$100 for a 100% Great Speaker
The sound from this little guy is amazing. I was expecting good quality sound, as UE (owned by Logitech) makes great products. I was surprised, though, at how much you notice the lower tones and bass from this thing. It has a full sound and is multidirectional, so you get good coverage wherever you are standing in relation to the speaker. It also gets quite loud, so if you enjoy that, you won't miss anything here. It feels robust and durable. The charging cable that comes with it is flat, so it folds really nice and small for travel without tangling. All of the buttons are tactile, but also low profile, which is excellent. Overall, I am 100% happy with this purchase. You really cannot go wrong buying this. Bonuses - it is waterproof, floats in water, and can be paired with another Wonderboom for even bigger sound at parties without the need for any app or phone software.

I’m impressed
I have a Harmon and kardon onyx 3 which is one of the best Bluetooth speakers ever made hands down. It’s extremely accurate and sounds superb for the money. That being said I needed a speaker for my friend who goes kayaking and tends to be clumsy. The onyx 3 isn’t water resistant or drop resistant and it has a bigger footprint so I wanted to get her something a little smaller and would be more suited for taking some damage. I was originally looking into a jbl charge and had almost made the purchase when I stumbled upon this item. I had never heard of ultimate ears and wasn’t sure they were someone I was willing to take a chance on. Harmon and Kardon are the parent company of JBL so I know they make a great product. Well it turns out Logitech is the parent company of ultimate ears. They have made some great stuff including the well sought after Z-5500 sound system which I actually own. So I decided to listen to it at Best Buy and I only had a few tracks to demo it but it sounded pretty good. When it arrived and I could test it at any volume I pleased and any song I wanted I got to hear it full potential. Considering it’s size it’s get pretty darn loud. The bass is punchy but it won’t be shaking the walls down. They make bigger models which will do that and there is always the onyx which is another great choice but if you’re looking for a smaller speaker which great sounds, don’t hesitate. Logitech makes great products so I’d stand by this in a heart beat. Seems very durable and hopefully it’s drop resistant and water resistant. I will update if anything changes.

Amazing sound. Great price. Fantastic portability.
Wowowow. So glad I made this purchase. Tested this little guy out on a camping trip this past weekend and it blew us all away. Its small, light weight, and with the bright blue color I picked, super easy to find when you're rummaging around in your tent. The sound on this thing is really impressive. Really clear sound and nice bass for something so little. Plus it can get REALLY loud. We have a Google Home and Google Home mini at home and the UE Wonderboom has way better sound then the Mini. Plus, portability is a no brainer. Love that it has the loop on top to attach to a backpack. My only con to the wonderboom is battery indicator. When I received it, I looked up the manual and said that you hold the volume up + volume down on the unit to hear a "tone" that will indicate what the battery level is at. That there is a High, Medium and Low tone. Well I had no idea what tone I was hearing when I pushed the buttons. I was googling like crazy trying to hear/understand which tone the device was at. Charged it over night and realized what the difference was: The "High" battery tone has three little chimes that are higher pitch. The "Medium" get a little lower in pitch, with two chimes. And the "Low" is deepest in pitch and only has one chime.

I won't buy another brand of Bluetooth speaker at this point
This is my 3rd different product from the Ultimate Ears team, and an early candidate for my favorite. I've had the UE Mini Boom for years and it's still been my every day speaker when getting ready in the morning, and for travel. I also bought a UE Boom which i like but it's a bit big for every day use and travel but is great for when you need a louder speaker (picnic, party, etc). This thing is the perfect size though (about the size of a softball I'd say), and it really seems to get more low end somehow than either of the previous speakers. There is also a loop on it that you can hitch it to many things (carabiner's, shower caddy, towel rack, backpack, etc). It's also water proof and drop resistant apparently, though I have yet to try either. I have had it near my shower and it has worked fine but I've never put it into water or a splash area yet. I trust them that it would work as claimed though, since the durability and quality of the previous speakers has served me well for years. Highly recommend this speaker as well as any of their others. Money well spent!

The sound quality on this little speaker is amazing! I was pleasantly surprised at the clarity of sound-even as I cranked the music up loud! Also seems nice and durable, as I've used it out while tubing lazily down a river and it was hooked onto a cooler. I wish it came with a better informational pamphlet-I had to hope to find out that you can fast forward songs by tapping the icon on the center of the top. But once I found some of those hidden features, I have LOVED this product, and recommend it to any of my friends looking for a durable waterproof speaker.

