Difficult Decision for Me, But Happy with IT!
I'm used the the old fashioned dial Dynamometer, but decided to try the digital when purchasing it for my business. It took a bit of getting used to, but now I/m very happy with it. I find it quicker to get the number than looking at the dial.

Occupational Therapist use for the Jamar Hand Dynamometer
This product is used to assess grip strength of adults and children. Its accurate, light weight and a very useful item for an Occupational Therapist. I am hoping its lasts longer than the Baseline goniometer I have purchased in the past.

An original Jamar
The real deal. Used the original Jamar dynamometers during my Med school days. And as an Ortho and later Hand Resident. Works every bit as well as I can recall. Currently, it gets plenty of use in my practice as a Hand Surgeon, often giving results that surprise both me and my patient. Interestingly, hand grip strength seems to be tied to our physical health, and even CV health. So, keep testing!

There are several makers of these dynamometers and some are electronic and lighter. But the Jamar is the standard. Well made and durable.
