Nice tarp, though a little more silver tone to it than others. Went together without a problem. A small tornado came through and ripped it up and they replaced it for free even though it was no fault whatsoever of theirs. I mean how good can accompany get!

It's a good looking cover but it has its kinks. It doesnt stand up very well to the arid climate in Arizona but I rated it 5 stars because its customer support was willing to send out a replacement cover. I bought mine in 02/18 and needed the replacement by the beginning of the monsoon season, 07/18. But they were attentive and sent out the replacement within 5 days of my initial contact, hopefully it gets here soon

I ordered 2 of these for our thrift store to use for covering donations outside until they can be processed for sale. We only had them up about one week & a massive storm came through & although we had them secured to our building..the wind picked one up & threw over the building. So needless to say it bent almost all of the poles..they appeared to be a total loss. I emailed the company to get info on replacement parts & cost & they shipped out all the replacement poles FREE of charge ! We are so thankful for this as we simply could not afford to replace these ! This is how customer service should work..not just the fact that they offered to help in any way they could ..but they responded the same day I sent the email. Thanks & hope to do more business with you in the future ! I highly recommend this product also. Easy to set up & everything is as described.

I bought this not expecting much for the price. But man was this thing a real good value. The tarp on it doesn't seem particularly thick but the grommets and everything are well done. The metal is a little thin but in my case what I did is you self tapping screws to secure all the connections against high Wind. Also I dug post holes and use a slightly larger tube in concrete as an anchor. I was quoted almost $500 for a similar canopy that was thicker metal but it was not painted nor did it look as nice as this one. I was told the frame on the $500 one would hold up in wind but the canvas top with tear anyway . So this was a very good value. If high wind is reported I can always take the canopy down. The bungees that were supplied are of good quality and we're easy to install. I'll probably buy another one for the other driveway.

UPDATE: Even though the canopy was out of warranty, when I had to replace it, Quictent shipped me the upgraded canopy roof at no cost. That's pretty good service. In my initial review I said, "This carport is a good buy, but....it is NOT 10' x 20' as stated. It is 3m x 6m. This doesn't seem to be a big deal until you shop for a replacement canopy, as virtually all the replacement canopies sold in the US won't fit. Just a heads-up." EDIT: I've changed this rating to five stars as I found a way to order a replacement canopy. You need to access the Quictent website, then use the email option to contact them. They proved to be very helpful and have replacement parts available for their products.

This canopy had very simple easy to follow instructions. I was able to put it together myself in about an hour or so, all components lock together so the frame does not separate, you just layout it out on the ground build the frame put on canopy and do the legs last. Because of wind and rain in my area, I did use the stakes, so the only tool you may need is a hammer, if you want to stake it down. The company selling the product was friendly and easy to work with and were happy to answer any and all questions promptly. The canopy was packed carefully for shipping, and arrived with no damage. This is great for an outdoor party shade or a carport.

I love this carport. Easy set up, I can even get full size pickup with roof rack under it- I wasn’t expecting that. It is nicely heavy duty, but let me give you some pointer so that the wind does not ruin your purchase in very short order, because I will if you don’t take an hour to add some reinforcements. Drill through the joints and add 2’x1/4” hex bolts (like the ones that come with it that attach the feet) You could also add self-tapping metal screws in some less important places. Do not rely on the snap through buttons to hold it all together long term. Also use weights on the corners , and beefier ground ties in the ground than the ‘tent spikes’ that come with it. Those are worthless, as are the snap through buttons. I used 14” long lag bolts, drove in to the ground with an impact wrench. I will be adding some arch supports as well soon ( 1/2” aluminum angle metal) to add more beef. The canopy is strong and heavy duty as it is, but high winds will pick it up - so whenever you need to, fold the canopy over to one end, it only takes ten minutes. And add the extra bolts, weights and tie downs for regular use and you will see it will last a very long time and keep itself together.g

I needed a sturdy carport to store materials while our house was under construction. I first tried a cheaper tent (think, party/event tent) and realized those were far too cheaply made for what we needed (e.g. not even intended to be left up overnight). This one was reviewed well so I went for it. It was easy to put up, sturdy, and well made. We ended up having a freak wind storm and the whole thing blew away. I emailed the company (Brandline) to inquire about replacement parts since the legs had twisted and broken (though the tarp was salvageable), and honestly didn't even expect a response. Claire emailed back right away, got pictures, worked through it with me, and they ended up shipping me an entire replacement. I was so impressed with their customer service and willingness to stand by their project, I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat...

Despite the heaviness of the box, this is a really great canopy. Put it together myself in just under an hour and have had to disassemble and reassemble due to recent hurricanes. Great canopy and really delivers on the shade and total protection. Actually looks longer than 20’, but it is exactly 10’x20’. Overall, great product and has held up just fine to rain and decent winds. Highly recommended!

Easy to put up, even though instructions were wet and unreadable. No response from customer service to send new assembly manual. Put it together just by laying everything out and watching a youtube video of competitor. Update: free replacement tarp up a month. Appears to be an improved design and holding up great. Customer service was great, no questions asked except where to ship replacement. UPDATE: The new tarp cover (white) has been great, much better in holding up to the weather, no rips or tears, great (free) replacement. Has survived the Florida Sunshine for 4 summer months! Very pleased...this was a no questions asked replacement and is better than the silver tarp in the original cover by like ten times...