Great sound from an appealing form factor!
Bought this to replace my JBL clip, which I loved but was always afraid would somehow sink while I paddle boarded. I haven’t taken this out on my board yet but the sound is a HUGE upgrade- nice bass comparable to my $$ Bose soundlink! It’s kind of heavy in the hand, with a robust feel and sleek controls. Pairs easily and consistently with my phone, although battery life seems to be a good deal less than advertised. I bought a carabiner to use to clip it into bags, etc. I love the unicorn colorway because I feel like it will be less likely to be stolen by my teenage boys this way! Of note: the price for this seems to fluctuate a lot by week and by color. I knew I wanted the Unicorn b/c I live with teenage boys who would swipe anything even remotely neutral, and I jumped when it hit $65. (Its $95 at the time of this writing, which is a big swing!)

Amazing sound for the size (see attached photo for comparison with a soda can). No audio in and hard to tell battery level.
Very impressed with the sound/size ratio for this speaker. In fact I dithered between 4 and 5 stars, but the sound for the size is so good I went with five in spite of some minor issues (no audio in and determining battery level is not simple) I actually dropped it accidently from counter height to a tile floor and it was fine . The giant plus and vertical line are the volume control buttons. The waterproof claim does NOT mean you can actually float it around in your pool (you can have it immersed one meter (about 3 feet) underwater for 30 minutes) but it does float. Make sure you close the little rubber door that has the USB charger input before getting it wet. I would not use this in a shower directly, it has a pattern to the surface that collects soap scum. I was able to scrub this off, but it is a bit annoying. Tap the UE button once to play or hit pause. Press again to resume the track. Tap it twice to skip to the next song. Long press it to sync with another nearby Wonderboom speaker.. Press again to resume the track. Pairing was simple, paired with a Chromebook and an android phone with no trouble. For the Chromebook it would stay connected about 40 feet (through walls), with the phone it was about 30 feet. Line of sight worked for at least 60 feet. A total of three trials, playing at full volume (to test it) the battery lasted 6 hours, 5.5 hours and a little over 6 hours. I am sure it would last longer at a lower volume. You can push both volume buttons at the same time and it gives you an audio tone to tell you it is it “high” charge which is a series of notes of increasing pitch, “medium” charge which is a couple of tones, and “low” which is a series of decreasing pitch notes. You cannot tell the battery level visually. The directions said 2.8 hours, so I left it 3 hours it was still giving me the “medium tone" After five hours I got the “high” charge. I am not a fan of this sort of battery indicator. You cannot tell the battery level visually. The directions said 2.8 hours, so I left it for 3 and it seemed fully charged but again, there is no visual indicator. After 2.8 hours it was still giving me the “medium” tone. After five hours I got the “high” charge. I am not a fan of this sort of battery indicator. I also would really like an audio jack, I have a couple other Bluetooth speakers and both have this option. It uses less power from the device being used to play it, and I can also use them with my Sansa Clip that does not have Bluetooth.

Awesome!
Since this speaker is waterproof, I bought it to keep in my bathroom while showering, or getting ready. I love it. It sounds great and really clear. I have a Bose Bluetooth speaker in my living room, that cost a whole lot more than this one and honestly to me this one sounds just as good as it. I like that you can pause the music, skip songs and adjust the volume on it, that way you don’t have to use your phone to do so. I also like the little size of it. It makes it very convenient to move around, or take out with you. It seems durable and feels high quality. I’ve had no Bluetooth connection issues. It syncs up in like a second to my iPhone 8. I also love the matte, nude/pink color. It’s so cute. I’m very happy with my purchase. Amazon sells it for the cheapest I’ve seen it so far, which is great!

THIS IS THE SPEAKER I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!
After a few years of trying a variety of inexpensive ($35 and less) and 'decent' speakers, I recently splurged and purchased this. I AM IN LOVE. This. This is the speaker I have been wanting all along ... amazing sound (great volume, sufficient bass, crisp, clear), very easy to use (smart button placement - on other models I have purchased they were all close and when I meant to raise the volume, I would disconnect the Bluetooth by accident, etc.) and still compact. The 360 sound is a huge bonus, as is the waterproof feature. I think I will stick to this UE line of speakers forever now. Seriously. IN LOVE.

I'm actually blown away by this speaker! The 360 degree sound (which is really just 2 speakers - one on each side) really works great to put on a coffee table in the middle of the room. The volume is incredibly loud for the size, and can be heard even with 10 people all singing loud... Don't ask me how I know that.
