Great tea set

I make a detox/digestive tea everyday with with organic cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, and fenureek methi. I love this new glass teapot-not only can I put the seeds in the steel infuser, and I can also boil the pot right on the burner(I have a gas burner). The Borosilicate glass helps keep the tea warm and I drink it all day long. The best part is I can see how much I have left in the pot and what I still need to consume to finish the entire pot by the end of the day which is my health goal. It is also very pretty to look at on my counter, it looks dainty and delicate, yet it is very sturdy. The lid can also fit on the teapot without using the steel infuser on the inside. Lovely set

This is absolutely beautiful. I loved the kettle and glasses. It's delicate but durable. I can see myself making tea often. I love the letter included from the owner of the company. It gives it an intimate touch. If you're unhappy or if your item arrives broken all you have to do is contact her and she will send a replacement. This is a great deal.

Amazing kettle & amazing customer service!!!

I am in love with this kettle! I previously used a stainless steel one that would keep rusting in the inside no matter how many times I wiped it out, so I am thrilled to find a glass one that works great on my ceramic top electric stove. I love the look and its sturdiness. The cups are like an added bonus! And I have to mention the incredible customer service from the seller. I had an issue with the one that arrived - so I thought, completely my mistake and not the sellers - but even still the seller was MORE than willing to help me out. She included her personal email in the packaging and responded to my email within hours. I've purchased many items from amazon and have had both great and bad experiences, but I have never left a review. This was a great experience - a big kudos to the product AND the seller!!!

I want to have tea all day every day now!

This teapot truly transforms your tea experience, just as the product says. I just receieved mine in the mail testerday and I have been using it multiple times today, and yesterday. The 4 double walled glass teacups are perfect size to sit, repax, and sip on tea. The tea doesn't stay hit for too long because you pour it into a small teacup so it cools fast. My husband and I wanted to buy it because we seen a similar tea set at our favorite Japanese Fusion place, and we are conpletely satisfued with this product that is even better than the set at the restaurant. I love that the company is a family owned business, and the product cane with a email by the company saying the would help if it came in broken or damaged. Also a hand types note that said thank you for buting the product. It has a 2 year warranty. I love that it can be used on an ELECTRIC stove top! I wasn't sure if it could, but it is perfect. Overall very happy with this product. I would suggest it to anyone who loves the tea experience.

I am in love

I love love love love my Tea Kettle. I have been using it for 2 moths and it looks great. I feel completed. The whole set makes sense. That was the main reason I bought it and I don't regret it. Great product here.

Such a wonderful kettle!

I did a lot of research before purchasing because I wanted to ensure that the product I bought had certain features: 1) I wanted a teapot that wouldn’t shatter from heat, but was also made of glass. 2) I wanted to ensure that the infuser was removable and the lid would fit without it in order to prevent over steeping. 3) The pot needed to be large enough to make tea for more than one person but also capable of making only enough for myself. 4) And finally, I did not want to have to sacrifice the beauty of a well designed teapot for usability. I needed one that was both beautiful and capable. Though I will likely continue to heat the water in my electric kettle and then pour it into this one to steep, it comforts me to know that it can be used to heat the water if needed. I couldn’t be happier!

Best Customer Service

I had the lid missing and I received a replacement product in three days from England to USA. The cups are double insulated and cool to touch even with boiling hot tea in them. The glass is elegant, but not fragile; it can handle high heat because it's made from the same type of glass in chemistry beakers (I looked this up). I used it on my gas stove with no problems and it's easy to clean; all the parts fit together well and are easy to take apart. Great price for excellent product and service.

This teapot is special!

This teapot is pretty and practical! I love how nicely it pours! Clean-up is a breeze. The addition of the 4 little cups helps turn tea drinking into a mindful sharing experience. Dealing with Kitchen Kite is like being in touch with a dear friend. Highly recommend!
