This stuff works very well for suppressing appetite! I usually have my shake at around noon and I don’t get hungry again until around 5pm. It tastes pretty yummy too compared to other powders I’ve tried. The vanilla tastes chai-like, but it’s actually the combo of the vanilla and cinnamon I think. It mixes very well with soy milk. (And a small spoonful of peanut butter makes it so much more creamy and delicious, so I actually look forward to having my shakes and keeping up with it as a daily habit 🤤) My only concern is that there’s a California prop 65 warning... but oh well, I think I’m willing to try anything for weight loss haha.. my only complaint is that when I ordered this about 20 days ago on sept 25 (since there’s only 20 servings), it was about $4 less than now. It was about $38 back then and now it’s $42. That’s more than $2 per serving! And according to other reviews, the price keeps rising.. but it’s been working well at doing what the packaging says it does. I have very poor nighttime eating habits, but I definitely haven’t gained any weight since starting this 20ish days ago. And definitely no more random eating (between noon and 5pm)! The overall effect on my health (from what I can see) is that I have more energy, less snacking, and less meals, meaning I have more time to be productive :)

I really like this protein powder. I have tried and used many in the past, but this might be my favorite. I made a smoothie five hours ago and I am still not hungry. The vanilla tastes great and is just the right amount of sweet for me with no aftertaste. It might be a bit chalky, but I add so many things to my smoothies that the texture doesn't really come out. Many reviewers complained about the lack of powder in their containers. I did not experience this. Was it full? No, but I didn't expect a powder to be full after shipment. If flour were shipped this same way, a 5-lb container of flour would also be compressed, but it would still be 5-lbs. Mine was at least 3/4 full of protein powder. No complaints here. And this is the best price I have found for this product. I think I am going to subscribe to save even more.

If you're looking for a shake that strongly resembles something you'd be served alongside a burger, this is not for you. If you're looking for a pink strawberry dream that makes you think of all those tasty frozen squirrels you've downed, keep looking. This is not that. This is serious. It's an actual drill sergeant, not a crossfit "instructor". It does not have a sense of humor, it doesn't care if it's wearing the latest fashions, it doesn't need you to love it. But I do. I've read mixed reviews about this shake. Mainly about the switch to pea protein powder. I personally don't care if they've use pea powder. They don't use soy and they don't use whey or sugar. It's low-residue (I have to have this for my diet-bulk fiber BAD. Smooth food GOOD). They STILL include the sprouted grains that people are complaining aren't there. They ARE there. Sprouted something or another is the second ingredient. I don't care about that either. My point is it's full of sprouted this and sprouted that. The "original" flavor is a not-sweet, sort of malty flavor that one could customize. Ever had malt powder? Tastes like that. I added a stevia packet, a little vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup frozen fruit in the ninja. It was drinkable, and it sort of had an oatmeal flavor. I don't feel sick to my stomach as I do with ALL other protein shakes. I actually feel full, which is a definite first from a shake. I usually want to eat within 15 minutes after I have a shake. I'm actually getting fuller and more satisfied as time passes. There is no caffeine in this shake. I thought I read someone say there was. There is not. It's got decaf green tea. I'll be ordering a large (I ordered a small) and continuing to use this for weight loss. It's not like some of the sugary sweet shakes, and it's not pretending to be. If slim fast is a toy poodle, this stuff is a border collie. The working group. Don't bug it, it has work to do. It doesn't want to sit on your lap or have a snack. I don't need sugar and fluff, I need a real meal replacement that fills me up and doesn't mess with my MANY G.I. issues, while helping me lose weight. I've found it. If this is what you're looking for, this may work for you.

First off this really works. I am losing weight rapidly after trying for years with different plans. In general I never really stuck to them well enough so perhaps they could have worked. I have started by using this as a meal replacement 3x a day with a very small amount of added "real food" like a single chicken leg or other high quality protein. I think most of us eat more than we realize even if we are eating very good foods. Since I am at 700 or less calories per day and those are vey high quality and balanced calories the weight is coming off as fast as it used to in my 20's (I am in my 50's now). That said it takes real commitment and not just a half-hearted or self-delusional/rationalizing approach. Using their kickstart will set you on the road to quick weight loss. The slow weight loss advocated for years by "experts" is the road to failure for most of us and leads us to less-than-healthy, pill-laded, stimulant heavy, expensive, gimmicky and even dangerous weight-loss programs. I am losing weight fast enough to see the difference almost daily, I feel energized and increasingly healthy. I do not feel hungry. While this product has excellent appetite suppression it will take you some time to break your mental addiction to food. Once that passed and I was buoyed by real and significant weight loss it became easier to stick to it. Some observations: 1) it tastes ok when you drink it but leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste for some time 2) while it is not gritty I would describe it as coarse and you need to stir it vigorously and I find re-stirring helps 3) it is shipped by weight and there is a lot of empty space in the jug - plan by number of servings and don't be disconcerted by the settling 4) it is very cost effective - especially if you are replacing meals 5) consult your doctor or other healthcare professional before starting any diet - in my case that consultation led to finding out I was mildly diabetic, obese (what a horrible word to realize applies to you), had unbalanced hormones, high-blood pressure and other problems. In my case ALL of this was/is related to being overweight and losing weight is the most important thing I can do. Its not a magic bullet but it sure is a very powerful and amazing bit of ammunition to use in your arsenal.

