Perfect way to cook macaroons without having to spread down a bunch of non stick spray. The guiding circles are really useful so that you know for sure that thetas Mat macaroon shells all come out the same size. Also these are super easy to clean since they are non stick.

love these. I can make macarons AND other cookies, etc, since there are no raised ridges. properly baked (oven temp and time; add 1 minute for the silicone mat), these have perfect flat, shiny bottoms. The cookies when cooled pop right off the mat.

Loved the silicone macaron baking mat. Measure your baking pans out cause it should fit perfectly onto the correct baking sheet - it fit on one of mine but was too big for my other pan so I ended up just using it for half a sheet, which worked well cause that was as much batter as I had. The circles makes it easy to measure out the correct size and how much batter to pipe in. The macarons didn't stick and were easy to peel off the sheets. The sheets were very easy to clean! Hopefully I'll be using them more often to perfect my macarons. Overall, not bad for the first attempt!

Received the mats today. I was excited to get these and use them right away. Unfortunately I couldn't one of the mats was damaged. Only can give 3 stars for bad quality control. *** Update*** I received an email from Max regarding my purchase. I let him know one of my mats had a tear in it. I received an immediate refund of half the order that I didn't even ask for and also a 10% off code to use on a future order. I did purchase the mats again and this time they were both perfect! Thanks Max for awesome customer service. I am changing the rating to 5 stars.

Don't purchase any parchment paper and even when that is not a requirement, using the mats allows for profession baking results, as the bottom of cookies always comes out done perfect and not over browned or even burnt. Makes one want to bake when you get good results every time you remove a tray from the oven. I now own 3 mats and do not bake without them.

Finally, a baking mat that uses up all the possible space for cookies/macarons! I also didn't realize they collaborated with Bruno Albouse!! If you haven't seen his cooking channel you should definitely check it out at least once. He specializes in French cooking; mainly pastries and entremets. I use this mat for more than just baking cookies though, I use it for baking chicken wings, roasted potato wedges, baked potatoes, swiss cake rolls, baked french fries, stuffed mushrooms, etc etc. One important note; do NOT use the abrasive side of a sponge! It will create miniature scratches in the mat and that will take on the dishsoap and other oils and it will transfer onto whatever you bake on there FOREVER! I've had 2 sets of baking mats ruined before I realized what I was doing. If you have done this one or twice while not rubbing down super hard, it is possible to save it by soaking the mat in a vinegar-water mixture for a couple of days, then rinsing them and boiling them in a pot of hot water. Rinse and repeat if there's still a taste and scent of dish soap.

At first I was hesitant to purchase these because of all of the reviews I read that said they were not in good shape when they were delivered, but mine were perfect! The lines are clean and visible and have yet to come off while baking. They fit perfectly in my half sheet pans as well as on my other non-lipped baking sheets. Great for the price and I definitely recommend.

This silicon mat makes a difference when making macarons. I didn't expect such a drastic difference as oppose to using parchment paper. This mat makes your life easier from the sizing template to "peeling" it off the mat after cooling them.

I just received this yesterday. Delivered on time. One of the two pieces has a rough scratch running from end to end at the end portion of the sheet. I have not tried to use it yet, and I don't know if the scratch will affect the quality of the baked item, like sticking on it or not. This rough, scratched portion may be a delicate point where future tearing could start. I wish the description of the item says that this was a MADE IN CHINA product. I am revising this feedback for the prompt response and action regarding my concern. I received a refund for the damaged piece. After using the mat, I can say that it's a good product so far.

I’ve baked with silpats before, and finally got these for my own kitchen. These work as well as the name-brand silpat mats.I opted for these with the macaron sizes “printed” on them, but I’ve used them for everything, including a rocky-road cookie that had some burnt marshmallow that had melted and carmelized while baking, and it barely stuck. Cleaning is super easy, with just a sponge or washcloth and your normal dish soap.
