I started taking this months ago. Around May, I think. This product has NEVER made me nauseous... but I have a relatively high tolerance to caffeine. The downside is, especially with caffeine, if you miss a dose, or you cut and run you need to take a caffeine suppliment and ween yourself off, or you'll get those awful caffeine migrains from withdrawal. Without exercise, I noticed a slow improvement over weight loss. I'm thirty-seven, and my metabolism on its own is not what it was a decade ago, and surely not what it was in my teens, so for the energy, and metabolic boost, I can account for its effects in a positive light. For me, this works. I have had one negative experience on this product, though I suspect it was my fault. I took as prescribed on the bottle, but I go long periods without eating. I didn't get jittery... I got a hold of energy that made me want to go out and conquer the world. I kid you not. It hit me hard, and I couldn't work out enough, and I couldn't do enough... and ultimately, it got to the point where I wanted to do a lot and couldn't figure out anything else to do. That feeling lasted four hours. It has only happened once. I find that when I use this while working out, it works best, and it also helps that the energy boost is a good motivation to hit thebweighta, the leg press, or the elliptical. I also find I'm not exhausted after a workout. I work on a mountain at the elevation of 7800 feet. The elevation alone does a hell of a lot on ts own, and with the product I find myself able to attenpt feats without getting so easily worn out from the thin air up here. All in all I give the product five stars, and leave you with this: There's a lot of great products out there. This one works for me. It may or may not work for you. There isn't a miracle remedy for weight loss except self control, proper diet and exercise, and a healthy lifestyle. This product is a great product, and it does what it says it will do, but the hard part is up to you. It isn't just about losing weight. It's about a change of lifestyle. This product is only a tool to help you get there. It works, and the harder you work, the harder it does too.

Good product works really well i advice to read instruction before taki it it says 30min befor diner or other greater food u will it during day it, also its advice to hold low fat diet with it its just helping ur diet it dorsn makey u skiner just for eating this pils and then you can go to mc buy 5 big macs, those pils may make your stomach upset or other side efect, please make sure what you buying befor taking and making dumb statements.

AMAZING RESULTS- just may need to adjust dosages a bit depending on your caffeine tolerance

I was INCREDIBLY apprehensive about buying these as I am VERY sensitive to caffeine and dont have a lot of money to waste trying tons of weight loss pills. I've been working out 5 days a week for 30-60mins an hour for 10 months and my weight hadn't changed. My clothes size has stayed the same as well. TALK ABOUT FRUSTRATING. I had talked to my doctor and there were no suggestions there other than eating better (which I was doing but would still have SERIOUS sugar cravings and give in once in a while.) Buying this was just a last ditch effort to keep my hope and faith going. On the bottle it says its dosage- however, I wanted to just make sure it wasn't going to increase my already severe anxiety so I opened the capsule and dumped about 1/4 of the powder out (i did this for the 1st week or so to get used to the effects) and swallowed it. No nasty burps, thankfully. I definitely had a great energy boost and finally felt EXCITED to work out. When I work out, I now actually find myself prolonging it! I used to count down the minutes til my workout was done, but now I tell myself, "just 5 more minutes". I have lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks taking 1 capsule in the morning, working out, and eating in moderation. Before taking this, I would have uncontrollable cravings that I would often give in to and now I notice I have much more control over what I eat than I did before. I am so happy that I took a chance on this and decided to only take 1 pill a day vs the recommended 2 pills. I will warn- if you dont intend to have a high intensity workout when you take this, you WILL feel miserable. I.e- heart racing, anxiety, ect. This isn't a fix all weight loss pill where you dont have to put any work in, but it DEFINITELY makes it SO much easier and more motivating to do the work to lose the weight. Awesome product, I've lost 11 pounds in 15 days. This product has 2 great benefits, 1) you don't feel much pain while you workout. 2) you don't have to handle the annoying sense of hunger even when you are making diet. Fully recommend. But it has a very strange secondary effect, your legs and arms fall sleep very easily, maybe this product do something with your blood or maybe with your circulatory system. But belive me, if you wanna lose weight, this product is for you. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Great Value

Great value for the money. One bottle of 60 caplets at the store costs as much as these two bottles of 100 caplets each. These mixed with my diet and exercise routine have helped me lose 45 pounds in 5 months.

Great stuff

I've been using this for a month now. It has toned my muscles more and has replaced my morning coffee and afternoon pre workout shakes. This combined with a simple workout routine will have you cut within a month. All the bad reviews on this product is from people sensitive to caffeine, so don't buy it if your weak and sensitive.

Using for energy, not for weight loss - FYI

I don't use these for weight loss, but the caffeine gives me a good pick me up without a crash or jitters. Sometimes they do curb my appetite, but thats not really a motivating factor in purchase. It's more for the mornings where I'm a little tired, or sometimes I use them prior to working out for a little extra energy. You do have to remember to drink water because I do feel a little dehydrated on days I've taken them but haven't been consistent with my usual water consumption. Obviously with any product, results are different for everyone so I could see why talking to your doctor prior to taking them would be important (especially if you have issues with caffeine). But they're a great pick me up for someone who does not like energy drinks, or drinking too much coffee.

These work very well. I use them for weight loss and am down 26 pounds, only 14 to go :) They give you energy and suppress your appetite.

A noticeable difference in two months.

I haven’t made any changes to my diet or exercise routine (I’ve been too busy with work, school, and moving) and I haven’t been able to take them as regularly as I should. But in two months, I’ve lost two inches off of my waist. I’ve had several coworkers comment that I look thinner, and I can fit into clothes that I haven’t been able to wear for a long time. I can’t believe how well this actually works, and how quickly!
