Ultimate solution to avoid damage on hardwood/laminate floor

Recently put down laminate flooring. Wanted to protect it from scratches and gouges, so I bought these to cover the legs of some metal barstools. Fit perfectly- soft enough to make putting it on easy, but stiff enough to hold shape once in place and won't fall off if you pick the the stool up. Material on the bottom is soft and glides easily and quietly across the floor when moving the stool. If you've ever bought those stick-on felt type bottoms before, they do work- however- after awhile they fall off when moving the furniture, and they collect hair/dirt from the glue. These caps won't have either of these problems, since no adhesive is involved and they fit around the leg, not just on the surface of the bottom. And they are inexpensive considering how durable they are and likely won't need to be replaced. I received all the caps in perfect condition in a resealable plastic pouch, which makes it easy to store and find when I need to use the rest of them. Perfect for luxury vinyl plank flooring!

These work perfectly! Just put down new flooring in kitchen - luxury vinyl plank and didn't want to ruin it where our bar stools move back and forth. Be sure you measure correctly before you order as I didn't and had to reorder in the correct size. I think the wording in the description was a little confusing? So far they are keeping my floor from being scraped and scratched.

Smart product for hardwood owners

Just recently had a hardwood floor installed in the kitchen which meant our old furniture had to be padded, but the floor protectors kept falling off even with superglue. After a bit of searching I found these and decided to test them out. I was a little nervous they might not fit since it's an online shop, but a few minutes of time was all I needed to fit these caps on all 6 of the kitchen table chairs without even needing to boil them to soften the silicone up. As long as you measure right, then you wont run into an issue. The chair leg caps are made of good quality materials, my main goal was to have padding that won't be at risk falling off every week or so needing to be re-glued but the best surprise was that they're even better floor protectors than the ones used previously, now the chairs simply glide around the hardwood floor with even less friction than before and they're practically completely silent. It's well worth the extra cash to buy some of these instead of glue on's and with 32 total caps it's a great value.

Great for old metal chairs

I have about 10 old metal chairs that work well but I was hesitant to bring them on my wood floor for fear of scratching it since the plastic covers were worn down over the years. These caps work great and definitely saved me from throwing the chairs out.

Slide easily on our wood floors

So far so good! We were using felt pads for the bottom of our dinning room chairs but they didn’t last long and we were having to replace them every few months. These were a little tricky to get on at first but they are excellent! The chairs slide easily along our wood floors and the caps themselves are barley noticeable.

These chair leg caps are perfect! They were easy to put on the chair legs. The chairs now slid easily leaving the wooden floor scratch free. The caps remain securely on the legs. The caps are utilitarian and at the same time preserve the appearance of the furniture.

Barstool savers! 😍

I ordered these for my kitchen barstools and they just arrived today. These barstools are designer, made of medal, and expensive, but they came with the house and we love them and eat every meal at our counter. But the feet are beyond worn and I've tried every cheap fix under the sun. These things are the perfect solution! Took seconds to install and fit right over all my past failed attempts. You have to work them on a bit but that's good because hopefully that means they'll last! The bottom is a thin layer of cork and the heavy barstools now slide back and forth with one hand without scratching the floors at all. I'm thinking this thin layer of cork will be the first to go but that should be an easy fix by adhering new felt or cork pads to the bottoms of them over time. So hapoy with this product!

Great secure fit!

I'm very happy with the quality of this product. The caps feel well made with no visible defects. The clear silicone is sturdy but has just a little give which allows you to stretch it onto table or chair legs that are slightly bigger around than the caps. It takes a little effort to stretch them and work them into place but once they are on, they are very secure and do not budge when lifting or moving the chairs. My chairs have unusual shaped legs and feet and these are a perfect fit! My chairs are also very heavy metal and wood peices and the caps allow even my 18 month old to easily glide them accross the floor with no fear of scratching up my flooring. I highly recommend this product!

Snug Fit

These are great. In the past, have had the felt pads with adhesive to attach to our chairs. These did NOT work. After attaching them they would constantly slip off. These silicone caps stay on and have felt pads on the bottom, allowing furniture to glide smoothly across the floor. The clear silicone makes them unobtrusive.