Absolutely love the taste of this. Initially tried on sale at Target and loved it so much that I had to buy the bigger container here. I do wish the actual amount inside filled up completely as I drink this every morning. It fills you up and takes away any cravings that you may normally have between meals. I’d totally recommend this to anyone needing a little help losing weight. With that said, this is NOT a magic drink. You need to put in the work and make sure to be smarter with your daily intake BUT with the help of this stuff, I’ve been able to lose about 35 pounds in about 4months.

This stuff seems to actually work. My diet doesn't change much at all day to day - I'm pretty strict about what I put in. Whenever I feel stuck (I'm on a weight loss journey), I use this for about a week, and wham: results. It's actually kinda scary that this is that effective. It tastes pretty good, and I like that the protein profile of this old version is balanced (not all pea). I'm going to be a bit sad when this product is all gone :( The new version is just all pea protein (and so I've also been hunting around for a new protein powder source in general - as garden of life has now turned everything into just pea :-/). I'll enjoy it while I can, though! :)

As other reviewers have stated, this product has a ridiculously small number of servings per container, HOWEVER....that's because it's not just a protein powder. As I was reading through these reviews, comparing this product to their regular raw protein, I just couldn't believe that no one was discussing that the elevation in price, compared to number of servings was due to the fact that this product is enhanced with green coffee bean extract (which, in itself, is a VERY expensive health & weight-loss supplement) as well as Ashwaganda, which promotes immune-system health, curbs the production of cortisol (stress-related cravings, anyone?) and enhances your feeling of fullness, so you aren't looking to snack soon after drinking your shake. The flavor itself is worth the five star rating, compared to their regular protein powder flavor, which I normally have to cover up by blending with fruit (added sugar = huge enemy of weight loss, even though it's natural). I have been absolutely AMAZED and grateful for how satisfied I feel throughout the day, just by drinking two of these shakes, and having one regular meal. To me, it was a God-send...truly. With a 24/7 at-home business, I fight stress-related cravings like nobody's business and I have tried many things to get rid of this destructive tendency of mine. This does it for me! So, thank you, RAW Fit! And, truly, when you consider the fact that you are replacing an entire meal with the shake, and you can usually get it on sale somewhere for somewhere around $25-30, that's only 2-3 dollars per meal! Not bad for a meal that will keep you full and help you lose weight, at the same time.

I started using this product when I was at 144 pounds. That's a lot for my 5'2" petite build. It was slow at first, as I was still eating meals at the same time as starting this. But very soon, I discovered I was not hungry for the meals anymore and only needed the powder mixed w/avo or other veggies and some almond milk to make a delicious nutritious shake. It held me for hours and I began loosing weight pound by pound. I am now at 114 and want to stay there so am going off the powder and changing my diet from what I ate prior to starting the powder. I am very happy with the fast results. It only took 5 months to get to my desired weight. Thank You Garden of Life! Highly recommend this product.

I am on my second can and I don't think I'll ever stop using it. For the people who are complaining about pea protein, I went from Isagenix, which was whey protein, that caused me to have pmdd, to the point that it was crippling. I also had uncontrollable diarrhea with regular usage of whey protein. Nothing like pooping your pants right? This is a fraction of the price of Isagenix so the price of this is not a complaint either. I have no stomach upset with this, my hair, skin, and nails are doing better. I recently had surgery and haven't been able to work out, but I know when I do, this will help a lot. I do also think that my healing has been faster because of this. I feel so much better! I add Cocoa powder, peanut butter and spinach and blend for a complete meal. With 3 kids and a busy job I dread cooking myself 3 meals a day, but don't have to worry about lacking nutrition when I cannot make myself a healthy meal. Im glad this fell into my lap one day after a horrible run in with whey protein. This is what's best for me.

I have lost 26 pounds, all my friends want to know what I did. I used this every day, sometimes twice, adding bananas and frozen strawberries. It does help curb hunger cravings. It won't eliminate them since your stomach needs to shrink from all the food overeating causes. So you will still feel hungry, nothing can make you skip that. But this does make you feel full for a few hours and gives you energy. The canister also claims it burns fat. Well if you are consuming less calories per day you will burn fat. This product does not taste chalky, it tatste fairly good. It is plant based, and I believe the more vegetables you eat, and the more water you drink, is helpful in losing weight. I have this on auto-ship since I don't want to be without it.
