Great size, works great.

Love the size and shape of this power bank and how easy it is to use and how portable. I did buy a short lightning cord to connect to my iPhone (so that I didn't have a long one in the way, but a long one works fine). I've only used it a few times (on one charge so far) but it works as well as plugging my phone into the wall to charge. I've been very satisfied with any of the Anker products I've purchased. Edit: I've had this over a year now and love it. It's great for travel, but also when I'm on the couch and want to charge my phone while using it and not have it tethered to a regular charger. Works very quickly (about the same as a fast charger and much faster than a regular charger). I'm going to buy another as a gift. Would highly recommend (especially this one since it's so slim. I can actually put it and my iPhone 6 plus in my jeans pocket and walk around comfortably while it charges.

Nice design for 10000 mah, re-charges fast

Nice design that feels good in the hand. Able to fit in a pocket without being too heavy or bulky. It also charges in 4 hours as advertised if you use a quick charge charger. Size is slightly bigger than iPhone SE and slightly smaller than iPhone 7, I have included pictures next to my iPhone SE. Highly recommend, Anker always has solid products

Great battery pack

Great battery pack. Thought it would charge my phone faster than other battery packs but no biggie. I like how it is slim and solid. Feels rugged and sturdy. Update: so I was contacted by anker for the "not so fast charging" and was offered a replacement. When I got the replacement and charged my phone, it was at least an hour quicker. So just about 2 hours to fully charge an iPhone 6-7 with 10-20 percent battery life. Awesome customer service from anker

Charge your phone without carrying a Brick!

I own a plethora of portable chargers. A few years ago, I was stuck on a train home from work for over two hours. I was panicked with the thought of my phone dying, leaving me to sit and silence and wonder why I spent so much money commuing on an unreliable transportation system or contemplate why I lived in such a high cost area of the country. Regardless, at that point, I vowed that I would never be without power. Over the years, I've collected various portable chargers from both Anker and RavPower. My favorite is the RavPower 26,800 MAH portable charger, but this Anker 10,000 MAH comes in at a close second. Its small and so portable. It works really nicely. It provides one USB 2.0 port, which is perfect for the daily commuter such as myself. It charges my Note 9 a little more than two times from 0 to 10%. If I don't use this portable charger for a month, it still holds the same exact charge from where I left it last. That is impressive and speaks to the quality, durability and reliability of a device that may receive intermittent use from time to time. One side is plastic and the other is rubber. At first, I didn't like the rubber side, but I quickly came to appreciate it due to its ability to grip to any service. You will find that Anker products are more expensive than similar options within the same category, but you are paying for quality, reliability and an overall better product. It comes with a mesh carrying case and usb cord to charge the battery. You can also register for a warranty, and from speaking from experience, Anker goes out of their way to make sure you are happy, satisfied and are enjoying your product.

Natural Disaster Rescue

The Anker PowerCore II Slim 10000 power bank gave my iPhone 6 and iPhone X three 80% charges from 12% and still had some juice left. It will probably give three 100% charges from <10% for a single phone. The power bank came in handy the summer of 2018 the Japanese countryside where electricity is not freely available. It's a little longer and heavier than smaller capacity batteries, but with all the other gear I was carrying, the weight gain was negligible. I charged the power bank fully in the US before I left and put it in my carry-on. I tried to keep the battery in a cool dry place as long as possible in the deadly heat-wave. I charged the phone from the power bank at night when the air was cooler. I was able to make calls, buy train tickets, take photos, and still be on social networking sites for 6 whole days on two iPhones. I did watch some YouTube but refrained from games though. Usually games and the ads that show up in games drain the batteries SO fast.

good product, great warranty from anker

Really great at charging my phone. Super convenient as I no longer have to hunt for the nearest outlet or stay tethered. I would say this gives me 2-3 complete (less than 20% battery) iphone 7 charges on one powerpack charge. I bought it for traveling but find it super useful as a university student - as most of my lecture hall have only 2 outlets. I had this for 2 months and the facing side with the input / output usbs cracked. But this being anker I didn't worry, I simply connected cutermese serves giving my order number and device ID and had a new one shipped within 2 days. The new replacement I got had slight different packaging and closer space input/output ports so I'm guessing it was a newly designed updated model. Anker really stands by their product unlike a lot of company with so called warranties - my replacement didn't cost me a dime in shipping nor did I have to wait weeks. Anyone with a one star review should have contacted anker about their problem.

