Purchased for an autistic child who really loves it. She's always liked to tie things around her fingers, but these have a special, texture and she also found more ways to play with it..Perfect for someone who needs tactile stimulation.

I was in a trauma training when I was introduced to the sensory finger rings. I was totally amazed with how I was able to focus when using the ring and how much pressure it provided. My husband is always the skeptic and was a student that could have hugely benefited from sensory tools. He stopped talking and continued rolling the ring back and forth. He was amazed at how effective the ring is!!

I was recommended these by a therapist. I get EXTREMELY anxious in classroom settings. I have been practicing “grounding” myself. Using these definitely helped. Picture super affordable acupuncture lol Although these don’t completely get rid of my anxiety (I wasn’t expecting them too), they help a TON. I’ve been sharing them with friends as well. They’re fairly discreet and easy to whip out.

I have trichotillomania and was looking for a sensory object to help keep my hands off my hair when watching tv, reading, etc. So far these little things are perfect! There are enough in the bag that I can keep them everywhere so I always have one conveniently around (in the car, by the couch, nightstand, etc). I’m really happy that I found these.

We got these for our daughter who has ADHD and really likes to have her fingers busy. This usually means she is picking her skin without realizing the damage she is doing. She can use these and run her fingers over it while working and it isn't distracting to others around her. We will add them to our rotation of tactile fidgets.

If I could give these more than a 5 star rating, I would. I have been a cuticle picker (sounds gross) for ever. My right hand and both of my thumbs often sport band aids, depending on how mean I was to them while watching TV the night before. This is particularly embarrassing because I am a licensed professional counselor...yikes! And it's not like quitting smoking (which I did years ago), because I can't just do away with my fingers. So, these little spiky things let me do the same motion with my thumb and forefinger as I do when I mess with my cuticles. I can use them with one hand or with two. These are a God-send for sure. I should have taken before and after pictures!

I bought this product for a few of my students who struggle with inattention and restlessness. Because the rings do not have moving parts, they are perfect for a classroom! The rings have helped significantly because they don't make a noise and my struggling students can still take notes while fidgeting with the ring.

I ordered these randomly along with a slew of other fidget toys in the hopes of tackling my sever trich that I have been dealing with for over 6 years. I have tried all of the popular fidget toys, but this is the only one that has ever worked. The prickly (kind of) texture totally fills the need for sensory stimulation on my fingers. Also having ADHD, the rings are silent and do not require complicated motions or thought, making them perfect to use while working or reading. Not to mention the rings are discreet enough that I can use them in public without anyone noticing. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. IF YOU HAVE TRICH BUY THIS PRODUCT.

These are metal poky ring type spiky things. I recently was diagnosed with anxiety. These help calm me down when nothing else would. They’re fun to fidget with, but for me I needed the small pressure and bite into my skin. It doesn’t hurt, but will leave indents if you leave on too long or wear as a ring, pushed down to your finger. My 9 year old nephew also loves these, for the same reason.

This product has helped immensely with my dermatillomania and anxiety. It has been excellent for a quiet distraction and grounding. Just bought my second pack as Ive given a few to friends.
