Real Time and Frustration Saver!

I’ve been using this for a year and it’s holding up well. It’s fast and works great. I might upgrade eventually but this one does everything I need it to now.

Fantastic winder for yarn

Fantastic winder for yarn. I have tried a few different yarn winders, and always had several faults. This winder was easy to assemble, and easy to use as well. I can wind an entire 7oz skein into a center-pull cake in under 5 minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Wouldn’t know what to do with out it

Easy to assemble just make sure you clamp it to a sturdy table or flat surface. I know it say 4 ounces but it can do a full 7 ounce roll promise I’ve done it several times and don’t go super fast take your time to make the cake secure

Very happy with this product!

This winder was very easy to set up and use. I used it to wind baby weight worsted yarn right when I got it. Not only was it quick and easy, the yarn can be pulled from the middle of the "cake". It comes so evenly from the "cake" that you don't have to pull a length of yarn out of the cake to control the tension as you work your project. I am very happy to have bought this product. It is absolutely worth the money.

But I thought it was a waste of time

This has changed my life! I’ve always heard about winding the yarn into balls. But I thought it was a waste of time, I was so wrong! I love the way my yarn comes out without a single tangle. The winder is easy to use and does a great job.

The instructions need a lot of work

I put this together with help from better pictures than what came with the winder. Really needs to be better. The only thing that gave me a hard time was the arm which I finally figured out how to screw it in and I'm not usually so stupid. It works good so beyond the instructions it a good little winder. Have a few skeins to work on now. Update - Finally got to use it for yarn and it worked great. I just sat there winding and was amazed at how well it worked. Can't say enough about this. Did have to go on YouTube to see how to place the yarn but once that was done I'm ready to go.

Very happy with this winder

Very happy with this winder. I can get away with a jumbo skein of Red Heart Super Saver. It's easy to use. Only complaint is that it's a little noisy, but I've wound 150+ skeins and I've had zero problems.

I highly recommend this yarn winder. It’s economical, works great, and comes fully assembled.

Don't know why I waited

Works great so far A little hard to understand directions but I used a picture on the internet and ended up fine. Does a 6 oz skein just fine

Great yarn winder

It didn't come with any instructions for assembling, but it wasn't hard to put together. It makes my life so much easier when I'm winding my larger balls into cakes. :)
