Review of Pieces, Age Range, and Fun-Factor

I bought this for my niece for her 3rd birthday and she can't get enough of it! She takes everything that's "broken" (scratched, fell on the floor, has a boo-boo, etc) to her work bench now for a repair. I love the pieces and they are the right size for a 3 year old to grip. I recommend this for ages 3-5 as the height of the bench is perfect for that age. Definitely don't see this for older ages. I do wish it came with some more of the longer "screws" as most are used to anchor the table and parts so there are less for play, and they are the most fun to screw/unscrew. The drill is SO FUN and I enjoy watching her put things together at such a young age. Really is a great gift and I'm super happy with my purchase.

We bought this for our 3 year old for his birthday and he immediately wanted it opened so that he could build things. The drill makes real noises as does the ratchet and he feels just like Daddy when he plays with it. I would definitely recommend this toy for anyone who has a little girl or little boy who wants to be just like Mommy or Daddy building things and fixing things.

Great gift for kids!

This kit is awesome. You can actually use the play tools to assemble and disassemble the whole thing! My son and I both had a blast putting together and taking it apart and I’ve even used them to do small tasks when I don’t feel like grabbing my tools haha. Great gift for any family who wants to open up their children to becoming great handy men or women.

Amazing Toy at an affordable price

We are remodeling a house and our 3 year old loves to help us. We bought him this workbench and it is amazing. It is a case that he can carry and then transforms into a workbench. The plastic screws are what you use as the leg screws so he can put that together himself. It has a hammer, vice, screws, nuts, saw and so much more. It keeps him occupied while we use the real tools. It is somewhat flimsy but for the price I am more than happy. He can easily take it apart and make it a case and then put it back together as a bench. I 100% recommend this toy.

FANTASTIC GIFT

This toolbench is amazing - well designed and not realistic - it is REAL ! The drill works in both directions and the nuts and bolts can be fastened with : 1) Closed end wrench 2) Fully adjustable crescent wrench 3) Flat blade screwdriver 4) Phillips head screwdriver 5). Drill with socket 6) Working socket wrench 7) Adjustable Pipe wrench 8). Adjustable bench vice The only tool that is play only is the saw !!! Even the adjustable micrometer has scaled markings !!! Whoever had the vision to create this tool bench is truly passionate about tool skills and has done fathers and grandfathers around the world a tremendous service. This set will allow me to teach my grandson how to use real tools, something my father taught me, but which I was too busy building my business to teach my son. You can not imagine how much fun This will be and how productive our time together will be. I now have the time to teach my son and grandson all at once Today is day 1 of TOOL TIME with my 31 year old son and my 2 year old grandson, who celebrated his birthday yesterday, but is getting our gift today, when he can focus on one important lifetime skill The rotating case is genius but would have been easier to understand with written direction. Perfect toy for the kid that loves tools!

This is the perfect toy for kids that love tools. Plenty of nuts and bolts to use, and plenty of places all over the workbench to screw them in and out of. All kinds of tools to use. The drill works great. Some of the tools are sturdier than others. The manual screwdriver is sturdy as is the battery powered drill. There are 4 attachments (Phillips, drill bit, flathead and a bolt shaped one that fits over the bolt) to use for either the drill or screwdriver, and all three work perfectly with all the nuts and bolts. The hammer however is a lightweight plastic, but that isn't an issue really since there are no straight nails to hammer into things.

Our 18 month old son LOVES this workbench! The first night he demanded to sleep with two of his tools. Super easy to put together, and has everything you need for your kiddo(s) to run with his imagination. I guess my only suggestion or complaint would be that once workbench is set up, the back doesn't stay up very well. My husband is going to figure out a way to lock it into place unless we are missing something. All in all, wonderful purchase, has been used daily since we received and a very pleasant company to work with!! Thank you MegaToyBrand!

Worth the price

I bought this for my 2.5 yr old son, he loves it!!! From hammer to drill to screw driver he tends to take them to bed with him and first night fell asleep with them. Love that the legs have holes in them where he can put in the bolt and nut. I can tell how much he enjoys playing with his new tool set.
