texture does not soak up an excessive amount of product, like other sponges on the market. I use the large sponge for all over liquid foundation application. I love the small one for concealer and setting the under eyes with powder. The straight edge allows me to really get up to the lower lash line! I love this product and have already repurchased.

[FYI - Pic is of Ecotools sponges and mini BB while wet] I'm shocked by the low reviews for these sponges. I received a mini Beauty Blender from Sephora (2 for $18) as a sample, and I love these sponges so much more. They are denser, even when wet. This has been my biggest complaint with the mini BB, which I found too soft (wet or dry) to get the job done. These Ecotools blend my concealer and highlighter much better than the BB. The sharp edge is also great for cleaning up lipstick around my mouth and around my eyebrows. I have washed these a few times and not had the problems others have had with them falling apart. I use a combination of Ecos dishmates liquid and a bar of black shea soap I bought on Amazon. Maybe they've improved the product? I'm not sure. I only know that I love these sponges and am still finding different ways to use them, which is easy to do with more than one sponge available at hand.

So.. for all these years of wearing make up (talking 10+ years), I've been applying my foundation with my fingers/hands. I've tried a brush before but they always left streaks. Maybe I was using terrible brushes.. Anyways... I wanted to learn how to do a really awesome smokey eye on YouTube.com and ended up in a downward spiral of makeup tutorials and found that most of these women are using a beauty blender to apply their makeup.. So I thought, EH.. what the hell?! So I looked around and I liked this one the best because it's got two sizes (I also like the colors but that's not really a product detail to focus on), as well as the two different flat surfaces on them to help get in close to those hard to reach places like under your eye and in the corners of your nose. I HAVE TO SAY.. I've been doing things wrong all this time. My first day using these and my makeup is FLAWLESS. I mean, literally flawless. I'm astonished by the coverage, the dewy finish from the damp sponge mixing with the foundation. I am now able to blend my cream blush properly on my cheeks too! It hides my fine lines and doesn't soak up the product! My makeup game is FOREVER CHANGED. It doesn't look cakey, it goes on so smooth and you feel like you're barely wearing anything. This isn't the original beauty blender but I like the two for the price because one OG blender is about the same price as these. Also, I was in CVS the other day and they had the TINIEST beauty blenders and I thought they were adorable. Just throwing that in there LOL VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. Would recommend.

I saw these on a review of best products to use. I love the small compact size of these plus even though I don't use a variety of colors in concealers these fit in the corners, creases, and do an excellent job of putting the right amount of product on my face. Easy to handle and easy to clean with my regular make-up brush/sponge cleaner. I store them in little zip bags that I've pierced tiny holes in so it gets air to keep dry and protected while in my case.

I love these sponges. Much more firm than the original Beauty Blender, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. My first one lasted for about 7 months with rotational use (longer than you are supposed to keep it, but meh. My life.) I was it regularly with the black Beauty Blender solid cleanser, and it came clean every time. This time, I went back for the 2-in-1 box, since it came with a smaller, Beauty Blender-sized one. I will be ordering again. In case you are curious, I have this in a rotation with my black Beauty Blender, and I plan on reordering both since I use each of them for different products.

What a great find! I have the Beauty Blender and I HATE how expensive it is . . . mine is well worn so was looking for a cheaper alternative and I TOTALLY found it, x2!!! These work great wet or dry (a BIG bonus!!!) and clean up nicely (I use Dr. Brommer's bar soap and it works great). I actually prefer it as it has this fabulous flat end that works great for blending and really applying foundation smoothly. Save your money and get this, its a wonderful set!!!

These sponges are amazing. I have switched completely from Real Techniques. These feel identical but with the small flat side on the top, it is so much easier to get foundation and concealer under my eyes and around my nose. The large flat side is great for powder and the small flat side is what I use to apply my foundation. I smooth everything out with the rounded edge. I love these sponges, well worth the money.

Contracted with my Real Techniques and Beauty Blender sponges, this performs better than RT and just as well as BB. I was surprised! I really enjoy the shape of these— rounded bottom with two flat edges. It’s great for makeup application. I’ll definitely be repurchasing this over RT and BB in the future.

Love this makeup blender! I have tried so many, i use to use real techniques and they must have changed the way they made their sponge because it wasn’t the same. i ordered this and love it! When you get it wet it gets huge but doesn’t get super wet it’s great for blending makeup and leaves a fresh dewey finish! My must have favorite blender!

I will never be buying a beauty blender again. These work so. much. better. Seriously- I can't get over how well these blend out makeup! At first I was just using the bigger sponge, thinking I'd use the smaller one as a back up for travel, but because of the flatness of the tip, the smaller one is best for concealer- trust me on this. I'm not sure if the original BB has a patent or whatever on that pointed tip, and I will admit the flat edge of this sponge takes some getting used to- especially with the larger sponge, it doesn't get into the under eye area as well. Use the smaller one, simple as that. The material of these are so much better than the BB, you can feel how much softer these are and how the material blends makeup better! It's just smoother! In terms of "soaking up product" I think this is about the same as the BB, possibly a little less, but using a sponge that's to be expected. PLEASE- save yourself the coin and go with these! You'll be happy-and perfectly blended!
