I posted pictures of the instruction booklet since I was irritated I couldn't really find any for a stand alone treatment. Hopefully that helped someone. I reccomend this as a alternative to olaplex though. I used to be able to buy step 1 but I couldn't so I needed something else. I wanted to try this out and now i plan on buying the full size. Very happy with it. I haven't used it with bleach tho, I plan on trying it. As a stand alone it's great. I use it after using a hair mask(okay like 5 layered on in different parts of my hair) and a protein treatment, then step one. Rinse. step 2. More protein and leave in conditioner spray. Worked great for me.

First impression for a first timer

First time using this product, thanks to the seller for providing all the necessary instruction on how to apply the product. I’m very satisfied with All HD plex, read the instruction as their slightly different for different hair treatment method , easy to apply and helped my hair on two bleaching procedure on the same day which normally for my hair type I let my hair rest for a week and much more to the seller for shipping the item a day ahead of schedule!

Good Stuff

This stuff really seemed to protect my hair, and I was bleaching, plus dyeing, then ended up doing a touch-up re-dye around my shaved short sides. It was enough in the first step that I split it between my batches of bleach and dye, and used the #2 as directed.

Works just as well if not BETTER, than a more well known pricier brand... I had a professional bleach my hair the last time and wanted to do some maintenance on my own... and ever since I bleached my long hair to death back in my early twenties, I pay close attention to my hair’s health. I noticed that this was a similar treatment from that of the stylist’s but for a fraction of the cost so I tried it... I have long thick Asian hair that’s been bleached to a dark blonde and after THIS treatment, and my first DIY blowout with an upgraded hair dryer and brush, my hair is softer and glossier than I ever remember it being! I added treatment 1 to my bleach mixture, applied bleach as usual, washed and towel dried my hair and left the treatment 2 in my damp hair for about 25 mins in a shower cap and put on a face mask! Then I rinsed it out (no shampoo) and toned my hair and that was it!

Okay so I'm so mind blown at how amazing this stuff is I bought the small application so u could test this dupe anddddd I am not disappointed. I did not use it in my bleach but I used it as a stand alone treatment. My hair is the texture of a horse and the darkest color level there is it's jet black plus I had dyed it even blue black multiple times and also used lots of sun in but this time I had bleached it one time it turned blonde ginger then I dyed it honey brown then I got bored and bleached it twice to get rid of the brown and then dyed it red in the span of one month and my hair is down to my buttcheeks so years worth of damage is still there. But after I used this product my hair is softer then it was before I bleached it how crazy is that!? I'm buying a bigger bottle of this stuff because it did my hair wonders.

Honestly I thought it was great, bleached my hair twice and a few weeks ago without this product and it was horrible my hair was breaking right after rinsing the bleach out. Today I bleached it and left it on for a longer time and it feels great. Not breaking at all. I will keep using this over and over again. So happy it’s this affordable.

It does work!

My hair was a level 4 with 15 years of box dye build up. I went to a professional to start the bleaching process because I wanted to stop coloring my hair every 6 weeks to cover my gray roots. My hair was highlighted professionally at my first session , and when I went back she did a bleach bath. Even after toning, my hair was extremely brassy, and I lost faith in the salon I was going to and decided I would try it on my own at home. I ordered All hd Plex to use with my bleach as protection. I used half the tube in the bleach the first time and had hardly any damage on my hair. Because I'm pretty impatient, I gave myself a bleach bath 2 days later, and my hair was lifted to a level 8/9. A week later, I did another bleach bath using the remainder of the tube #1 in my bleach, and left it on for 30 minutes. I'm at a level 10 with no damage what so ever. I did get my ends trimmed between bleaches, so that helped, but this product worked wonders. I haven't even used the second tube yet, but I will. I wanted to make sure I was finished bleaching before I used it. I'm amazed at the condition of my hair. I did do protein treatments and hair masks after each bleaching, but this product seems to have kept my hair strong and soft. I highly recommend. BTW, the salon I went to did use the "other stuff" on my with my bleaching, and I would say the ALL hd Plex worked just as well.

I decided to try this to see if it would give my thin hair better softness and shine and it worked really well....I also used it after a color treatment that dried my hair out really bad and it made my hair feel nice and soft again~ Liked it so much I decided to buy the larger kit~ Looking forward to using this on a regular basis to try and help strengthen my hair~