Great charger for travel

Purchased for travel to keep my HTC 10 charged. It's about the size of an iPhone 6 in a case, just a tad thicker and heavier. With a ~4" Anker USB-C cord, it was easy to hold them together as a thick phone. It was indispensable for those heavy phone use times like waiting at an airport and nonstop phone use that tends to use the battery quickly. It was actually charging the phone at 1% per minute while using to browse internet, listen to music, and text at the airport. Games or videos may be a different story. I have not done any full 0-100% charges with it as I prefer to keep my phone above 50%, but usage that would have typically drained to a power save low level at least 3x, it was indicating 50-75% remaining (it has 4 LED lights to show charge level). Also great for travel through areas of poor service that tend to drain the battery searching for signal when a plug charger is not available. It should last a full day or two of this kind of use keeping your phone topped off. Also, at this price point it wouldn't be a big loss if you lost it. If you're going on an extended trip without power, you'd want a larger one, but this is more than good for 1-3 days of lenghty browsing, navigation, texting use.

Not as good at charging devices as I expected. I purchased this in August 2017 and it doesn't seem to be charging fully when plugged in overnight now. It's not as powerful as my other chargers such as my heavy GreatShield PowerTank 10000mAH or my Anker® Astro Slim3 6000mAh Ultra-Slim Power Bank(

Ergonomic, powerful, fast, and cool

Anker has become my go-to brand for charging products. Everything from rapid charging outlets to portable batteries to USB cord are durable, well made, and functional. Three years ago, I asked a friend for a recommendation on a portable battery as I had been extremely unsatisfied with ones I had purchased off the shelf and he sent me the amazon link for Anker. Let's just say, I've never looked back. This is my 3rd Anker PowerCore 10000 product, and each one has been better than the last! My family and friends borrow them all the time and they still hold a charge, even that first one from 3 years ago! I purchased the Anker PowerCore II Slim 10000 for the form factor as I have been often finding myself using my phone while charging. This charger is everything as described; both light and thin, it closely mimics the dimensions of my smartphone while the silicon side is soft and grippy - ergonomic is the word that comes to mind. I have been able to get 2+ full charges on my smartphone while in use. My favorite thing is the technology packed into this device. It detects and delivers the fastest charge safely. I have had several rapid chargers in the past that cause my phone to feel like it's overheating, especially if it is in a case, but I have never had this problem since I started using Anker charging products with IQ technology. Again, I often use my phone while charging using the Anker PowerCore II Slim 1000 and both devices (phone and charger) remain at a comfortable temperature. In short, Anker makes great products and the PowerCore II Slim is a fantastic device. Looking forward to purchasing more innovative devices from Anker!

Nice feel, great form factor, lots of power

I really liked this portable charger: it's slim and not too heavy. The material quality feels good. However, at 10Ah's, it should be able to charge my Samsung S7 at least once. However, with this slim 10Ah charger I'm lucky to be able to get it half charged. I have an aging Anker charger that's 5.2Ah's, and it'll still charge my phone completely. Hopefully this is a one off problem. I like Anker tech, but I'm really disappointed with this charger. Update on 9/2/2018: Anker responded to my review (probably not the best way to get ahold of them, but thank you) and they promptly replaced my slim 10,000 battery with one that works great! The RMA even included paid return shipping! It's able to charge my phone without losing it's own charge (went from 40%-100% and only lost 1 dot on the charge graph on the battery). Seems like an excellent battery. With so many unknowns when buying things online, Anker has really proved they are a great company. Thanks again for replacing my battery and making it such a painless process!
