Unlike the other review, I am able to angle the camera up or down without changing the leg adjustments by placing the iPad mount sideways on the tri pod quick release plate (as shown in the photos) and can adjust the pan and up and down movements with no problem. Just received it, so no advice on longevity, but it works perfectly out of the box.

Would Buy it Again

This far batter than other brand names that cost less! Material is good, strong, and easy to assemble. Folds nicely in the bag that came with it.

Christmas gift for husband to record hockey games

My husband is responsible for recording our daughter's hockey games on his Ipad. He'd been just holding the Ipad but was jerking around too much so when I found this, it was the perfect Christmas present. He used it for the first time today and it worked great. He quickly put it together and it had all of the features he needed for this purpose. He's happy to now be hands free while recording. He gives it an A+.

A very good buy. Everything that I wanted in a tripod!

This is exactly what I wanted. I'm impressed with how many different ways you can adjust and move the tripod around. Locking mechanisms work very well. Very durable and sturdy. The remote to operate the flash, that they give you, however is worthless if you have a iPad pro. It's not Bluetooth capable, I guess. It's not a big deal for me. Overall, extremely happy with it.
