Brace yourself, these things are amazeballs! Okay, not really. They're metal. They're flat. They screw in to wood and stuff. It's not that exciting, really... calm yourself. But they do exactly what they claim. I used them to bind wood crates together to form a bookshelf. They look great on dark stained pine. The screws are screws, nothing special to note there. They are small, so make sure you have the size right before ordering. I had a hard time finding this size at my local big box hardware store, so I was happy to find them here. Would order again if I needed more of this size.

These little brackets are so handy. I bought them because I needed one for a desk project that I was working on and then used another one because something else wasn't lining up the way I wanted it to.

I thought these would be bigger than they were (my bad - i didnt read description). they still worked great and actually ended up being the best size. I used them for shoring up a really old bench I was refinishing, that was falling apart.
