Excellent! I bought this cleaver to help me clean fish - good for cleanly chopping off the heads and tails, etc. For example a 3-pound catfish can be kind of a struggle to cut off the head with just a knife. I was concerned that some cleavers - many are lighter than this one - might not be heavy enough. This one is perfect for my purposes. I cleaned about a dozen fish this week, 1/2 - 3 pounds and it made the job ridiculously easier than with knives alone. Very good quality, and arrives very sharp.

I like this Spevorizx stainless steel chopper knife. I have been looking for a knife to replace my old knife for around two years. The ones I bought were either too heavy or too light, when I found the right weight, then that knife was required to be sharpened every 2 to 3 days. I was not happy until I purchased the Spevoriz chopper knife. It is just the right size and right weight for me, and it is very sharp that I don't have to sharpen it. I am so happy now. Very satisfy with this product.

I would have to say that this is the best meat cleaver that I have ever own. It feels good in your hand easy to use and holds a sharpness vary well.

Great fruit/vegetable prep paring knife.

This is an excellent knife for prepping fruit. The curved blade makes it very easy to get “eyes” and stems out of fruits and vegetables. I almost din’t get it because of adding to my already eclectic knife collection but this is unlike any other small paring knife I own. I have enjoyed owning and using it. You do need to protect the end of the blade, I mean not loose in a drawer because the end is very pointy but t makes it a little more fragile but it is well worth the extra protection because of how useful it is.

Awesome looking cleaver

Very well made and beautifully designed in a pretty gift box. It's very sharp and ready to chop. The name and steel brand is actually nicely etched on the left side .The 4Cr13 steel is a common middle strength for axes and machetes but i don't know about the 58HRC claimed in the brochure.See the attached informal first page of brochure provided. The spine is unevenly 6 mm thick. The finish is not perfect here and there but it's a fantastic bargain for what it is. I am yet to test it out.

Awesome cleaver .

Excellent Cleaver. Bought this for Kombucha, Butternut squash. Cuts and chips perfectly. Make sure u use a good chopping board. This one is perfect weight and feel just like the one I used in a Restersunt I used to work at back in the day to chop up Beef racks of ribs and chops.

I don't think you could buy a better 7" cleaver

Our Church has a pork and chicken BBQ fundraiser once a year. I cut up the chickens. (275) This was the first year for this knife. I may have been cutting soft butter. Still has a razor sharp blade.

This is perfect! I feel raw chicken to my dogs and had a cheap walmart purchased cleaver that was not a good one at all and made chopping the legs very frustrating. I finally decided to purchase a good one and chose this one and I am not sorry at all!! It is perfect. It chops through the bones effortlessly and does not get chips all over the blade edge like the walmart one. And the weight and balance of it is wonderful. Highly Recommend.
