Great customer service! Wished it would have worked out.

I got these mouth guards for my boyfriend. Though the guards are cheaper then most others, he felt much discomfort, and the guards caused his gums to swell and bleed. These sizes didn't fit me too well either. Update: After reviewing someone from customer service reached out to me because they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the product and they gave me a set of detailed instructions to see if the guards would mold better to my teeth and my mouth. They offered me a complementary new product and a refund. The customer service and their willingness to follow up and make sure I was happy and satisfied with the product was what deserved 5 stars.

Really helped!

At first I molded it too tight and it pressed in on my teeth, but I just soaked it in hot water and it relaxed to a great fit. I love this thing, it's really helped me sleep better. For some reason I had started accidentally biting my tongue while I slept and it would hurt like hell and take a few days to heal. It got to the point where I was afraid to go to sleep. This was the perfect solution. I've been using it for about a month now. It does seem like it's "wearing" away over time so I'll have to mold a new one, but even if it only last a month at a time definitely worth it. I brush it every other day or so and that seems to keep it clean, so not too difficult to maintain either.

A Great Buy

This guard is literally saving my teeth, my dentist told me that I hit on every point when I grind and I have a hard time finding guards small enough...I like to sleep with my mouth shut. I also have a dog that loves these guards as much as I do, only he destroys them so the affordable cost is also a big plus. I will continue to purchase this as I am certain my pup will continue to take advantage of me forgetting to put the guard out of his reach. I would recommend this to anyone needing a smaller guard with a customized fit. LOVE this item

I've recently noticed severe sensitivity in my teeth & noticed when I wake in the middle of the night or as I'm trying to fall asleep my teeth grinding & it's become quite painful so I needed to do something & quick. I picked this product with all the positive reviews & all & I molded it to my teeth perfectly fine for a first time user with the step by step directions you really cannot go wrong. It actually fit pretty snug & I slept like a baby throughout the night. My teeth aren't hurting this morning so I def think this was a good choice to go with & well worth the money.

I was suffering from TMJ after an event right before a storm where we were served some food that made my jaws work overtime--probably did not help that I had gotten into habit of chewing gum the year leading up to this. After the storm I just assumed that the popping sound was just sinus problems related to new allergens, but it got worse so I finally went to doctor who told me to get mouth guard and sleep with it at night. I messed up the 1st one and it was uneven, but got it right the 2nd time and then 4 months later, my jaws stopped popping thankfully; due to my large teeth, these made me drool all of the time, but I love not having TMJ anymore and reduced stress seems to have helped with the nightly teeth grinding--wasn't even aware that I was doing this until I woke up one night feeling like I was in process of grinding teeth.

Very good quality

They really are the best that I have ever tried that were not professionally made and I have tried a lot over the years. The directions were easy to follow and the mouth guard itself was easy to trim and fit. I have a very small mouth and was able to trim it down without losing any quality of the guard itself. One word of caution, the directions state to align your jaw so that your teeth are straight together when molding the guard. I have an overbite and this made the guard uncomfortable for me. You get three of them, so when I tried again I molded the guard with my fingers and tong only before putting it into the ice water. This made the second attempt very comfortable and I am very happy with my purchase, I would buy them again.

This product works just as good as the expensive guards if you take the time ...

I have worn out two of the expensive dental guards from my dentist in a year and a half. I switched to these to save money. This product works just as good as the expensive guards if you take the time to fit the guard well. If you make a mistake, no big deal for this price, just try again with another until you get it right.

Awesome!

I am truly impressed by this mouth guard set. Although I was freaking out while molding it because the instructions are kinda long and some steps may make or break the mouth guard, it really was decently simple. I have worn my mouth guard to bed for about a week now and also whenever I feel myself clenching my jaw. I can definitely tell the difference it is making. It is seriously comfortable! My jaw is misaligned to the left and has an under bite- so I have TMJ. The only step I would say to not follow if your jaw is like mine is biting down, I just used my tongue to press it onto my teeth! It worked great. I'm even going to have my husband make one so he doesn't grind his teeth is his sleep. Greatly recommend!!

Perfect fit

Fit great after boiling. Definitely help me not clench my jaw while I sleep. Very glad I bought these!

I like it better than my $300 dental appliance my doctor made!

I had been using a $300 dentist made mouth guard for longer than I want to tell you. Let's just say it was more than five years.....On vacation in May, I lost it. I don't even have a dentist right now because we moved, so I did nothing. And then the headaches, jaw pain and tooth sensitivity that got me into the habit of wearing one started back up again. In desperation, I made this purchase and within a day my jaw began to recover. I love that it cleans up better than the pricey one and when it gets too bad, I'll just use another one. It's very simple to get it fitted to your mouth. I highly recommend it.
